“Fantastic Vacation!” We had a wonderful time enjoying the fabulous gulf views and the lovely condo itself. The building isn't a huge campus which made it intimate and romantic for us. The rental management people we dealt with were exceptionally helpful and demonstrated they were there for us if needed. We could not have had a more wonderful time. We recommend this condo and its management people without hesitation. We are already looking forward to next year's vacation!

“comfortable and convenient” We recently spent a long weekend at the Purple Parrot for an impromptu family reunion. We chose Yosanmine 10ad for its location near the pool and its proximity to Jump Up 5ad, where the rest of our family stayed. We ate meals and relaxed in 5ad, but during the time we spent in 10ad, we found it to be well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, and convenient for our purposes. The bed is firm, which we appreciated. My only recommendation is for the bathroom towels to be upgraded. They were thin and needing to be replaced. The management company is stellar, and we really appreciated the personal attention, friendliness, and responsiveness of the staff. The weather was great during our visit in the first week of October and we especially enjoyed being poolside in the glorious mornings.

“Awesome” This place was one of the best places we have rented in the past 20+ years. Everything was great! The only complaint we had was the internet. I had to reset the router about three or four times. But the management company was very good and fast at reacting to our needs. We’re going back for sure.

“Beautiful View!” This Condo is perfectly located near the end of Santa Rosa Blvd. Yet, not to far from the main road which leads to Destin and the City of Ft. Walton Beach. “Beautiful and "home away from home" feel!” The pool area was breathtaking. :)) We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, and the convenience of the washer and dryer to wash beach and bath towels was wonderful. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Th beds were extremely comfortable, and had plush linens and pillows. The carpet throughput the upstairs could stand to go...and the tub in the master would be tricky and uncomfortable for some...also had mildew stains... Overall really great stay

“Enjoyed!!” This place served us well for our needs. We would stay there again. The gated community was nice and the pool area was wonderful. The place was clean and ready for our check in and didn't have any problems. The bed in this unit lacks in the comfort department. It really shoudl be replaced. “Great condo that is steps from the beach” The location of this is perfect. You can walk to the beach in less than a minute. Plenty of room, two twin beds upstairs, a foldout couch in the living room along with the master bedroom. Nicely updated and having two full bathrooms is nice. There is nothing to complain about. I love having a door code so everyone can do what they want and not have to worry about having a key. This is a great place at a great price. I very highly recommend it. One of the people that went on this trip is already talking about booking this same unit for a family vacation.

“Great experience!” We spent 5 nights at Paraiso to attend a family wedding in Destin. The house comfortably accommodated seven of us during our stay. The home is tastefully furnished and was very clean upon our arrival. There are a few areas that could use a little bit of touch-up paint and the carpet shows some wear in places, but that's to be expected for a vacation rental that likely sees a lot of use. The home is spacious, especially the bedrooms, which all contained dressers and/or roomy closets for storing clothes and luggage. The kitchen is equipped with all of the main items you would need for doing some stay-in cooking (pots, pans, various utensils, cooking oil) and there is a propane grill available on the front patio as well. Paraiso is in an attractive gated community and, even though the homes are closely packed together, we experienced no issues with outside noise. It is a short three-block walk to the beautiful beaches and the community pool is a fun place to spend some time with its rock island waterfall in the middle of it. The home's location is also convenient to Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, and several restaurants. Finally, I want to comment on the home's owners. I found them to be very accessible during the booking process and were very responsive when we had a minor problem getting the thermostat adjusted upon our arrival. On most occasions when I called, they answered on first attempt, and on the few occasions where that did not happen, they returned my call within less than an hour! We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

“Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“Great condo!” We really enjoyed our stay at the Purple Parrott. The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. They even had Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped...including a blender and crockpot. It was a short walk to both pools and the gym. The outdoor pool was wonderful and had plenty of lounge chairs. We loved being able to take our own drinks to the pool. The beach was less than a mile away. This was the first time we had not stayed directly on the beach, but it was a much better bargain than a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again.

“Repeat Customer!” Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Parrot-Dise. The staff was very friendly. The cottage was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to eat in and relax. The pool was best of all! Our boys spent most of their time there. We liked best the relaxing atmosphere and that our cottage was so close to the pool. We liked least the squeaky bed in the master bedroom, which was really not that big of deal to us. Overall, we loved it!

