“Comfortable Oceanfront Condo Right on the Beach” This is the perfect location for relaxing—and only an hour from Orlando and 15-20 minutes to Cocoa Beach. The beach is right outside your door and less crowded (and cheaper) than Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the condo and resting on the private balcony. Amazing view to watch the ocean. Lots of bird watching and shells galore on the beach, too. Patrick Air Force Base is nearby and the Air Force Thunderbirds flew over several times one day while practicing for their upcoming shows. However, the condo is so well sound proofed that I think we would have missed that if we hadn’t been outside. The kitchen was clean and well equipped and Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are all very close for stocking up on supplies. The condo has boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys for the kids. The pool was spotless and the perfect temperature for refreshing after a hot day in the Florida sun. The washer and dryer were an extra benefit and they are located in a separate utility room inside the unit so you don’t have the noise of running washer/dryer near your bedroom when you’re trying to sleep. We enjoyed dining out at Jack Baker’s Lobster Shanty, Neptune Bar & Grill, Bizzarro Pizza & Pasta, and Ichabod’s Bar & Grille. Be sure to treat yourself to ice cream at the Surfin’ Turtle in Satellite Beach. They have a place for kids to play and hang out, including big checkerboards and a selection of board games as well as great information on sea turtles. Even though we booked on rather short notice, Drew made the rental experience easy and responded quickly by email. We totally enjoyed our week and hope to make it back in the future. When we do, I'll definitely be contacting Drew to stay in this unit again.

“"Lovely"” This was a great spot, in fact Cocoa Beach was a very nice area to visit. The condo had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub area were great as well as the beach. Next time I would like an ocean view room which would of been nice. Very clean and nice and quiet. Thanks!

“Perfectly Pleasant Stay!” We had a wonderful stay at Pineapple Manor...our apartment was clean, quiet, nicely furnished with everything we could ask for in a great location for us (we were in town for a family wedding). I did a great deal of research and this was a great bargain and true hidden gem. Short walk to the river for beautiful sunsets and a few blocks walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

“Paradise in Cocoa Beach!” We have been visiting Cocoa Beach for many years and have rented several condos. We lucked upon the listing for this condo and decided to rent it for april 2014. Our knowledge of the area and the photos of the condo led us to expect quality home away from home type accommodations. However, the condo surpassed our expectations. It was a piece of paradise! The condo is exquisitely decorated and spotless. The furnishings are of high quality including the mattresses which will guarantee you hours of tranquil sound sleep. Opening the patio doors at night allows you to drift off to sleep with the relaxing sound of the waves. The gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is well equipped and spacious. We very much appreciated breakfasts and suppers on the balcony table which comfortably sits 4 people. The direct ocean view is priceless! Although we preferred watching the cruise-ships and fishing boats pass by, for those who are so inclined, the condo is equipped with 3 televisions including a large screen Smart TV with a large selection of programming. We especially appreciated the free calling to Canada as we needed to keep in touch with family and work. As soon as you drive into the complex you can't help but to notice the well groomed and maintained property. We were impressed with the facilities (pool, sauna, tennis courts, small library) as well as the helpfulness of both the complex secretary and the maintenance person. The owners have decorated their condo with pride and undertake to ensure that you the renter enjoy the premises as much as they have over the years. They are easy to contact and if any problems do arise, they are quick to find a solution. If you ask, they will give you helpful tips to make your vacation unforgettable. We would highly recommend this vacation rental...we have already confirmed for next year and hope to rent it in the years to come!

“Perfect condo on the beach with all the comforts of home and direct beach views from the balcony!” The property was PERFECT! Nice and quiet and very comfortable. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to fix the only problem we had during our stay which was with the internet company. We will definitely stay here again and hope it will be soon!

“great condo...great place to stay” The place was great! Everything was included. There was enough linens and towels, very plentiful.There was even beach toys foy the kids, they loved it, as well as all kind of beach accessories. It was also very spacius and very clean. “Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Fantastic experience!” The on-site manager was in contact with us before our stay and greeted us warmly upon our arrival. We were very pleased with our condo. It was decorated nicely, roomy, and had everything plus that you could ask for. There were even boogie boards and beach chairs. Nice! We had a nice ocean and pool view. It was just a very short walk to the ocean which we walked along daily. The experience couldn't have been better!

“Wonderful!” Everything was exactly as Drew described except the view was even more beautiful than his pictures showed. The condo was stocked with every single thing a family could need. It even had several beach toys including three body boards. The condo is just two condos up from the pier, which has restaurants, bars, arcade and a souvenir store. Perfect location!! Also Drew was very good at communicating and responded to our questions immediately.

“Beautiful Ocean View and Relaxing Vacation” Had a very relaxing vacation at this unit. Check-in and Check-out was a snap and the unit was very clean and nice. Wonderful view of the Ocean. 3 adults and 2 young adults fit very comfortably in the unit. The Ocean is but a few feet away. Across the street a strip center with a grocery store (Publix), Dunkin Donuts and other stores made getting supplies very easy. Not much nightlife that close to the unit but it is right on A1A and if you want nighttime entertainment it is just a few miles away. Wonderful place for a family getaway.

“Family vacation” Our stay at Chateau by the Sea in condo 101 could not have been better. The location of the condo made it easy to get in and out. It was in a perfect location to get out and walk to the pier where we could enjoy live music, dining, fishing and shopping. The beach was mere steps away. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed...except food and personal items, of course. We hope to return soon. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home away as our own. “Love this place!” This place is amazing and the view is incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the cruise ships coming and going and being so close to the pier is a definite plus! This condo is conveniently close to Publix and a variety of restaurants and shopping, but still far enough away that that you don't lose that peace and quiet you're looking for. Drew, the owner didn't miss a thing when supplying this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and the closet in the master bedroom is well stocked with linens and towels and all the beach necessities. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony while the laundry was being done. I love that this condo is not "over-decorated". The decorations are relaxing and tasteful. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the pillows are not cheap "dollar store" pillows. It was nice to get a good night sleep every night!! The owner doesn't seem to have spared any expensive in making sure the tenants are comfortable during their stay. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year and Drew is such a pleasure to work with when planning the stay. This place couldn’t be more perfect and I will definitely be going back for another stay!

“Perfect location, beautiful accommodations!” We rented unit 230 for a week in September. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedrooms and one bath are upstairs, and the kitchen, living area, dining area and another full bath are on the first level. Tile floors, granite counter tops, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare a meal. The bed had a memory foam mattress, and the bedroom view of the ocean was breathtaking. Plenty of closet space, beautiful Paula Deen furnishings. Very clean. This unit is on the side of the building and has a wide angled view of the ocean. Office and maintenance staff was friendly and available to help if needed. Pool area is clean and overlooks the ocean. Because it was the "low" season, we didn't have to share the beach with very many people, except the surfers looking for the perfect waves. This condo has everything you need for a perfect stay at the beach, just bring your clothes. Publix is across a1a so it's easy to stock the refrigerator. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

“Wonderful” The Condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked well. The unit had a hair dryer and soap. The pool was nice and never crowded.
