“Updated condo, great pool, awesome owner” This is a great rental condo. It is in a great location on a marina, just across the street from the beach (just an easy 5 minute walk). A real bonus is the location near the Santini Plaza. The Plaza has great restaurants, a liquor store, a hardware store and other shopping. There is a CVS next to the Plaza. The pool is beautiful and the largest on the island. It was great to have the extra space of a 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Vito is a fantastic owner. He is easy to contact and genuinely cares about his renters.

“Awesome..” The view was beautiful. The condo was clean and we were satisfied and relax during our entire trip. Mrs Elaine was very nice and friendly, I would book my next vacation with Mrs Elaine. Thank you!

“fabulous” This condo is beautiful. We watched the dolphins from the balcony. We enjoyed the heated pool. Access to the beach is right there. The condo had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated . We would highly recommend it.

“Estero Sands was PERFECT!!” Estero Sands was a great place for our family! We've stayed in Ft. Myers many times and this stay was one of the best. The owners that were on site were very nice. The grounds were very well kept. Literally steps to the beach!!! Loved it!!

“This area was easy to get around but the Trolley was a fun way to visit FMB areas . . .” Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 6th floor unit had a view of the intercoastal waterway (from 1 bedroom) as well as the beach view from the master bedroom & our screened corner balcony. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and cookware; the appliances worked well and were clean. They loved their bedroom with the extra long full size beds. The building is right on the beach for easy access with 2 grandchildren. Easy walk to the Bowditch Point Park and Times Square. We really enjoyed the Ostego Bay Foundation Marine Science Center. Highly recommended.

“Extremely comfortable.” The unit had everything in it you would need from beach towels to electric skillet. Only walked down the stairs and to the beach. Lots of room for family. I Thank the owner for allowing us to stay.

“Wonderful family vacation with autistic child” Condo was fantastic, great location, walking distance to pier/Times Square area. Wonderful beach area. Only drawback was the lack of professional customer service upon check in.

“A week in paradise!” My husband and I and two of our best friends spent 7 wonderful days there. We had all that we needed. We explored the area, ate and drank with the people on Ft. Meyers Beach. We picked the right week. Nothing but 80's and sunshine. The condo was neat and clean and on the fourth floor, we had a beautiful view of the sunset every night.

“Thanksgiving with family” We celebrated Thanksgiving holidays at this beautiful beach view condo. The condo was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked, living room was cozy, beds were comfortable, and we had a beautiful beach view from the lanai. We had gorgeous sunsets EVERY night. The beach was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the tiki hut when we needed to get out of the sun. There is road construction along Estero Blvd so it can get loud and traffic heavy.

“Week in FMB” We stayed a week at the property. It is situated at the quiet south end of Estero Island and a great place to relax. There was ample supplies as far as cooking and eating, beach chairs, toys, umbrella's etc for our use at the beach which was just a short walk. Getting around was easy if you wanted to drive, use the Trolley or hail a cab. There is easy shopping at Publix near by as well as shopping, eating and live music across the street. We were a little worried about the weather as the forecast was nearly 80% rain every day. They were right, it rained every day from 4-5, otherwise sunny. We love FMB and like to party downtown, we liked this property because we could go back to the quiet side for a break and rest. I guess my only negative would be that the WiFi access was from another unit 2 floors below and a little spotty depending where you were.

“Great condo and great owner and we had a wonderful time” We have stayed at this resort before but this was the nicest condo we have stayed in. The location is great and the property is very clean and the pool is great. The owner Richard Rowe was great to us in every way and very accommodating.

“Everything we needed” The condo was very comfortable, with a nice array of kitchen and bath supplies. The owners made us feel welcome and appreciated. The elevator is right outside the door, making it very easy to get luggage in and out. The view from the enclosed porch is gorgeous, and the beach is only steps away from the elevator. We loved it!

“Best beach view in Building” We give this unit 5 stars because of the beach view. Morning shade on balcony is a plus. It is a corner unit, all units ending In 6 in building C (Estero Beach and Tennis) should be perfect. The condo itself is a bit worn, but who cares if you are outside enjoying the lovely beach, pool, lounge areas? Also, there is no dishwasher in this unit. The owner is easy to work with and provides most things you'll need to get your vacation started (paper towels, TP, napkins, coffee filters). Would highly recommend to others!

“Great location” We had a great time. The rooms were big and comfortable. It is right on the beach and it is a short walk to the pier with restaurants and shopping.

“Fabulous” Everyone in the family really needed the time to relax and I must say it was all worth the trip. My family had a great time at the beach. The other home owners or guest were friendly, it wasn’t noisy. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook a nice meal. The view was breathtaking the condo the linens, towels everything was perfectly clean. We also took a short walk to the pier where there was entertainment, food and ice cream. “Relaxing” We stayed at the Beach Villas in March, 2012. The pictures attached are exactly how it looks, perfect!! We had 6 people staying in the room and we all fit comfortably. The view from this 7th floor condo go on for miles. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back.

“Great time in a wonderful place” This condo was perfect for us. We have 3 kids and everyone loved it. The view is awesome. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds where very comfortable. The sofa bed not so comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and very clean. The beach was very clean and quiet. The full moon rising was breathtaking. The master bedroom is a little tight because of the king size bed but it still worked for us. Walk in closet space was great.The personnel where wonderful and gave us late checkout no problem. Everything was so easy and convenient k. My kids asked "can we come back every year" most Definitely!
