“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Very welcoming and worth it !” Me and my family absolutely loved this vacation house everything was so welcoming and near perfect ! “Fantastic Stay” The home was in a beautiful community and there was a huge resort pool with all the things one would look for in a resort setting. The home itself was immaculate and very clean upon arrival. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We enjoyed the home and the resort so much that we actually spent a few days less at the parks. The reservation process was simple and straightforward. All in all a great vacation!

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Everything you could ever imagine !!!” My new Wife and I just got back from our stay. We held our Wedding there. We had both our immediate families stay with us during 3 days of our 4 day stay. Plenty of room for all, we had 15 adults and 8 kids total. This place is just so amazing. My wife and I toured it prior to our stay and missed so many things because there is so much detail. Our favorite place was the pool area. The day after our wedding some of us hung out at the pool for a couple of hours. The kids all had a blast between the pool slide, video games, ball pit, mini golf, and movie room. This made it easy for us to focus on set up and tear down for the wedding. We had 220 guest during our day and everyone loved the place. Biggest question was how did you find this place. Great photos from our day hit facebook immediately with babies on the Carousels,kids playing mini golf, and people around the tropical pool setting. Andrew, Felicia, and his staff were very helpful. Andrew answered all our questions with fast response times through out the planning. Felicia was there when we checked in and ensured we were settled and answered any last minute questions. The detail andrew put into his Estate is amazing. Every thing out there takes you away from your everyday. We are so lucky that such an awesome place was shared with our family and friends to enjoy. It was the perfect place to hold our special day. The last day I spent an hour taking photos of the Estate in which I noticed the incredible landscape,a touch that just simply takes your breath away on the beauty of life. Andrew thought of it all. The only down fall, which was our fault, is that we did not have enough time to enjoy everything. This was due to a short stay, wedding set up and tear down. Our next stay will be longer. My older Sister from Philly was talking about a family meet up next year. Boy I Hope so. All our Wedding dreams came true. Thank you Ever after Estate and Thank you andrew.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Fantastic!” This villa was a great place to stay! Close to Disney parks! You do need a car to get around but everything you need is within a short driving distance. It was awesome! The home itself was clean and well maintained. It was great having a private pool to come back to after we went to the park. We would stay again!

“Great location” We had great times in Oakwater, all was perfect! The house is fully equipped, all is clean, new and works perfect!It is an ideal location, close to everything. Near the home are so many great restaurants such as: Bonefish, Longhorn, Golden Corral, Ihop, Bahama Breeze, Buffalo Wild Wings, Flippers Pizza*, Red Lobster and lots more! The super target is within 2 min as well as the Publix.It is also located in very quiet area. There are great sports facilities, tennis court, and the pool area itself is fantastic. We enjoyed it very much and the pool s huge and warm !!! We loved it and will definitely recommend to our friends and family!
