“Comfortable Oceanfront Condo Right on the Beach” This is the perfect location for relaxing—and only an hour from Orlando and 15-20 minutes to Cocoa Beach. The beach is right outside your door and less crowded (and cheaper) than Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from the condo and resting on the private balcony. Amazing view to watch the ocean. Lots of bird watching and shells galore on the beach, too. Patrick Air Force Base is nearby and the Air Force Thunderbirds flew over several times one day while practicing for their upcoming shows. However, the condo is so well sound proofed that I think we would have missed that if we hadn’t been outside. The kitchen was clean and well equipped and Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are all very close for stocking up on supplies. The condo has boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys for the kids. The pool was spotless and the perfect temperature for refreshing after a hot day in the Florida sun. The washer and dryer were an extra benefit and they are located in a separate utility room inside the unit so you don’t have the noise of running washer/dryer near your bedroom when you’re trying to sleep. We enjoyed dining out at Jack Baker’s Lobster Shanty, Neptune Bar & Grill, Bizzarro Pizza & Pasta, and Ichabod’s Bar & Grille. Be sure to treat yourself to ice cream at the Surfin’ Turtle in Satellite Beach. They have a place for kids to play and hang out, including big checkerboards and a selection of board games as well as great information on sea turtles. Even though we booked on rather short notice, Drew made the rental experience easy and responded quickly by email. We totally enjoyed our week and hope to make it back in the future. When we do, I'll definitely be contacting Drew to stay in this unit again.

“Paradise in Cocoa Beach!” We have been visiting Cocoa Beach for many years and have rented several condos. We lucked upon the listing for this condo and decided to rent it for april 2014. Our knowledge of the area and the photos of the condo led us to expect quality home away from home type accommodations. However, the condo surpassed our expectations. It was a piece of paradise! The condo is exquisitely decorated and spotless. The furnishings are of high quality including the mattresses which will guarantee you hours of tranquil sound sleep. Opening the patio doors at night allows you to drift off to sleep with the relaxing sound of the waves. The gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops is well equipped and spacious. We very much appreciated breakfasts and suppers on the balcony table which comfortably sits 4 people. The direct ocean view is priceless! Although we preferred watching the cruise-ships and fishing boats pass by, for those who are so inclined, the condo is equipped with 3 televisions including a large screen Smart TV with a large selection of programming. We especially appreciated the free calling to Canada as we needed to keep in touch with family and work. As soon as you drive into the complex you can't help but to notice the well groomed and maintained property. We were impressed with the facilities (pool, sauna, tennis courts, small library) as well as the helpfulness of both the complex secretary and the maintenance person. The owners have decorated their condo with pride and undertake to ensure that you the renter enjoy the premises as much as they have over the years. They are easy to contact and if any problems do arise, they are quick to find a solution. If you ask, they will give you helpful tips to make your vacation unforgettable. We would highly recommend this vacation rental...we have already confirmed for next year and hope to rent it in the years to come!

“Perfect condo on the beach with all the comforts of home and direct beach views from the balcony!” The property was PERFECT! Nice and quiet and very comfortable. “Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Fantastic experience!” The on-site manager was in contact with us before our stay and greeted us warmly upon our arrival. We were very pleased with our condo. It was decorated nicely, roomy, and had everything plus that you could ask for. There were even boogie boards and beach chairs. Nice! We had a nice ocean and pool view. It was just a very short walk to the ocean which we walked along daily. The experience couldn't have been better!

“Love this place!” This place is amazing and the view is incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the cruise ships coming and going and being so close to the pier is a definite plus! This condo is conveniently close to Publix and a variety of restaurants and shopping, but still far enough away that that you don't lose that peace and quiet you're looking for. Drew, the owner didn't miss a thing when supplying this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and the closet in the master bedroom is well stocked with linens and towels and all the beach necessities. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony while the laundry was being done. I love that this condo is not "over-decorated". The decorations are relaxing and tasteful. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the pillows are not cheap "dollar store" pillows. It was nice to get a good night sleep every night!! The owner doesn't seem to have spared any expensive in making sure the tenants are comfortable during their stay. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year and Drew is such a pleasure to work with when planning the stay. This place couldn’t be more perfect and I will definitely be going back for another stay!

“Family vacation” Our stay at Chateau by the Sea in condo 101 could not have been better. The location of the condo made it easy to get in and out. It was in a perfect location to get out and walk to the pier where we could enjoy live music, dining, fishing and shopping. The beach was mere steps away. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed...except food and personal items, of course. We hope to return soon. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home away as our own. “what a wonderful stay!” we rented this condo for the thanksgiving week just a month before. Jacyln was very helpful in making our stay easy and pleasant. The condo was just as pictured and the view was amazing. Just a few steps to the beach and we watched the cruise ships leave each evening and the fishing boats each morning. Great location to the port and pier and area attractions! we were impressed with the excellent maintenance of the grounds and pool area! Master bedroom is very spacious ! we had plenty of room with family to make thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen and enjoy our lovely surroundings! will definitely rent here again!

