“Everything and more when you are looking only for the best!” Upon my first communication with the Puerto Vallarta Beach Club I could tell I was dealing with a different level of service. To start, my emails and countless phone calls were addressed quickly and efficiently. The pre-planning and preparation for my arrival by the staff was addressed with the upmost care, promptness and without hesitation. I honestly felt no request was too small. Could this be for real? Yes, and read on to find out why I have so much to say about this property. With my arrival expectations were high. Immediately I was warmly greeted by the Head Houseman and much of the staff. I was then given the option to a welcoming drink by the pool or to start off with a tour of the property. I opted for both and was amazed at the lush vegetation, pristine pool, and well maintained property - all of which, obviously, have never been neglected or unattended too. I can say, during the week I was there I never even found a scuff mark on a wall. The numerous staff always greeted us personally and their eagerness to make sure we had what we needed made us wish we never had to leave. Included were our personal chefs to cook every meal to our specifications (dietary restrictions with some guests). Laundry was washed, ironed and promptly returned at the end of day. The housekeepers didn't miss a spot. The pool side attendants were on hand to make any drink requested or notify the chef if we were ready for a snack. The concierge was always eager to schedule any events or spa treatments we needed that day or the next. Truly, the staff is well trained and enjoys providing the level of service that they do. The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club exceeded my expectations and I have already secured dates to return.

“Out of this World” Casa dos Cisnes is magnificent. The villa transcended our expectations in every respect. The colonial-style design is expansive but intimate, the sublime decor is imbued with a tasteful Mexican aesthetic, and the nouveau Mexican cuisine was certainly on a par (if not better) than the gourmet food we tasted in PV's most acclaimed restaurants - you really don't ever have to leave the villa to revel in the traditions of Mexico. The views from pretty much everywhere in the villa are simply breathtaking. The staff was extraordinary and discreet - they seemed to preempt our every wish or need. The tranquil location is perfect. We spent our mornings exploring remote nearby beaches, whale watching, and experiencing PV's cultural sights then retreated to our sumptuous villa to relax with a margarita by the infinity pool. Even using the gym is not a chore - you are surrounded by tropical birds and flowers and the Pacific Ocean views are spectacular. The spacious bedrooms and myriad living/dining spaces make this a great option for groups or families. We hope to return.

“tranquil luxury with a view that lasts forever” my wife and I wanted to stay in the Amapas, Conchas Chinas area to compare staying in the romantic zone yet we wanted to stay within a 15 min walking distance to the romantic zone..... We booked a week at casa de la hoja at a peak time of the season dec. 15-21 and just loved it !!!!....it is a villa with a home environment, everything is amazing: the living room with a picture view of the bay, the deck with the view that lasts forever, two master bedrooms suites so comfortable and both with views of Banderas bay that greet you each morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything for dining at home...so we cooked for several nights and most breakfasts all with amazing views! ....we shopped at Mikey's and the local fish market and made the best meals in PV...this was very special for us! each day we also spent time at the private pool....I think you get the picture.... the walk to town and the beach(romantic zone is about 15 min) so wear good shoes and enjoy the walk. We loved the healthy element of our walks. we took quick inexpensive cab rides back at night and/or with groceries.... Norma and Memo are on premise to take care of anything you need. “Beautiful High End Condo - Competitive Rates” We stayed here for seven nights in Dec/2014. The owner, Denis, and local PVR management were really easy to work with. Denis responds quickly to inquiries and is thoughtful in giving his tips of top restaurants in the area. This condo is gorgeous with high end furnishings and appliances, but with really competitive rates considering how luxurious it is. The building is new and the roof top pool/lounge area was peaceful, if you should decide to skip a day at the beach, which was just a flight of stairs away. This condo has a great location in Zona Romantica with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk away. After looking at the pictures shown with this listing, it was an easy decision to stay here, and the pictures don't lie. We had seven nights of beautiful ocean sunsets right from our balcony. We would definately stay here again.