“Purple Parrot: Ocean Melodie” How great was this home! We went down for the Thanksgiving Holiday. We have family living in Pensacola and used the fully equipped kitchen to cook a turkey dinner for 10 people. The complex is not on the beach but it is only a two block walk. You can still here the waves crashing on the shore at night while enjoying the large screened in porch or the walkout balcony off the master bedroom.thisnis a two story unit so not good for anyone who can't climb stairs. The complex has a heated indoor pool with hot tub, dry sauna and gym. We used the pool/hot tube every day. The outdoor pool area is a resort paradise with waterfalls and bar. The outdoor season was over so the bar was closed and the pool was too cold to enjoy but we did use the outdoor hot tub! A word of advice, make sure you go to Hub Stacie for dinner. Best food, best atmosphere and best. The Tanger's Outlet Center is 20 minutes away so bring an extra suitcase for all the great shopping you will do. In the summer there are plenty of farmer's markets for fresh fruits and vegetables. Enjoy! You will not regret picking this unit or this complex.

“Really Sleeps 8!” Don't know how the prices are normally but going in May we felt we got a great price for beachfront that sleeps 8. With a master bedroom, two in-wall bunk beds and 2 full size sleeper sofas in the living room we had a place for everyone to sleep! The bunk beds of course are nice for kids, however the top bunk did not have any kind of railing or side and I was concerned about one of our kids rolling off. We actually did have an incident where our son was coming down trying to get to the ladder and fell. There is an extra mattress type thing under the bed on the floor so I would probably pull that out some just in case. Two full bathrooms (one in master bedroom and one in hallway) with detachable shower heads, which I always like to use especially with kids Loved that it was all tile floors and no carpet for hygiene reasons! For a family with 5 kids it was handy having a washer and dryer in the room to use. Also has a full kitchen, which we used, but it is tight. Stovetop and oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher and stocked and ready with dishes, pots and pans. Balcony had a few sand toys and pool items ready for the kids to use which I thought was cute. I believe there is Wifi- found the password the last night we were there in the guests' comment book which we would have used had we known it was available. It was in a great location for us, right across the street from the Wal-Mart where we end up always needing to make runs to at least every other day. Also super close to Pineapples Willy's and WonderWorks and we visited both. Beach was beautiful, condo looked clean and nice, good deal, great location and Jim had good communication with us which was nice. Do take your own hand soap, bath soap, shampoos and conditioners, laundry detergent, dish soap and detergent for the dishwasher, toilet paper and paper towels. We had taken half of that ourselves but didn't know to take toilet paper and bars of soap and wished I had known because I keep that on auto ship and had tons at home that I could have brought. Oh, pretty huge pool compared to some that I've seen with an outside hot tub and indoor hot tub that was the biggest I've seen! I also liked having a code to access the condo instead of a key or card that wasn't 25 numbers long. Overall, I was observing the condo and how things went the whole time to see if it was a place we would want to rebook and come back to and it is! This could easily be where we stay for our annual family vacation! The only other thing was there wasn't really great parking, that I could see, for high top vans or vehicles with overhead storage. And we were asked for proof of our bracelets at the pool so probably at least keep them on you.

“Wonderful Cottage -- Unless it rains 17 inches!!!” We loved 18C and Purple Parade. The location near the pristine beaches and glassy green water of Johnson Beach were perfect. And what a deal ... $8 pass for a week. We went to the beach with lifeguards and those without. We loved it. We had a couple of small glitchesn with the condo, mainly trying to use the ice maker... but the decore and extras provided were great. The giant was great, but suggest you leave instructions on how to use the shower. the most features were above great! Leda at the management got us into the place with only a few hours notice. Only negative was when we faced the record breaking rain on the morning we were leaving. They knew next to nothing about the evacation or driving dangers. Waiting 4 hours for the rain to slow so we could load our car... water was over the second step and pouring our of the sky like an open faucet

“Fantastic stay!” We had a wonderful time at this condo! Plenty of room, very clean, and so close to the beach. My kids loved the pools and everyone met was so friendly. It’s on a great, calm part of the beach but still close enough to all the restaurants and shopping. The owner is also very easy to contact and checked in with us to make sure everything went ok. We saved this place to visit again in the future!