“Much needed beach get-away!” We had an awesome time, staying in this unit. loved having the sliding glass doors in both the front room and master bedroom. It was easy access to the beach and the pool. A nice walk to both Cocoa Beach pier and the Jetty. Perfect time of year to have quiet time both at the beach and the pool. The grocery store was a quick five minute drive with plenty of wonderful restaurants within 10 minutes. We highly recommend both Fishlips (seafood) and El Tucan (Mexican). Shopping was close as well -- both Walmart and Merritt Mall. Our favorite part of the vacation was taking long evening walks on the beach, followed by a late swim before the pool closed. Just what the doctor prescribed!!!!! and one added bonus -- the unit comes with a washer and dryer -- first vacation where we came home with clean clothes! and one final note -- the "beach" closet had everything you would need to spend a day on the beach -- towels, chairs, umbrellas, boards, buckets, etc!

“Nice cosy comfy condo, just minutes to the beach” We stayed at #413 @Sandcastles in March - we really enjoyed our short vacation. Dean was very responsive and helpful discussing different options with us (we asked for a quiet place as we were traveling with 2 y.o boy who naps in the middle of the day, yet we wanted some, at least partial, ocean view). We liked the condo, everything is there: stove, fridge, w/d - even lots of beach stuff for kids and adults - you don't need to bring / buy beach chairs, umbrella, not to mention those plastic buckets/shovels if you are with your kid. We also liked overall complex amenities - heated pool is nice in the evening. Cocoa Beach is definitely a quiet family place, so if you want some night life you will not find much there, but it was exactly what we wanted this time. I also enjoyed jogging on the beach. One day we went to my favorite Florida city - St Petersbourg which is in 2.5. hours drive, not too bad. Orlando airport is less than 1 hour drive.

“right on the beach great view and close to the heated pool. excellent location.” Had everythng we needed - plenty of towels, washcloths. Needs more dish towels (only two). The cons: not too clean, garbage was left in the pantry - we disposed of it - three bags full of empty plastic bottles - and another full of regular garbage. Counters were sticky from previous renters. In all, other than not being clean.

“PARADISE” I had to leave early because of a death in the family but when we were there we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean. “Great Place!” We stayed at Paradise Beach Club unit 215 February 8 to February 15, 2014. The hotel itself was very nice. It is located directly on the atlantic Ocean which was very convenient. There was an elevator that we used a few times, but unit 215 was at the very end of the hallway, not very close to the elevator, so it was quicker just to walk up and down the flight of stairs located right next to the unit. There was a coin operated washer and dryer on floor 2 which was useful. The washer cost $1 for a 45 minute cycle. The dryer was 25 cents for 20 minutes of drying time. There wasn't any laundry detergent in the laundry room and the machines only took quarters, so be prepared! There was a Publix grocery store directly across the street which was also convenient. The unit itself was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and had a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. What I wish I would have known before going was that the kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bathroom are on floor 2. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Two bedrooms and a larger bathroom are on floor 3. The master bedroom had a great ocean view! (The living room also has a great ocean view, and a relaxing balcony with comfortable patio furniture). The other bedroom has a "view" of the parking lot. It also has a door that leads outside to the third floor hallway. I would not have felt safe leaving a child by themselves in a room with an outside door, but since we only used the master bedroom it wasn't an issue. Another negative was that both bedrooms were missing slats from their blinds. The master bedroom faces east and the sun really woke you up in the morning! Paradise Beach Club is located on Satellite Beach which is about a 15 minute drive south of the Cocoa Beach Pier. I would definitely recommend this unit!

“Superb!” Easy check in. Arrived and walked straight into the unit and unpacked. Was on the beach within 30 minutes. Corner unit with 2 balconies just steps to the beach. 2nd floor unit had perfect view and stocked with everything a person would need for the beach. Loved it and would stay there again!

“Beautiful Ocean View and Relaxing Vacation” Had a very relaxing vacation at this unit. Check-in and Check-out was a snap and the unit was very clean and nice. Wonderful view of the Ocean. 3 adults and 2 young adults fit very comfortably in the unit. The Ocean is but a few feet away. Across the street a strip center with a grocery store (Publix), Dunkin Donuts and other stores made getting supplies very easy. Not much nightlife that close to the unit but it is right on A1A and if you want nighttime entertainment it is just a few miles away. Wonderful place for a family getaway.

“Wonderful” The Condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was stocked well. The unit had a hair dryer and soap. The pool was nice and never crowded. “Really nice place to stay.” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The unit is comfortable, has a very nice view, and is certainly convenient for Louie (our dog). Having two king-sized beds is a definite plus. Grocery shopping and fast food are nearby. Being just a few miles south of Cape Canaveral, Friday evening we enjoyed a Delta IV launch, which we'd never seen live before. It's a very pretty area. A wonderful stay and we'll be back next year.
