“Very welcoming and worth it !” Me and my family absolutely loved this vacation house everything was so welcoming and near perfect ! “Perfect for everyone's needs and in an excellent location!” From long before we arrived we knew how excellent a villa this was, as the owner and the management team were so incredibly helpful and willing. Including the management team assisting me with purchases to go in the home before I arrived and Susan the owner answering all my crazy questions! In fact I'm going to miss our email chats! On arrival in the home we found everything perfectly clean tidy and in order with an excellent welcome pack to see us through before our big shop. Being a mum of young children I was delighted with the huuuge washing machine and dryer. We need these in the UK. The children loved the pool and the games room and spent lots of happy times there, as did the adults after the kids had gone to bed. We unusually chose not to hire a car and we got around no problem. Disney, particularly animal Kingdom is only a short distance away and universal is only about 25-30 mins. I prebooked a lot of journeys with a company called happy limo who were absolutely outstanding in their punctuality and ease of booking. Anyway back to the house, every bedroom was perfectly appointed with all you could need. The living areas were very spacious even with 7 adults and 2 children. We never once felt on top of each other. The shop and communal pool at Windsor hills is a nice short stroll away and Windsor Hills itself is very clean, well laid out and very secure indeed. I could not recommend this house highly enough and am very pleased I chose this one. I spent weeks and weeks searching villa rentals before settling on this house so I learnt a lot about the different features and prices of villas and I do feel that this one fitted the bill perfectly.

“Great location to everything in Orlando and Disney!” Wonderful Three Bedroom Unit. Had all the amenities one could want and more. We loved our time at Ya Ya's place. Clean and close to everything.

“Perfection In Every Way - An Unequalled Family Stay” Not only did the kids totally adore their themed rooms, the adults couldn't have been more delighted with our Serendipity rental. We were 3 families: 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants. We celebrated Grandpa Norm's 70th birthday at Serendipity and at Walt Disney World. When we found Serendipity on Tripadvisor Flipkey, we immediately knew this was the perfect place to base our family for our Florida celebration and once we were in touch with the owners, Ken and Sarah, we were confident we had made the right choice. Every detail of our planning was enhanced by prompt replies from Sarah to our inquiries and every detail of the home in pictures and description on Flipkey were accurate to a "t." Each family could enjoy their privacy if they desired in their separate bedrooms with private baths but the living space made for a gathering of the entire family for companionship, conversation and dining effortless. And the outdoor space and pool area added to our family time together, especially after our long days at the Disney parks. We never felt crowded indoors or out. Every room and the outdoor area appeared to be professionally decorated. Sarah and Ken had supplies (cereal, milk, juice, coffee, bread, jam and much more) waiting for us so we didn't have to make a trip to the grocery store our first venture out. The house is located close to the parks, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores and Ken and Sarah's secret directions to the parks were flawless and fast. We had a couple of special requests re parking and items needed for the infants. The special requests were handled right away and the supplies for infants (see Flipkey description) was unbelievable - oh, and the gameroom! A man cave and kids cave dream come true and if anyone had wanted to golf - there were even golf clubs provided among numerous other resort quality extras. Well, I could go on and on but let me say: Don't hesitate to stay at Serendipity. Sarah and Ken will make sure you are comfortable in every way and that your every question about the house and planning your activities while visiting the area are covered. You will call them friends, as I do, even though we only corresponded by email. Again, I will say: Serendipity is perfection!

“Family Vacation” Very clean place to rent in safe location, will rent again. The communications with the owners could have been better. The place is about 5 miles from Disney locations. Not all amenities were available to us that were stated in the description, no iron.

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly.
