“Amazing!” This condo was amazing!!! Susie was fabulous from booking, check in, making sure we were okay and check out. I still email Susie and will be staying again here very soon. Clemaris met us there and showed us all around. We had a cute little bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms had a 1/2 bath which helped when my sister and I were getting ready at the same time. It had an outdoor shower off the back patio - very cool! The condo is behind Grace Bay Club - very short walk to the beach. Ports of Call shopping and Grace Way Gourmet grocery store was a short distant walk as well. It is shaded around the condo, so we kept the windows open for a nice breeze. My sister and I are beach girls, however we did use the pool a couple of times which was very nice. We met neighbors at the pool and met new friends from Canada. The whole islands electricity went out which has never happened unless there was a hurricane. It was out for about a 24 hour period - Susie emailed checking on us and the neighbor that lives there was going to work that morning (he had a generator) asked us if we need some coffee. His sweet wife, Argentina, made us coffee! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking at home! This place is a must stay!!!

“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Relaxing, near town, comfortable, and taken care of...” Once at the Hda Clemencito, we where met by the caretakers, shown the property, as the bags where taken to our rooms, the home was clean and very comfortable, the staff took care of us like family. The property is large and clean, suited for long walks, tennis, lap pool and jacuzzi. The location was very secure, that insured our privacy. The Chappel was perfect for a marriage ceremony early afternoon on a Sunday. The catering by the staff was wonderful, they used what we bought at the market, and when needed, the staff arranged for the shopping and cooking of desired meals. Breakfast was always on time and delicious, having traditional Mexican dishes, to hot cakes. Several times the staff, prepared dishes for diner, and for a wedding ceremony, the food was great and service was excellent. “Amazing Experience and Place” I cannot say enough great things about Bocas and Sandi's place. It was an amazing vacation thanks to the world's greatest host Sandi and her beautiful property, great cooking, conversation and help with finding things to do. The house itself is the perfect home base. Close to town but also close to some amazing beaches - some we had all to ourselves all day. We loved riding her bikes to explore the beaches and grab cocktails along the way. Sandi is an amazing host and an unexpected treat. We cooked dinner together one night and had many, many laughs. I personally loved the outdoor shower and hanging out on the porch. My boyfriend spent many hours in the hammock. Sandi even helped us line up private massages in our house. It was one of the best massages ever - highly recommend it. The house has everything you need - books, TV, Sandi's local knowledge, a well stocked kitchen, bikes and much more. We can't wait to go back to stay longer.

“Very well located, comfortable, and owners were very accomodatin” We were here for 5 weeks and found this family run rental clean, comfortable well landscaped and enjoyed many dinners on the balcony as well many afternoons in the pool.Walking distance to the beach and local shopping.Would come again!
