“Wonderful beach condo with amazing ocean views” I stayed at Audrey and Eric's condo during Hangout Music Fest, and it was a comfortable place to sleep, eat, get work done, and enjoy the view of the ocean. Checking in and out was hassle-free, as was communicating with the owners. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy some time on the beach.

“Great Stay on The Beach” We had a great stay in Penthouse 3! Newly remodeled and nicely decorated. The condo was very comfortable and had all the comforts of home - more actually - it had an awesome view of the ocean and Times Square. It only took a few minutes to walk to Times Square from the quiet north end. Thanks

“A fantastic week of building memories!” We had a fantastic week in paradise. This is a great location just steps from the beach - beautiful water, great shelling, and fantastic sunsets. The property was clean and accomodating for two families, and the kids loved the pool. The reservation process was easy, and the property manager was accomodating. We will be back!

“Best alternative to Fire Island” My partner and I wanted to try something new, we originally always go to Fire Island and although we will always love that place, I can't express how expensive it is just to go for a weekend with friends not to mention that we can't help but feel stranded in a way (we don't drive) because once the ferry leaves, that's it! You will be staying whether you want to or not. I would have never thought that I would find a house of this size, with amenities such as linens, towels, beach chairs, hot tub, and pool included for such a reasonable price at the Hamptons none the less...I thought it had to be a mistake, I literally had to call to confirm the rates. The owner was very prompt in her responses whether it would be through phone and or email, and she definitely went out of her way to make sure we were properly accommodated as well as gave awesome recommendations to nearby shops and restaurants. I never had such a pleasant and smooth experience. It was a one, two, three transaction and was very pleased with the outcome, will be coming back next year for sure!

“GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION!” The house was perfect for our family get-together the week after Christmas. With two grandkids, 10 and 13, we didn’t want to stay on the strip. However, the house is just a hop from the strip (15 min or so) and in a quiet neighborhood with a big park nearby for walks. We also found easy access to roads for Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Neon Boneyard and the Pinball Museum where you can actually play older pinball machines. The property manager was very gracious and met us at the house when we arrived. She showed us where everything was, how everything worked and answered all our questions. She also gave us info on locations of grocery stores (we cooked in after busy days on the strip) and restaurants. We appreciated the fact she was available anytime we needed her. The WiFi worked great and everyone had space to hang out together…or not. The pool table was a plus and the heated pool and spa were wonderful. We’d love to visit again and definitely recommend it, Thanks! to Frank and Sharon

“comfortable house, quiet” The house is well equipped and comfortable. It is quiet, close to shopping and provides a good starting point for excursions.

“Great Home / Great Host” This home was perfect for us with the main bedrooms separated from one end of the home to the other. All the things you would ever need in the home and kitchen. Pool and home are clean and in great condition. Location is great for Phoenix Open which is what we stayed in this home for and was only about 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale as well so all said this was a great home. The host is also easy to work with.

“A Fabulous Indulgence” I literally just wanted some time off to spend with my kids and husband and a few close relatives and friends but didn't want to go so far away. It must have been through the grace of God that I came across this ginormous house and for the price the owner was asking for...practically a steal! I'm so happy in the decision I made in renting this home as opposed to just practically handing away my money to a hotel/resort, everything was conveniently close by, beaches, shops, theaters...there was even a guide book at the house that came in really handy. My kids loved the pool so much that it was difficult keeping them out. My husband enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and looked cute working the grill as well. This house has everything anyone could ever ask for and I mean everything! It was completely furnished, kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Everyone enjoyed spending time together but the best part is that everyone got to go their separate ways at night in their own bed rooms with their own TV (def a must if you're a soap opera fanatic as I am). The only thing that I wasn't too crazy about was the check in (3 pm) and check out (11 am) time, it was a little too late and definitely too early for my taste (mostly because I really didn't want to leave). I def recommend not only this house, but the owner as well...very pleasant woman, it was like dealing with a family member...she was very welcoming and will most definitely rent from her again, am already counting down the days to my next vacation.

“Back again! It doesn't get any better!” This was our fourth stay at ann & Ed's villia. Will we be back... Definitely!! We have visited the house twice in the winter months (December) and in the sizzling hot summer (June/July) and every time we go we never want to leave, the kids actually cry! (we have 4 kids all under the age of 9) The house has ample space for our family, very clean, and we felt at home as soon as we opened the front door, we knew we were home away from home. Having two living rooms is a plus as our kids hang out in one room leaving the second one for the adults. There are plenty of activities provided right at the house. The heated salt pool was a huge hit for our kids. They have board games, very large flat screen Tv's a Playsatation 3 (with games and movies) and wireless internet, magazines (subscriptions left from other guests that return each year), fishing poles and fish right off their docks. The house is close to shopping, dining, beaches and family entertainment. Ann even includes various guides and coupons to local restaurants. Furthermore, the villa represented amazing value, considering the sorts of prices for an equivalent property on the Mediterranean. This villa was spotless from top to bottom kitchenware, kettles, microwaves, etc are all spotless from top to bottom. The only drawback was that we had to leave... but that's okay we book every year! Thank you ann & Ed for making this our 2nd home.

“Comfort and Convenience” We only stayed for 2 nights, but would not hesitate to rent here again. The location on St. Pete Beach was perfect. Even though there was temporary beach dredging going on in front of the condo this did not ruin our stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and there were less people and more room at this end, away from the larger hotels. The accomodations were just as pictured. Beautifully updated - everything clean as could be. All the conveniences were there and in working order. We look forward to the next time we can book a visit.
