“Fantastic” There were six of us and we all agree that Doug's home was absolute incredible. Each of the four bedrooms has it's own bath. There are flat screen TVs everywhere. You reach the roof via a spiral staircase where you have a 360 incredible view. The second floor has a sitting room and a great lanai. The kitchen has all the amenities. The pool is large enough that you can do laps. You can fish and tie up your boat at the immense dock. Doug was great and responded immediately to a few questions. We are looking forward to the next time we can vacation at Doug's home.

“Amazing House” My family and I had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. The views were stunning! You and Janet have all the amenities and much more. The kids loved the large pool, as well as my husband and I. Fishing off of the dock was very enjoyable as we caught more and more fish. My husband and I have been coming down to Marco Island for over 20 years. Your house is by far the best house that we have stayed at. We are looking to return to your house as soon as possible! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

“We saw dolphins!!! Going back for sure!” A perfect place to rent. Marco has all the elements of a perfect vacation - beach, boating, restaurants, parks, and sunset photos. The house is in close proximity to it all. I even walked to the beach for excercise! Most nights we chose to stay¨"at home" to cook in the party-atmosphere kitchen with grill by the pool. The rooms are spaced out so we could easily have privacy when needed - perfect for several couples or someone with small children on a sleeping schedule. Hot, strong showers all bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Dolphins even swam under our feet while sitting on the dock! Open waterviews too. The owners were very responsive when we e-mailed to ask questions about the house. We will stay there again for sure!

“fantastic vacation” The house was super clean and they have everything you need for a great vacation. we fished from the dock and watched Dolphins and Manatees right in front of the house. beach was right at the end of the street and shops etc 5 minutes away.We had a terrific time and look forward to coming back next year. “Reliable owner and great home” We have rented from this owner several times. He maintains the facility very well. The pool and view along the channel were great...saw dolphin and even once a manatee and her young swim by the dock. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

“Awesome views, great place to stay!!” I rented this unit for a week of business meetings. The apollo is an older condo property near the south end of Marco Island. The unit (807) although small, was tastefully decorated and very clean. I prefer condos to hotels, so that I can do my own cooking. Everything was in working order, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the lanai is absolutely breathtaking! The owner was also very prompt and easy to work with. He answered all my questions, sent keys, directions and a two page "primer" on area attractions, restaurants, and a well prepared list of the rules on the property. These were all done in a very timely fashion. He also called the evening I arrived to insure that all was in order. There is a restaurant attached to the property called the Sunset Grille. This is a popular place for indeed, watching the sunset. Food is not terribly fancy, but was quite good, and a reasonable value . It was also nice to have laundry facilities available on each floor of the building. (Bring quarters!!!) The units also have storage closets with ample beach chairs, umbrellas and other items (incl beach towels) for use while you are there. I would definitely stay there again next year.

“Beautiful condo in Naples” We had a great stay in this tastefully decorated condo May-June 2012. A great little community, nice golf course,the night time tennis was a bonus and pools are walking distance from the condo. This condo is close to amenities (outlet shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Naples pier). We will be vacationing here again this month (September 2012)!!

“Lovely location in Naples” Our family of five (three boys under the age of 11) spent a wonderful week in this home. We found everything to be just as described and very comfortable. The house is clean and very well stocked with everything you need to enjoy the sun and live comfortably. The pool is delightful, the neighborhood is quiet & inviting, and the beach/restaurants/bars/shops are just a short walk/bike ride away. We even found an ice cream shop with several vegan gelato flavors that our egg/dairy/nut allergic son could enjoy. We grilled out most evenings so that the boys could enjoy the pool and the parents could relax on the porch with a cocktail. The owners could not have been more responsive, accommodating, and hospitable. It was a truly delightful experience!

“Quiet and Green!” Karen's place is so very quiet, beautiful and charismatic! We felt like we were in the jungle yet in the middle of old Naples! There is another rental there but Karen's home office is in-between the two areas. The most wonderful aspect was waking up in the morning and looking outside at the greenery which is what caused me to use the word jungle. The property is bordered on two sides by canals. There is a slight smell late at night but since we were not using the out of doors, it was of no concern to us. The outdoor space is wonderful and if we had been there in the fall or winter, we would have taken advantage of the outdoor amenities — plenty of seating areas and a chiminea enhanced by brick groundwork and beautiful trees. Karen responded very quickly to all of our requests and has created a special place in Naples. If you are worried about a neighborhood that accommodates a variety of lifestyles, this is not the place for you. We found it to be a wonderful change from the gated, developed areas of Naples.

“Great apartment in Naples” My wife and I stayed here for eighteen days and was just perfect for us. Justo and Virginia greeted us personally and made us very welcome.The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we required on hand. Close to supermarkets and shopping with a ten minute drive down to upmarket 5th avenue and beaches, or five minutes up to the Strada.We would certainly recommend it 100%.

“AMAZING” We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is a beautiful home and absolutely immaculate! Michelle was also amazing to rent from and very accomodating. The house is very well stocked with everything you need, very organized, and clean. We didn't want to leave and are already thinking about when we could come back! Nothing negative to say, everything was great!
