“Great location and clean unit” The location of this unit is great. The back gate is just outside the unit and the walk to the beach is an easy one. The walk or bike ride to Coligny Beach Park and the shopping plaza was very easy. It's about half a mile. The beach off Ibis St is quiet and not nearly as crowded as the beach at the Shipyard Plantation club house. The club house beach was great because of the restroom facilities and ability to rent chairs and an umbrella, but our family preferred the quieter beach access outside the back gate. Also, the pictures do not do this unit justice. It was much nicer than I expected. The unit was clean and quiet. Our week long stay was great.

“Super Nice Place” Nice amenities and clean condo. I enjoyed the whirlpool bath and sauna. I really enjoyed my vacation on Hilton Head Island.

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Very nice place.” All the amenities that you could ever need at the beach - nice indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room and short walk to the beach. We loved Coco's and great food. Lois

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Loved, loved, loved it!” Great vacation experience all around! Location absolutely cannot be beat! Close to beach, pools, shopping, restaurants, etc. our unit was very spacious, with everything one would want. Clean and comfy too. Reservations, check-in/out were super easy. Staff was friendly & helpful. One small maintenance item was quickly attended to (on Friday evening!). Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend it!

“Great Location” We've stayed in this unit many times. We love the location and the view! They have updated the kitchen, carpet and TV's. It could use some comfortable balcony chairs though!!! Overall, it's a great value for the space!!

“502 review” Overall very good. Nice pool and convenient to ocean and Coligny. However, read in an earlie review one bathroom shower did not drain properly. Was told it was fixed but it is not. Dining room chairs much too big for area -- awkward and couldn't get around table when all seated.

“great location” this unit was great for group travel. we loved that you could hear the live music from next door all afternoon but didn't have the crowds to contend with. only con would be the cleanliness. unit smelled the first day and then got worse. we finally realized it was the disposal that hadn't been run. we squeezed an orange down the disposal and the smell dissipated. Also found candy wrappers or napkins in couch cushions throughout the week. I think the cleaning service they use needs to be changed. Overall a great stay!

“Beach Lover” Enjoyed our stay at Courtside 46 very much. The location was very convenient to the beach (a short walk) and to shopping. Nice quiet location. The condo was very clean, large and comfortable. We would come back for sure.

“Great location, better condos in this building” We stayed in Ocean One for the fifth time. Love the building facilities and location. This was our first time in this unit (219) and found it dirty in comparison to others. No wifi and in need of some updated furnishings. Beds were poor.

“Just what we needed to relax for Labor day” Wonderful place, wonderful beach and pooltime! Seashore Vacations was wonderful to deal with too.

“Exceeded Our Expectations” We rented this condo for 5 nights starting on Labor Day. My husband and I arrived at the rental office early (1:15 pm) and we were able to move into the condo 30 minutes later. Seashore Vacations was great to work with. They were professional and very customer oriented and accommodating. The condo was very clean and had a remodeled kitchen and new living room furniture. The Master Bedroom overlooks the ocean and pool with its own balcony and 2 chairs. The main balcony is accessed through the Living Room and had seating for 6. We loved the ocean and pool views from both. The bathrooms looked like they too had been recently updated. They supplied enough paper products and soaps that the only thing we had to purchase was regular dish washing detergent. There was a ton of storage space throughout the condo. They even had chairs and floats for the ocean or pool. We did purchase an umbrella at the nearby Piggly Wiggly to use on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the layout of the condo with the Kitchen and Living Room on one side and both bedrooms and bathrooms on the other side. The Master Bedroom had a huge closet and more hangers than we needed. The pool and ocean were both a short walk - the access to both were just off the elevator. The pool was right below our condo and the beach right beyond the pool. The beach was clean and big enough that we were never crowded. There were showers between the ocean and pool area to wash off sand. The pool was cleaned and treated every morning and was delightful! Housekeeping did a great job and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The only minor issue was the closet door in the foyer which was difficult to open and close (maybe because of all the sand - this was where the beach chairs and floats were stored). But this was really no big deal. We would definitely return to Ocean One and stay at Unit 409.

“SeaCrest” We had a great stay. This was our first trip to Hilton Head, but we had a great time and are certain to return. With that said, I will be certain to use Seashore Vacations again and ideally stay in this same condo!

“I Loved This Condo!” I have stayed at Surf Court a few times. This condo was my favorite by far! Wonderful week at the beach!!

“Luibrand Stay @ 431 Shorewood” The whole kitchen was renovated which was very nice. However the two bathrooms need renovation badly and the carpet needs to be cleaned. I love Shorewood

“too many bugs” there were a lot of roaches and palmetto bugs. Cable tv was difficult to navigate. was a very nice place.

“Thrilled with Ocean One” Ocean One is very convenient to the beach, bike trails, restaraunts and shopping! The property is well maintained and safe! The pool area is fun for all ages.

“Updates needed” We love Ocean One and have stayed there many times. This was the first in this unit and I would only rate it as okay. Desperately needs a new coat of paint and updated furniture at the least. New carpet wouldn't hurt either. Was satisfied with the off season rate we paid, but wouldn't pay summer rates for this unit. Just not that nice.

“great time!” we love staying at ocean one 106! it's always clean and is a spacious condo. with children, it's the perfect location to the pool and beach. the staff is friendly and helpful. looking forward to next year at the same location!

“Ocean One Unit 503 Spring Break” We have been staying at this property for the last 20 years always in different units; the location is great. Unit 503 was nice and clean but needs to update the furnishings and do some maintenance (painting). TVs were outdated. It would be nice to offer your guests Wi-Fi also. We recycle but the property did not have any type of facility for recyclables. Please consider some type of recycling facilities. Seashores has always been great to work with. We will definitely be back again.

“Perfect Vacation!!!” The condo was very nice and the view was wonderful. The location was close to everything, Coligny Plaza was within walking distance and you have the Tiki Hut next door if you want to enjoy a drink and music. Definetly recommend this condo and this location to everyone.
