“Perfect Jamaican vacation for families who enjoy being in the heart of the city.” Our hosts, Nathan and Melissa were warm and friendly and very responsive to our many questions when preparing for our trip to Jamaica. They both visited with us during our trip and were available by phone to answer any questions or give recommendations. The villa was simple and perfect. There was always a cool breeze coming off the sea through the main entrance of the house and with the ceiling fans, there was no need for air conditioning. Both bedrooms had excellent air conditioning systems however, so we used those on just a few nights when the restaurant down the road had music playing - couldn't hear a thing with the windows closed. We felt very safe in the home and out and about in Ochi, which was an initial concern of ours. It was quickly dismissed after going out with Ms. Barbara around the town for a "tour". Milo (and Kirk - who was very nice), the night security gentleman was wonderful, had many interesting stories and was very generous, bringing us mangos and fresh ackee. Ms. Barbara, our chef, was simply the best. She cooked amazing fresh Jamaican food, oriented us to the town and stores, taught me how to make some dishes, and was knowledgeable about nutrition and health. She even made my "green juice" for me in the morning. She knew the island and was quite helpful about how to get around and acclimate to being in JA. The sea was perfect for scuba and looks just like the pictures posted - we spent time snorkeling, swimming, watching the world cup on the large screen TV, playing soccer on the beach, reading and just relaxing and rejuvenating in the sunshine. The Knutsford Express bus took us to Kingston and back - would highly recommend it for traveling distances - very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation, my boys (11 & 16) loved it and felt it was way better than going to an all-inclusive resort - the food was CERTAINLY better! We hope to get back there soon - perhaps rent both Eden Sands and Neptune, the villa next door. Thank you to all those we met at Eden Sands Villa for a great Jamaica visit.

“Great, beautiful villa with a great owner!!!!” The villa was just as beautiful as the pictures!! Also there was a miscommunication with the number of guests and the owner was very understanding and handled it promptly. He was very nice and was available when needed. I would recommend this villa 100%!!!

“great location best holliday ever very clean well kept” we were blown away by the view mountains one side ocean the other pool and gym were great we rented a car to get around easy just a good thing for us as we stayed for 6 weeks wow ya man trevor was great and his rep on site was most helpful cant wait to go back

“Holiday Home” My daughter and I rented this really beautiful villa. Angie collected us from the airport and kindly took us shopping to get some food to tide us over until we picked up our rented car. The house smelled fresh as we walked in. The lounge is spacious with three and two seater settees, coffee table and a large smart TV on the wall. The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms that was much appreciated as it was sometimes 35 degrees outside. Bedrooms have TVs on the wall. There is a large round thick glass dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine that my daughter thought wonderful as she used it often. Everything is as described in respect of this villa. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return when next in Jamaica. Another thing we thought wonderful is the automatic gates - no getting out and opening the gate - just press the remote control, drive in and park! The security company checked the house and left a note to say they have been round. We felt very safe at the villa. If you do not rent a car, Bouge taxis can be found who will take you where you want to go or ask Angie. There is a very smart car for rental should you need it at the villa. We did not hire this car as we had previously booked a 4 x 4 to take us cross country to St. Catherine and other areas that had rough terrain. We were not bothered by anyone - complete freedom. “Absolutely Mindblowing!!!!” I cannot begin to describe the experience other than mind blowing! Morning Glory is part of a 'Gated' community with access to residents only. It is located next to the RUI in Mammies Bay but I am so glad that opted for this location. The villas were spacious and beautiful. Each window had open ventilation covered with netting to prevent our friendly mosquitos from visiting. The grounds were picturesque and the service was way beyond what I could ever imagine. There is a private beach a stones throw away with bar, restaurant, gift shop and showering facilities. Please don't think for one second that I am flowering this up... It is an experience that needs to be experienced. Claude, Geraldine and the team, I cannot thank you enough!!!

“Vacation at Montego Bay Studio apt. 35a” We surely did enjoy our stay at No 35a. Initially we had made arrangements for a stay of one week at No 35a in Montego Bay and one week at another Hotel in Kingston. After our first two days at No. 35a we did a reassessment of our stay in Ja taking into consideration the comfort of the apartment, which is ideally situated so that there is a panoramic view of the lovely hotel gardens, pleasure boats, jet ski and cruise ships traversing the sparkling blue waters of Doctor's Cave beach. There is also the view of fascinating architecture nestled in the mountains of Montego Bay. No. 35a is also strategically located in close proximity to several of Montego Bay's premium beaches, restaurants, shopping malls etc., We were on the hip strip, everything was within walking distance. As we are conscious of the environment we were able to turn off the a/C keeping the front and back doors opened inviting what nature offers from the atlantic. We were eager to inform the property manager Doreen of our intention to extend our stay for another week. We must mention our appreciation of Doreen's hospitality. Because of her knowledge on Jamaica she was able to provide tips so that we could have made informed decisions. Having rented a Motor Vehicle we were able to explore most of Jamaica using No. 35a as the base. It was a memorable experience. Cheers

“Looks exactly like the pics.” I would stay here every trip to Mo Bay!!! The owner met me at the airport on time, was friendly and offered a ride. Since I already had a ride we followed him to the property. If I was not with a local I would of got lost for it was several twist and turns before entering the locked gates of the property. Close drive to everything. The neighbors were friendly. As I entered the 3rd floor apartment it felt like home. Every room looks like the pictures posted. We were provided pots, utensils, plates, drinks (liquor), wifi, cable, stereo system, telephone, linens, basically everything as if you were home except for food. Ac is only in the master bedroom however there was a breeze during the day (please note I traveled in October when it is much cooler in Jamaica). The first day I took a cold shower but the rest of the days I had hot water. I like nice views and I could see the ocean from the living room. Thanks Ian!!!
