“Casa Del arbol Cantando” We give Casa Del arbol Cantando a 5 Star+ Rating! We stayed with a group of friends from 12/17 to 12/28/12 and can't say enough about the condo, the location and the caring, personale and involved owners, Sherwin and Peg. We have rented a lot of condos over the years in different locations and this one stands out as one of the best ever. The condo is gorgeous, the location is breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning was amazing. Our quads are in the best shape ever after those breathtakingly beautiful hikes up and down the 76 stairs to LaRopa! We loved the quality touches, the gorgeous dishes, glassware, copper bottom cookware (could have used a baking sheet however)and artsy touches. The signature "arbol cantando" is a huge wow factor! The ambience is perfect. Having 2 patios was delightful and both are a plant and flower lovers feast! Dona Rosario was a wonderful personable housekeeper who makes great breakfasts! The five of us had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Most of all what sets this condo apart is the caring and personable owners. They were great at answering questions ahead of time but called while we were there to make sure everything was ok. We were sharing photos back and forth and made new friends in the process of renting. All of their recommendations for restaurants and experiences were spot on. I'm sure they make all their guests feel this special! We took the bus often to explore the great restaurants and our favorite coffee shop in Zihua - it's easy to get the bus just a block from the bottom of the stairs and at 6.5 pesos just riding the bus was a fun local adventure. Also from the condo it's a great hike over to Playa Las Gatas - again the best combination of workout and then relaxing great beach, fish tacos and cerveza once there. We would highly recommend this great condo to anyone looking for a memorable Zihua experience!

“Spectacular Sunsets and views” We love this condo and all it offered. Perfect location on the beach and in the Romantica Zone! We felt so safe with its security and the young men that worked the front desk were so eager to help us with our luggage. The elevator was being worked on, so thankfully they helped us carry the suitcases upstairs. Young lady came in daily to clean and change linens. Loved watching all that went on on the beach and in the water!!! We plan to ask to use it for two weeks next October!!! Like I say, WE LOVED IT!

“4th of july vacation” We stayed at your amazing condo, for one week, during july 4th. What a wonderful place to watch the fireworks, top floor, overlooking the island, the beach club, the ocean... The condo is so big, we had a chef cook for us twice during our stay, we had plenty of room for all of us and a couple staying at Veranda. The view from both balconies is stunning and it's a perfect place for relaxing or a party, we did both!!

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Vacation at Montego Bay Studio apt. 35a” We surely did enjoy our stay at No 35a. Initially we had made arrangements for a stay of one week at No 35a in Montego Bay and one week at another Hotel in Kingston. After our first two days at No. 35a we did a reassessment of our stay in Ja taking into consideration the comfort of the apartment, which is ideally situated so that there is a panoramic view of the lovely hotel gardens, pleasure boats, jet ski and cruise ships traversing the sparkling blue waters of Doctor's Cave beach. There is also the view of fascinating architecture nestled in the mountains of Montego Bay. No. 35a is also strategically located in close proximity to several of Montego Bay's premium beaches, restaurants, shopping malls etc., We were on the hip strip, everything was within walking distance. As we are conscious of the environment we were able to turn off the a/C keeping the front and back doors opened inviting what nature offers from the atlantic. We were eager to inform the property manager Doreen of our intention to extend our stay for another week. We must mention our appreciation of Doreen's hospitality. Because of her knowledge on Jamaica she was able to provide tips so that we could have made informed decisions. Having rented a Motor Vehicle we were able to explore most of Jamaica using No. 35a as the base. It was a memorable experience. Cheers

“Great spot” Nice place close to the town clean it was a short trip but I was comfortable. Miss Janet was welcoming and warm , very nice lady . And the owner was very nice corresponded with me before and during my trip to make sure everything was going as planned, so that my stay there would be a good one . Thanks guys . “Amazing value for a slice of paradise!” My girlfriend and I stayed here last summer (July 2013) for 1 week and it was a great experience. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities you need (stove, oven, dish washer, fridge, washer, dryer, outdoor BBQ, shared pool), it is very clean, ideally situated near the beach and the town of Tamarindo, and it is spacious enough for several couples or even a large family to sleep comfortably (large balcony, 2 bathrooms). It felt like an actual home away from home! (cliche I know... but it's true!). It's a great value and just a few minutes walk from all the town services (bank, pharmacy, shops, tour guides, surf shops) and plenty of great restaurants. We saved a lot by staying that's for sure! Getting to the condo was really easy, there's a shuttle service that picked us up at the airport and gave us the keys, which we returned to them at the end of our stay. All the neighbors were very friendly and some even gave us great advice on what to see and do. Whether you're a group of friends, couples, family, this is a fantastic place to stay at while in Costa Rica and there's no shortage of things to do, areas to explore or beach to simply relax on. Tamarindo is a gem of a place and we are definitely going back and when we do we are definitely staying here again!

“Loved it” We were doing our medical elective in St Lucia and had a fantastic time at Belle Kaye. Eroy did everything he could to make us feel at home and was always happy to answer questions on the area and help out with putting us in contact with people for excursions. On our first day he picked us up and then took us on a tour of the area and then for a shandy on the beach! The Villa is lovely and very spacious. It was perfect for us as it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 mins to the bus stop which would take you to Rodney bay or into town directly. We often walked down to the Mariner for breakfast too which is lovely (takes about 20mins). Definitely try the body holiday day pass if you stay, its a 25 minute walk up the road and was one of the highlights of our stay! Its extremely safe and there is a guard at night. I can't recommend Belle Kaye enough - it was perfect.

“What more could you want?” To add our thoughts about Las Palmas. We've stayed here 8 weeks over the last three years and we've already booked for next year! We feel this place is special for a couple reasons. It is unique in that it is all by itself, on the rugged edge of National Park property. It is not in a residential neighborhood, not in a commercial area but it's hardly secluded. We walk to both Santa Cruz (about 2 miles) & La Crucecita (about 2.5 miles). Also, an easy walk down to La Entrega for beach activities like snorkeling, lunch & tropical drinks. Violin beach is right below Las Palmas and usually very quiet and very beautiful. Our son proposed to his girlfriend while snorkeling on there! We love the fact there are only 5 casistas and 3 villas at Las Palmas. It is small enough to get to know other vacationers & share the amenities, but still plenty of privacy to do your own thing. Looking forward to Las Palmas every year makes the daily grind much easier to endure!

“Greatest accommodations” Lloyd and Pauline are the two greatest people ever. This is the first time I stayed at one of Lloyds properties and now im hooked. The condo was so well kept. With everything I needed to cook for myself!!! The balcony over looked the ocean and I could hear the waves through out the house. Pauline is the sweetest she made sure I had everything I needed. She even did my laundry which was great. My friend rented Lloyds condo next door and we were able to connect the two!!! The condo is just a short walk from everything. This will be the only place I stay at for now on!!!

“Great Condo, Great Location” First time we have rented a condo from an owner through FlipKey. Everything from reservation confirmation, payment etc was very smooth. When we arrived on site the outside of the Towers was disappointing, but very common in tropical climates. But all was overlooked when we walked into the suite. So very nice, clean, clean, clean. Lots of room for my husband and I, as well as a daughter. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and taxis. The suite had everything you need. Reliable internet, fully equipped kitchen, tv in living room and master bedroom. Millicent met us on arrival and showed us around the suite as well as explained beach access etc. We had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this location. I was also impressed when the owner , Kenita came to say goodbye when we left. It was a pleasure to meet her. We hope to be back one day.
