“Clean, convenient and an amazing location.” You cannot find a Landlord more professional, accommodating, nice and responsive. The apartment was clean and modern with all of the necessities provided. The location cannot be beat - within walking distance to the Kotel/Western Wall and other points of interest in Jerusalem. Don't waste time looking elsewhere.

“Best apartment in Jerusalem/Landlord a total mentch!!” Wow,just came back from a wonderful trip and really enjoyed the apartment. Mr.Segal, the owner must have stayed in many other apartments because he thought of everything that one can possibly need while away. He even has a second refrigerator in case the main one goes out. There are a lot of busses that go to many places that are a block away and the central bus station is 5 minutes away. the mattresses are very thick and comfy. There is air condioning and heat(but we never used it because of perfect weather} Never a problem with hot water and a working washer and dryer. Apartment is very spacious and clean.There were two big shuls minutes away. Cannot hear any other tenants in building.The owner met us upon check-in and explained everything we needed to know. Would surely return next visit. Perfect apartment,perfect location,perfect landlord. Five stars in every category!!!

“Felt at home, great location - especially if you have a car.” The apartment was lovely -- recently renovated. It was very well equipped and extremely comfortable, with a full kitchen, cable TV, wifi, 2 toilets, air conditioning, linens and towels. The owners in the States are delightful and easy to deal with. The "host" family (that gave us the keys and handled laundry) was very friendly, incredibly helpful and responsive. The location is phenomenal: Down the block from a supermarket, pharmacy, park, pizza shop and more. Across the street from the botanical gardens and its lakeside cafe, a 2 minute drive (10 min. walk) to the Israel Museum and Knesset, less than 10 minute drive to virtually every tourist destination including downtown Jerusalem, Machane Yehudah, Old City (kotel), Emek Refaim and Yad Vashem. Less than 5 minutes to the Malcha Mall and to the Highway to Tel aviv. It is on the third floor with no elevator, so not suited for people with mobility issues, but otherwise, the stairs were easy to navigate. We really enjoyed our stay and hope that it will be available for us on our next visit!

“Great apartment in great location” I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. I found it to be clean, modern, with all necessary amenities provided. Jordan was very flexible in arranging check in and check out procedures (I arrived in Israel in the middle of the night, and was able to get in to the apt straightaway). The location, which borders on an adorable little park, is walking distance to the center of town, the old city, the German Colony (Emek Refaim) and the wonderful newly refurbished Mandate-era train station. There is even a 24 hour makolet right around the corner. Bed was super comfortable too!

“A most wonderful , convienient, artisitic, place to stay” My stay at irit Lev's beautiful apartment was a real treat!!! The artisitic apartment is beautiful, very clean, very comfortable, and best centralized! I was able to walk all over, to the beach, market, parks, museums, theatres, and enjoy the 24/7 of Tel-Aviv. I also found it very easy to get on any bus or train which is a corner away, from this quiet apartment, which brought me all over the country-Jerusalem, Galille, Haifa, all over. I highly recommend staying in Irit Lev's beautiful apartment, with her art and sculptures that definitely add to the atmosphere!

“We had a great time at The attic” This is a very convenient apartment for 2-3 people with all needed facilities. The area is quiet and it's a good alternative for the busy city center. Tal and her husband are very accommodating and were always ready to help us.

“The apartment met all of my needs while in Israel on Business” I found the service to be excellent and was made to feel welcome at all times. I found the apartment was very clean and maintained very well. The only thing I found off putting was getting back to the apartment, late in the evening to find the front door of the apartment block would not open, as the key was for the back door, and this had not been indicated to me. Having said this I found the experience met all my expectations and would recommend the apartments for holiday or business use .

“A home away from home” When i arrived in Israel i was skeptical of accomodation arrangements. But within minutes of meeting Galit from vacation rental all fears vanished. They were very professional in greeting me and showing me the apartment.She also took me to the shops nearby the apartment and helped me with a map of Raanana. I stayed in Israel for over 5 months in several of their properties. All of them were very neat and carefully planned. About the house - haparachim Street 1. Excellent Location - The house is close to Akhuza Street and surronded by small parks and gardens which are great for a walk and yoga. 2. Well Equipped - The house has all equipment you need. Ideal for tourist who want a comfortable stay, home style. 3. Cleanliness - Housekeeping is done once a week and it is very elaborate. 4. The place is close to the Park and coffee shops (Edison is recommended by me) I would also like to mention the other properties which are also very good. Galit and her team are very friendly and helpful. Me and my wife had a great time. Whenever i will visit israel again i will be staying with them, you should too.

“Nice Tel aviv City Home” We stayed at the apartment for about one week and we really felt at home. The apartment is very modern, well maintained and provides everything one could need. The apartment is very nicely located with cafés, bars, grocery stores and a mall in walking distance. Check in/out was very easy. A very pleasant stay!

“Absolutely fabulous!” We came across this apartment after a desperate search after our original apartment was awful upon arrival! Lucrezia kindly answered my desperate email and it resulted in us staying in her and her husbands apartment. I have to say both Lucrezia and Nikos are wonderful hosts and have a very warm and welcoming manner. It was all arranged at short notice and they both couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is very stylish and classy, and finished to a very high standard. There is everything contained you could need, and the whole apartment is warm and welcoming. The location is great for Nicosia, but also very easy for travelling to other parts of Cyprus. Both my husband and I were delighted to stay here and would readily return - we would also most definitely recommend this apartment!
