“relax, tranquility, fun” I travell with a group of people to celebrate a birthday, we had some bloody Marys at noon, tequilas and wine at lunch, food was extraordinary. Relax, swimming, breathing fresh air, good company, laughter, just what I needed to go back to work fully charged.

“Just simply amazing!!” We rented this villa to host our wedding. That kind of situation brings with it its own personal high level of stress and I couldn't have survived if everything else had not been perfect. Good news...it was!! Nanci was great from the time we first spoke to her, helping us find the right villa, location for the wedding, catering service (Specail thanks to Elmar and his team, awesome setup on the beach and the best food we had all week, no hassles with anything and the price was extremely reasonable), and every other crazy question we asked of her. The Villa is kind of hard to describe. Suffice to say that if you have a large group wanting to have fun it is perfect. Great everything, rooms are all suites with individual aC, Ipod Docs, TVs, Bathrooms, etc... You name it they had it. No felt like they were stuck in the kids room because there aren't any. The top level has everything you could ask for when having fun, pool, hot tub, pool table, fire pit, BBQ, and great views. Best thing about the whole house is you can't hear anything from the rooms that is going on upstairs. We had people up past 1am almost every night, but once you close the door on your suite you are in almost complete silence. As an added bonus the property manager is the nicest person you will ever meet. He came by almost daily to check on us and make sure we didn't need anything. The one time we had a problem the owner himself called to apologize and had it resolved within an hour. You just don't get that kind of service and caring at a resort. I loved it and so did all of my family and friends. Thanks to all involved and a special thanks to Nanci for all of her help making our wedding celebration so wonderful!

“An absolutely amazing Experience!!!” Villa de Los Suenos was spectacular! We went with a group of 16 people and never felt crowded, whether we were in the pool or in the same room in the house b/c the villa was so spacious. No detail is left out: from the decor, to the floor plan, to the finishes, to the home being wired for internet as well as stereo controls in each room, to the most comfortable bath robes I've ever worn. The views were amazing and I can't imagine staying in a place that is more comfortable. I normally miss my bed when I'm away for a long time but right now I'm missing sleeping at Los Suenos. The bedrooms are spread out so that every room is quiet at night. And oh yeah, it was really nice that the home had Vonage so we could call back home whenever we wanted for no cost. Wish I would have know that in advance, I would have saved $5 switching to the international plan for my cell phone during my vacation. Ha, ha! The staff was incredible and catered to our every need. They made sure the fridge was stocked with everything we ordered in advance and went to town to buy us whatever we needed, whenever we needed. However, one piece of advice for when you stock your fridge in advance, be cautious of the cost of some items in Mexico, some things like water, liquor are much more expensive (water is 4x the cost) as they are in the us. Loved meeting the owner of the house. He was so cool that he even let us keep his dogs at the house during some of the days. Not everyone in our group appreciated that, but the dog lovers did. The chef was amazing and what a value! We had breakfast made a couple times as well as a Mexican buffet for dinner. I highly recommend that service for anyone staying at the villa. Nanci and the staff at Baja Sur Vacations were great! This is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling with a large group. It is like having your own private hotel...only more luxurious than any place I've ever been...and I've been fortunate to stay at some great hotels!

“A great alternative to a hotel for a group or family!” If you have enough people in your party to disperse the cost, this is a far cheaper way to have a great time in a place like Cabo. With just three couples sharing this large 4 bedroom, two story home, we paid far less than a comparable hotel, we saved more money on the meals we made in, and it's so much easier to enjoy each other's company in the privacy of a home with a private pool, spa, and bbq than to each have a separate hotel room. The only thing that needs to be taken into consideration is that it's too far up the hill to walk into town for the restaurants, beaches, clubs, and marina activities. While the quietness of the gated neighborhood was nice, the gate, maid, and patrol staff were all very nice, you do need to be prepared to drive to everywhere you want to go. In the end, it was a much more enjoyable option for my group than any hotel would have been.

“Great Food! Perfect atmosphere for relaxing!” I have stayed at the Hacienda 3 times now. The first time was just my fiancé and I. We loved it so much we went back with his family. The 3rd time was with a wonderful group of friends. This place is magnificent. Each guest room is unique - one room has 3 story high ceilings!! It's so quiet and peaceful with great massages at the spa (the bamboo is my favorite) and the food is so good, we tried to recreate one of the dishes at home. It was tasty but did not live up. Trust me when I tell you, you will not regret a visit to Hacienda Petac!
