“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Relaxing” This was the first time every staying on a houseboat. We were a little apprehensive to began with, the boat swaying in the wake, but it didn't take long to get use to the motion. Then there was the spectacular views of the yachts, fishing boats and barges passing right in front out you on the Intercostal waterway. Then just about evening Dolphins would pass by, just amazing. We enjoyed fishing from the front deck, not much luck, but very enjoyable. The condo was clean and comfortable. Not to far from downtown Beaufort, we enjoyed the sites there and the surrounding area’s as well. A very enjoyable and peaceful stay. Thanks

“Fantastic Outerbanks Vacation” The condo felt home-like, very clean. The pool and beach areas were great. Take lots of lotion! Sitting out on the balcony was beautiful and very relaxing. If you like to cook, there are a couple of fresh seafood shops close. The ferry to Ocracoke was a fun day trip. Overall, this vacation was fantastic.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. “Absolute Dream Location” Clancy, my dog and I spent an amazing week at this location. Kim and her family were amazing. The rental had absolutely everything you could ask for and much more. Clearly Kim and Co. have made this an upscale, homey spot for anyone wanting beach time. Speaking of the beach, the views off the deck are some of the finest I've ever seen both morning and night. I got up early every morning, just to watch the sunrise. The beach is clean, an easy walk and friendly for kids, dogs and people. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful vacation.
