“Green paradise with great pool, great food, beautiful gardens.” This place was great! You're on top of a mountain so the views are breathtaking. The gardens are incredible with all kinds of edible fruits, neat birds and pretty flowers. Our family loved the pool, with a fully shaded wading pool for our little guy, plus the big pool and a hammock in the shade (only meters from the wading pool so you can relax while they splash). We were there with a big group and spent our nights in one of the smaller rooms in the villa, the luxurious master bedroom was incredible though (even has a beday!) The traditional Jamaican cuisine was fantastic! I would definitely recommend choosing the cook option because it's about a 20minute drive down a bumpy road to get to town, and it's really nice (and affordable) to just have the cooking and dishes all taken care of. The atmosphere was really relaxing. The smaller bedrooms were a little unfinished but the owner said he's going to be sprucing things up a little in the next couple months. He was great about fixing things we asked for (got a new toaster oven to replace an old one, fixed our squeaky bedroom door and got us a waste basket for our room when we asked). The snorkeling and river walk that he set up for us were fantastic. If you're looking for an authentic Jamaican experience this is the spot for you.

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Relaxing in the beautiful arizona desert” We spent 2 weeks at this Casita and would recommend to all as easy going and beautiful place to stay. The grounds are very well maintained with two patios with tables and chairs for both. The back patio has a gas grille. The interior is very well appointed. The master bedroom is very spacious with a King, separate shower and a Jacuzzi. Views and access to back patio. The second bedroom is a little smaller but has a tub, shower and large walkin closet. The great room is very comfortable and makes you feel just like home. The best part, everything is on one level, no stairs! The location is central to both Carfree and Cave creek, and the gated security is very reassuring.

“Excellent villa - Pool to yourself!” I and 5 friends stayed here for a week from June 1st. The villa is fantastic - I was lucky enough to get the Master Suite which is a fantastic size, had two wardrobes, an en suite, a fantastic huge bed and of course, Air Conditioning. The other rooms were also a good size with air Conditioning as well. The pool is fantastic as we found out from Daniel that only 2 of the villas in the complex are rentals so you pretty much have the pool to yourselves all day - it was because of this that we hardly went to the beach! The villa is in a fantastic location for the beach and had a convenience store and a pharmacy just outside the complex. The complex itself is literally opposite to the entrance to Secrets - The Vine hotel which can be seen from anywhere in Cancun. A short walk takes you to a mall and a fantastic Mexican Grill Would recommend this to anyone considering it. Daniel is always available on email and was very friendly at all times. He was able to recommend nearby restaurants and bars and nothing was too much trouble. He was there to meet us when we arrived at the Villa and the Security Guys based at the entrance to the complex were able to arrange taxis and also hold the keys for us when the group went to different attractions. I can't recommend this enough

“Amazing!” This condo was amazing!!! Susie was fabulous from booking, check in, making sure we were okay and check out. I still email Susie and will be staying again here very soon. Clemaris met us there and showed us all around. We had a cute little bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms had a 1/2 bath which helped when my sister and I were getting ready at the same time. It had an outdoor shower off the back patio - very cool! The condo is behind Grace Bay Club - very short walk to the beach. Ports of Call shopping and Grace Way Gourmet grocery store was a short distant walk as well. It is shaded around the condo, so we kept the windows open for a nice breeze. My sister and I are beach girls, however we did use the pool a couple of times which was very nice. We met neighbors at the pool and met new friends from Canada. The whole islands electricity went out which has never happened unless there was a hurricane. It was out for about a 24 hour period - Susie emailed checking on us and the neighbor that lives there was going to work that morning (he had a generator) asked us if we need some coffee. His sweet wife, Argentina, made us coffee! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking at home! This place is a must stay!!!
