“Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“Best Vacation I ever had!!!” I had the best vacation ever. It was so nice having everyone together in one place.There was eight people and there was plenty of room. The view from the condo was great and the location of the condo was to. The hotel staff was excellent so was the food and drinks.I would stay again in a heart beat. We plane to go back next year.I have been to several islands and there is not to many countries these days you can go to being a american that people treat you like royalty. Cancun is one of them.

“Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo” "Luxury Cancun Beachfront Condo" says it all and these photos are truly what this magnificent home looks like. What you read in the property description is absolutely the way it is. This condo is gorgeous inside and out. The furnishings are comfortable and modern. Everything is just as it should be. Any questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed by Gia and Roberto, the housekeepers/maintenance/"go-to" caretakers who kept our vacation home spotless. Additionally, Marty, the owner, checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. He truly wanted to make sure that we were enjoying our visit and everything was as we expected it to be. On our most recent trip as in the past, if there was any problem, he was on it right away. This is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We stayed here for a month before the property was renovated and it was wonderful then. Upon our recent return for a month-long vacation, we found it to be beyond wonderful. Villa Nizuc's staff is amazing. The grounds are beautifully manicured and the pool is crystal clear. If you wake with the sun, you'll see the groundskeepers raking the beach, skimming the pool and on their hands and knees tending to the lawn and topiary-like shrubs. When returning from a shopping trip, a staff member will rush to your door to help you carry your purchases into the condo. From hailing a taxi or bus (a real adventure, by the way) to inviting you to put the baby turtles into the sea in the evening, they cannot do enough for you. As far as security and safety goes, we were as comfortable as at home in the USA, if not more so. Within walking distance is the new Oxxo convenience store which we found very handy. Also very close is the superb Navios restaurant which is literally on the lagoon as the dining areas are on the dock. We will definitely return for our third stay.

“This Penthouse Was Awesome!” I recently stayed one night here with a group of 8 friends and we had the time of our lives. Tim and his partner, Mike were very accommodating and made it extremely easy for us to get settled in. The views are breathtaking as you are truly at the highest point of view in Cancun. From the outside of the building, the hotel itself looked run down but the penthouse was nice and had plenty of room. We took a short bus ride for ten pesos a person downtown at night to party and had a blast. The beach at the hotel is beautiful and clean and the pool was enjoyable as well!

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Great Vacation” My wife and I recently stayed two nights in unit 341 at the El Taj Oceanfront. This unit was beautiful! The white, sandy beach is literally about 20 steps from the front door. It was clean and very well decorated. The view from the living room looks out past the pool to the ocean. There is a very large private belcony off the master bedroom that offers a quiet spot for coffee in the morning. The staff at El Taj were extremely nice and very accommodating. If you are looking for a very clean, well-kept, relaxing unit that is on the beach, I would highly recommend you stay here.
