“Excellent place to stay” We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Purple Parrot. We came for a week to visit our son at NaS. The location was 10 minutes from the back gate making visitation easy. We were also close to Johnson Beach and a short drive to Pensacola Beach. One of our nicest surprises was how close we were to the Gulf Shores and all of the activities there. We found the Gulf shores much nicer than Pensacola Beach itself. The Purple Parrot had everything we wanted and more. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and the hours of operation were great. We did a late check in with no problem and check out was so easy. The staff at The Purple Parrot was always more than willing to help. The staff at Perdido Key Resort Management went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Our experience with The Purple Parrot and Perdido Key Resort management was one of the best experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone.

“Great place to stay for an early spring break” Pete - thanks for being such a great host. The place was situated right near everything we wanted to do - dinner and drinks in old town Scottsdale, spring training games, you name it. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming down again some time soon!

“The best & most picturesque beachfront hacienda on the Riviera M” My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hacienda Kukulkan during our Mexico trips, and consider it by far, the most gorgeous private home on the beautiful Mayan coastline! So look no further, you have found your dream vacation home in the Caribbean! From the minute we walked in, it completely took our breath away! The front of the house opens to a big tennis court on the left. There's even a fully equipped gym with panoramic views of the ocean, all which gave us the added motivation to work out on our vacation! ? The center of the house has an open air courtyard with a cute pond, and pretty patio furniture, and all rooms are built around it, some with spectacular ocean views. We spent many a night doing dinners under the moonlight and breakfast when we wanted to just laze in. The maids did a wonderful job with cooking & housekeeping, going out of the way to make sure we were comfortable. What is so impressive is that every room and every piece of furniture is custom designed! We spent hours in the fabulous pool overlooking the ocean, with music playing in surround sound throughout the villa. The location was awesome! Puerto aventuras surrounding a beautiful dolphin marina is convenient, close to all the night life & shopping at Playa and also the fabulous Tulum beach ruins. We felt safe and secure in this gated community! 3 years later, we were back to get married & the ambience was surreal! The courtyard, steps from the ocean, was perfect for our Reception, with Cocktail Hour by the pool. We hosted our family there, and the 8 bedrooms were more than sufficient to accommodate all. Our wedding was a huge success and our guests cannot stop talking about the gorgeous hacienda! We highly recommend Hacienda Kukulkan as your abode, to enjoy paradise in style! Like us, you would go back!! We are thankful to the owners (Rick & Sandy Spell), Marina of Riviera Maya Haciendas & Eddie, and maids like Mariana who made our stay there so memorable!

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Great for our family” The condo was perfect for our family. Kids upstairs. My husband and I on the main level. Loved the deck upstairs and the patio off the kitchen. The pool was great. Kitchen stocked. Loved that it wasn't right in the main part of the town. Quiet. But still close to everything. Wish we couldve stayed a few more days.

“No better way to spend time in the desert” I had an awesome 4 days mountain biking in the amazing Moab area. The condo was very nice. The furnishing was good, and the beds were quite comfortable. All the appliances were in good working order. I've stayed in many of these condos near the golf course in Moab, and this one was among the nicest.

“First timer” First time to Moab at the age of 57 out of shape and healing from heart surgery I knew I wanted a place to sleep and some place to relax after returning from a day in Arches .This home had everything I wanted .The only thing I had wished for was a hot tub.

“Very comfortable, more than we expected.” Very comfortable, out of the city vacation spot. Right up by the red rocks in a nice quiet area. We looked forward to coming back to this nice place after a day of site-seeing in Moab.

“Moab Country” The unit was comfortable, neat, and clean for the four of us. The location was further from central Moab than expected. WiFi access was a problem, resolved by management recommendation to use a neighboring unit's connection. It would be good to have instructions on what could be recycled.

“Ms” We loved this place! Spacious, tastefully decorated with a south west vibe, clean, and every convenience included. We really enjoyed the bbq and the hot tub on those cold starry nights. We knew from previous comments (thank you!) that there might be an issue with the hot tub being cold. So that was the first thing we checked on arrival, and sure enough it was cold. It took about 48 hrs to reach a good temperature. That would be my only criticism of the place. If you book here, consider calling the management company a couple of days before to make sure it's turned on and heating up. Also, no coffee was provided. I suggested even just a couple of pods would be nice until one has a chance to get to the grocery store. Most condo rentals elsewhere would do this. And, more dishwasher detergent. Who wants to buy a whole pack of detergent or do dishes by hand when on vacation :( these two things felt stingy for such a beautiful luxury condo. They should be fixed. But we loved this place, it was the perfect base for our mountain bike holiday, the spacious garage for our bikes was the icing on the cake.

“Very nice condo, will stay again...” This was a wonderful place to stay in Moab. Very clean and setup nicely to accompany a group. The price might be a bit high, but can't really complain about it. While I was there I recommended another one to some of my friends. They were also very pleased.

“Was Excellent” We enjoyed the condo it was in excellent condition. My only warning is I assumed when it said it would sleep 8 and we booked for 8 that there would be 8 beds. After reading it again. I guess we had to tell them we wanted an air mattress for the last 2. We slept on the comfy couch with a couple of blankets we found so it worked out. But FYI

“Pretty great stay for the whole family” The TV and the couch were a bit small for a large group and the blind was missing several slats allowing sun into the front room in the evening. The rest of the condo was great. It was very nice to have a garage to park inside.
