“Riviera Villa is like living in paradise with beautiful people.” My party and I have been visiting our holiday home as we like to call it for the last 13 years. In recent years we have gone twice. The staff have become apart of our own family. Need l say more. The villa is spacious inviting and very clean, with air conditioning in each room. The pool is cleaned daily and is situated just of the veranda, easy to keep an eye on the young ones. It also has its own gate which can be locked to keep the younger child out if not supervised. The food which is prepared in the spacious kitchen is cooked to perfection. Some of the ingredients are taken off the property including herbs, mangos, bananas and other lustrous fruits and provisions. My party and l look forward to going to our home in the beautiful island of Jamaica. The private beach is just a short walk away where you can mingle and enjoy various cocktails and relax and enjoy the beautiful sunshine.

“Perfect Jamaican vacation for families who enjoy being in the heart of the city.” Our hosts, Nathan and Melissa were warm and friendly and very responsive to our many questions when preparing for our trip to Jamaica. They both visited with us during our trip and were available by phone to answer any questions or give recommendations. The villa was simple and perfect. There was always a cool breeze coming off the sea through the main entrance of the house and with the ceiling fans, there was no need for air conditioning. Both bedrooms had excellent air conditioning systems however, so we used those on just a few nights when the restaurant down the road had music playing - couldn't hear a thing with the windows closed. We felt very safe in the home and out and about in Ochi, which was an initial concern of ours. It was quickly dismissed after going out with Ms. Barbara around the town for a "tour". Milo (and Kirk - who was very nice), the night security gentleman was wonderful, had many interesting stories and was very generous, bringing us mangos and fresh ackee. Ms. Barbara, our chef, was simply the best. She cooked amazing fresh Jamaican food, oriented us to the town and stores, taught me how to make some dishes, and was knowledgeable about nutrition and health. She even made my "green juice" for me in the morning. She knew the island and was quite helpful about how to get around and acclimate to being in JA. The sea was perfect for scuba and looks just like the pictures posted - we spent time snorkeling, swimming, watching the world cup on the large screen TV, playing soccer on the beach, reading and just relaxing and rejuvenating in the sunshine. The Knutsford Express bus took us to Kingston and back - would highly recommend it for traveling distances - very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation, my boys (11 & 16) loved it and felt it was way better than going to an all-inclusive resort - the food was CERTAINLY better! We hope to get back there soon - perhaps rent both Eden Sands and Neptune, the villa next door. Thank you to all those we met at Eden Sands Villa for a great Jamaica visit.

“The best the best the best” We traveled with our 4 children and my mother in law to Treasure Beach for the week. It was absolutely Phenomenal. It is perfectly situated On the beach with two magnificent beach coves 20 steps from the door. Our kids were able to run in and out easily all day. Absolutely highlight however is audrey's fantastic cooking. We made a menu with her for the week and every night after a heavenly day at the beach we were greeted with a traditional, home cooked Jamaica Feast. Book early because this house books up far in advance.

“Best Vacation Ever!” My family and I stayed at Point Of View Villa last Christmas. We had a fantastic time! The Villa was beautiful and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was wonderful to find a place away from all the tourist traps and high prices, but still be able to take short trips to see many of Jamaica's attractions. My family and I are definitely coming back! Having our own private cook was great, we all loved her cooking and professional service, it was more than we had hoped for. We have stayed other places and this was by far the best. The owner was very helpful advising us. Highly recommended!!!

“My Stay” I usually don't do this but I felt the world should no. This home has the most beautiful view. The home is well maintained, Bathrooms, bedrooms everything. I would love to keep this gem to myself but I felt I should share this with the world. The community is terrific close to local shops, the stadium and night life. I would recommend this home! Thanks Mr Williams we will be back.

“Paradise!!!” The most amazing vacation we have ever had!! The house and beach were spectactular, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and kind, and the food was incredible. The whole family loved it. We only booked for a week but will be coming back for at least 2 weeks next year.

“Wow!” We stayed as a family of 6 adults in September & had the time of our life! Andy the owner is really easy to do business with & communicates well. The location is superb with its own small private beach as well as an infinity pool. The grounds are spectacular with fruit trees, abundant flowers and many different species of birds. The housekeepers (Dion & Lilly) are superb cooks & hosts, their food was top drawer restaurant standard the whole time we were there. Karon the caretaker / gardener is an interesting guy & is really knowledgeable when it comes to the plants in the garden. Mervyn provided the night security which was discreet & appreciated. We are already saving hard to go again next year (but for longer)! Thank you andy & the team!

“Nature's ambiance” Wow! Ridge Bay's soothing ambiance provided the serenity that I needed. The warmth that the cottage offers allowed me to return to the Jamaican "No Problem” frame of mind. I turned off my cell phone, the internet, and I enjoyed myself reveling in reading, listening to music and walking. Ridge Bay is the ideal place for anyone who seeks spiritual awakening from Mother Nature. My friend and I shall surely return there soon. Candy

“Absolutely Mindblowing!!!!” I cannot begin to describe the experience other than mind blowing! Morning Glory is part of a 'Gated' community with access to residents only. It is located next to the RUI in Mammies Bay but I am so glad that opted for this location. The villas were spacious and beautiful. Each window had open ventilation covered with netting to prevent our friendly mosquitos from visiting. The grounds were picturesque and the service was way beyond what I could ever imagine. There is a private beach a stones throw away with bar, restaurant, gift shop and showering facilities. Please don't think for one second that I am flowering this up... It is an experience that needs to be experienced. Claude, Geraldine and the team, I cannot thank you enough!!!
