“Pet-Friendly Destingation” As a 'Pet-Blogger', I am always looking for great places to holiday with our two dogs Henry, and Reese. More specifically, somewhere we can 'enjoy' with the dogs without having to worry about what to do with them when we visit restaurants, shops or go sightseeing. The Dolphin Inn was the perfect place to stay! This trip was arranged as a group get together; my husband, parents, in-laws and sister with her husband and two small children. The spacious accommodation meant no one felt as if they were tripping over one another. Although we didn't eat evening meals as a group, we enjoyed breakfast together at a large table located beside the spacious kitchen on the upper level. Because of the layout and quiet location of the Inn, we were comfortable leaving Henry and Reese to relax comfortably when we went out to do 'people only' things. Our hosts were very helpful with suggestions regarding things to do and see in the area. Upon arrival we found guides with locations and contact information, as well as preferred rates on several activities for guests of the Inn. I am happy to recommend The Dolphin Inn to groups or families with or without dogs!

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “Mrs” Perfect in every way. Condo was spotless and had everything we could need. Pool was right out the door. Couldn't see the beach from the Condo but a very short walk We had a small maintance problem. Made one phone call and it was fixed within the hour. We will be back

“Very comfortable” Love the homeand the pool. Close to all atractions. Plenty of room for all my guests. The Boone plantation was great. Folly beach was beautiful, the harbor cruise was very nice and downtown Charleston was bery nice.

“Coppertop is an ideal getaway!” We had a great experience in Ocean Isle, while staying at the Coppertop. My friends and I, have made numerous golf trips to the Myrtle Beach area, and this is by far, our favorite place to stay. It has all the amenities you need, and then some, while being in a very convenient location. It is just across the bridge, near numerous restaurants, and just one lot off the beach, not too mention, within 15-20 minutes of numerous, world class golf courses. We have had as many as 12 golfers staying there, all in complete comfort, without any sense of being cramped or crowded. The design of the house, as well as the decorating, are all top notch, and made us all feel extremely comfortable. We have stayed at Coppertop 3 times, usually not in the peak season, but I can imagine it would be a blast to be able to hit the beach and do some fishing off the pier, just across the street. I have also taken another couple on a trip to OI, and they absolutely loved the house. Can't wait, to head back this fall!
