“Great long weekend” We had a great time. They never last long enough at DeBordieu. Wish I had known the member-member was that weekend, I would have come down the next weekend.Not the end of the world, we'll just have to come back soon. Service was great and everyone very accommodating.

“Perfect beach experience--ideal location!” Debordieu is a perfect family beach experience. This particular villa is ideal since it is right on the beach--really steps from your door to the beach-- and very short walking distance to the beach club and dining. You even have a fabulous private pool at the villas that is just steps away. The villa itself is well-appointed and comfortable, and you can relax indoors or on the screened porch with a close, unobstructed view of the ocean.

“Great Porches, Love the View” Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 406 Ocean anchor. We especially loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The elevator and the pool were much appreciated by the grandparents. One of the showers stopped working but it was no problem as a repairman appeared and fixed it within an hour of our call. Checking in and out could not have been easier. Overall, it was just a great family vacation at a great place.

“Great Location” Great location, home needs updating, They could invest in larger TVs, too many owner items around and in the way, I found several different overpowering odor/air fresheners upon arrival - it made me think they were trying to hide something, I had to locate each one and unplug or close them and put them away because the smell was nauseating, the porch fan did not work so I reported it and maintenance was very prompt in fixing, but was delayed because of the holiday, laundry location (inside a bedroom) was not convenient and was kind of nasty. While I gave it a very good rating because it was certainly adequate, someone from the rental place may need to "walk" through with the owners and encourage them to de-clutter and fix some things up. Owners were very nice to work with our shifting schedule, we had a terrific week

“Wish it was our place!” Ruthie's Roost was a beautiful property and the whole DeBordieu property is amazing. It is in a great location with everything you need close by, but with the feeling of being away. We were visiting for a wedding and only stayed 2 nights. We wished it was longer. Maybe sometime in the future we can come back to visit for real vacation and for a week. We will recommend this to our friends and family.
