“Most beautiful place we've ever rented.” We loved the cabin. It was perfect for our size family (10). The huge balcony with the incredible views was the perfect beginning and ending to each day. Everything we needed to prepare meals was available and there was more than enough room in the kitchen for several of us to work. Thanks for having such a well stocked facility. Hope to come back soon again.

“Amazing Horse Property 10 Min from Beach” I traveled to the Ranch by The Sea with my family. We had a large group with age range from age 5 to 75 years of age. This is the perfect destination for any age. Bob the owner was a terrific host. He showed us everything we needed to know about how to use everything on the property. He also gave us suggestions of restaurants, bars, and best places to go to the beach which was very helpful since we were not familiar with the area. Anything we needed we just had to text or call him and he was available. There is plenty to do on the property no matter what age you are. There are many private rooms with tvs if you are just looking to relax and have some quite time. There are also many common areas to have fun with others to play pool, arcade games, ping pong etc and not disturb anyone else. There is a large patio with a fantastic view overlooking the pool and San Diego. Every evening around sunset you would see hot air balloons in the sky that would take off around Del Mar Race Track. There are also great sunsets to the west that fill the sky with vibrant orange and pink colors that everyone loved! Both the kids and adults loved the pool and hot tub. There is a shallow end and a diving board so a little bit for everyone. There is plenty of seating by the pool to watch the kids or just lounge and kick back and sun tan. If you are a horse lover this property is a must. There are horses on property with a large riding arena. The owner gave both kids and adults very fun and informative riding lessons. He is very knowledgeable about horses and riding. He is fun but informative and safe all at the same time. So whether you are an experienced rider or first timer everyone can have a great time. The house is very large with many different bedrooms. It is great because you can have a large group but everyone can have piece and quite and their own space which we all thought was great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the San Diego area. We definitely didn't want to leave and will be coming back soon to do it again.

“Great Weekend at Eagle Vista” We had a great 4 night stay at Eagle Vista. It was the perfect place to stay with friends on Spring Break. The cabin was only minutes from Terry Peak which the skiers greatly enjoyed. It was also very close to Deadwood and we called one of the cab companies Delf suggested to bring us one night. The cabin is beautiful and the perfect size with every amenity listed on the website . The view is unbelievable and we could not get enough of it by spending hours and hours on the deck. My personal favorite part was the large hot tub that had a great view of the mountains. Thanks again Delf for the wonderful cabin and all your help. We will definitely be back next year!

“The best of the best” I have been visiting and staying in rental places in Western NC for many years and the Kilkelly Cabin has no peer. The cabin is perfect and the views other worldly but the best part of the experience are the hosts. Joanie and Gary made sure our stay was more than we ever could have imagined. We celebrated my son's graduation from App St, my Mom's 80th birthday and Mother's Day all in one spectacular long weekend. It literally could not have been better. 5 stars are not nearly enough. Thanks Joanie and Gary. We'll be back

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Relaxing and rejuvinating” My husband, six month old daughter and I spent the weekend here in May. It was outstanding. Kendall, the owner, was warm and welcoming from the minute we stepped out of the car. She provided us with maps of her property, which you can hike and explore. We especially enjoyed the koi pond and just sitting on the porch swing. The views are amazing from the porch and deck. The cabin is in Fairview, NC which is about 20 minutes away from Asheville. It is the perfect location, far enough away to feel as if you are the only ones around, but close enough to downtown to run in for dinner. You don't have to, however, because there is a restaurant, The Local Joint, about 5 minutes away. They have a variety of local food and organic entrees. Excellent. Kendall is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor. We were able to get massages for both my husband and myself, which were fantastic. I also opted to take a private yoga lesson, which was awesome. I am a super-beginner, and she was able to make the class both on my level and enjoyable. We got the "relaxation weekend" which I highly recommend. The massage and yoga class (or sauna treatment) come with the cabin price. There is a hot tub which we were unable to use (because we needed to watch the baby), but looked very inviting. Overall, I would give this vacation spot 5 stars, more if I could!

“Nice condo, great location, love the platinum membership” Clean and comfortable condo with a nice south facing patio, sun for most of the day, looking right at the tenth tee of the challenge course. Free WiFi and telephone is a nice extra. The condo is a very short walk to the clubhouse for golf and tennis, very accessable with the platinum membership. The tennis and golf staff were very helpful and friendly and the tennis facilities and both golf courses are first rate.

“Breathtaking Tennis Estate” This estate is truly amazing. It has had everything I was looking for. I went here with my family and friends. We all had an amazing time. It has something for everyone. My friends and I throughly enjoyed the tennis court. We played so much I think I still have blisters on my feet lol. The tennis court isn't the only thing played on it. The kids loved riding bike, playing catch, basketball, tag, among other games they played. There is also a great playground adjacent to the tennis court in the grass. The kids also loved jumping on the trampoline. This estate also has a pool. It is a great pool just to lounge in or if you have kids there is no deep end which we all liked. No matter where you are this place has amazing views. You have views of the country side along with views overlooking San Diego. We really loved that every night we saw hot air balloons in the sunset sky. Also in the summer months Sea World shoots off fireworks which we could see in the horizon on clear nights. Although there are many restaurants near by. This estate has an amazing gourmet kitchen. There were a few nights we decided to not go out and went to a local grocery store a mile away to pick up food to cook which was very nice. \ Bob is the best host. Not only is he very funny and easy to get along with. He is also very helpful if you ever need anything just text or call him. He is also very knowledgable about things to do, see, restaurants, beaches, shopping, etc. This house is also one level which is good if you have anyone elderly or young children staying with you. This is which the exception of the stairs going down to the pool, tennis court, and playground. Also, there is an apartment above the garage that you need to climb stairs to get to. This apartment is also great. It is a one bedroom with full kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I would recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you love Tennis or have kids.
