“Great Location” We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Overall the house was good. Pros: Clean, spacious, close to Disney Parks, close to stores, very quite place, easy access, comfortable furnitures, Cons: master bedroom was hot, internet service went down mostly at night time like it has a timer at night, and odd times during day time only for few minutes, the pool only the first day when we arrived pool was with cloudy water and water very hot all the time, we think the heater was on. Cable TV, we had two afternoons that we had no signal. The house has two blenders both not working. No raw meat knife, we had to buy our own for cooking. We wanted to use the garage to place our car, it has many objects we could not use it.

“Great Stay” The house was a better option than hotel rooms. The house was very clean and they had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. They also provided pool towels for the pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and a good option in the evening. Each bedroom had a TV and they had a pool table in the garage. It's a quiet neighborhood. It's not far from Disney or Walmart for groceries.

“Bell family vacation” There's just 2 things that I would say that need to be improved on or changed there was no Disney channels for the kids to watch and the couches were very uncomfortable to sit on. But I learned that the house was great the community was great couldn't ask for better beds pillowsI give it a 4 and a 1/2 stars. “Beautiful Villa” What a brilliant holiday we had in one of Ellis Exclusive Villa's last summer. Lisa, our contact was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She provided a fantastic welcome pack which included all the essentials we needed to get our holiday off to a flying start, even a lovely bottle of wine. The villa was spotless on arrival, plenty of bedding and towels were provided and the quality of the overall product was second to none. Located close to excellent local amenities and attractions it was a perfect base for our holiday. We loved it so much we have booked to go back summer 2014.

“Clean, quiet, comfortable, and roomy!” We have a large family, with 5 kids. We brought my mother with us on vacation, giving us a whopping 8 people to accommodate, for a week and this condo gave us plenty of space and beds for everyone to sleep comfortably! “Perfect” This house was perfect for our florida holiday. We were 2 families each with 2 children and we had all the space you could need to not feel on top of each other, the other double bedroom easily converted to an en suite for the other couple so we each had en suite and the kids had their own bathroom! House really well equipped and lovely decor, lovely and private on the back and on a spacious and quiet development, just a short drive to all the parks, shops, restaurant, excellent location! We were really busy with all the parks so it was so nice to come back to space and the pool and the hot tub were equally an essential and enjoyable part of our holiday along with all the parks! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend/book again.

It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, beautiful did you hear me a BEAUTIFUL view of the lake! Such a beautiful and peaceful place. The pool was so much fun. My kids enjoyed it and so did we. The temperature of the pool was awesome. The structure of the home was perfect. And the beds were heaven. Everything was perfect. “A very welcoming home.” Our second stay and as great as the first time. A decorated Christmas tree greeted us, which was very nice. There was a bottle of wine to celebrate the New Year. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The home was near shopping and it didn't take us long to drive to the attractions. All in all we all enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. “Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Budget friendly, spacious home” We loved staying only a few short miles from Disney in a home that could accommodate our large family. Parking was very tight, but we managed. The home offered plenty towels, bedding, dishes, flatware, etc. for our large crew. I was, however, glad I packed some cookware as it would have taken a much longer time to feed a large group with the small cookware provided. I was impressed with how no one had to take cold showers as the hot water heater was able to keep up with everyone taking showers for church on Sunday morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly & the owner had recently purchased a brand new grill. We did have difficulty getting some of the electric outlets to work and one of the overhead lights did not work at all in one of the bedrooms. There were a few issues with ants and roaches when we first arrived, but we purchased bait plus the exterminator came on her regularly monthly visit while we were there & took care of the issue. I guess the biggest inconvenience was that there were no shelves on the refrigerator door. The house would have been perfect had refrigerator had those shelves or there had been a second refrigerator in the garage/game room. It was inconvenient to have to go grocery shopping every 2-3 days because the refrigerator would not hold enough food for a large group. The washer & dryer, however, were huge & plenty big! There were a few other minor issues, but we decided we would rather live with them than have to stay at the house & wait for the management company to come & deal with them. Overall, I would recommend this home to anyone. The owner is obviously trying to keep the house up.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Excellent location!” The house was very clean and well maintained. It was a short and easy drive to the Disney parks and Universal. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day of walking in the heat. It was a perfect size for my husband and I,our two grown sons and their fiancés. A great alternative to staying on Disney property because it was like being in our own home. Laree is fantastic to work with!
