“Our family had a very comfortable stay” We had plenty of room in our one bedroom condo with full kitchen and dining table. Our unit had a gas fire place we took advantage of , two cable TVs and two full bathrooms. Convenient location for skiing/snowboarding with free shuttle service into both Lion's Head and Vail Village with frequent runs though out the day. The shuttle driver updated riders on what time the shuttles were running and attractions along the way.

“Great mountain experience!” Had a great time in a beautiful home. Location was perfect to get to skiing, shopping and dining!

“Location Location Location” This heart of "Lionshead" condo is ideal. Close proximity to everything - most important Eagle Bahn Gondola! Perfect for kids or adults. We were very comfortable for the four of us. Quite roomy, and clean.

“Great week” The rental process was smooth and easy. The condo is very nice and exceptionally convenient, located right across the street from the Golden Peak Lodge. The aria Fitness Club is excellent and just a short drive or long walk away. Laundry facilities very good (but don't forget to get change off-property!). Constructive criticisms: a couple of Tupperware would have been helpful and multiple decorative bed pillows are great in a master bedroom that is big enough to stack them out of the way.

“Quiet, safe sojourn to the Vail Valley and Beaver Creek” Property is clean, quiet and convenient to Beaver Creek. Heated parking below ground and key pad access is very nice. Service from rental folks is excellent, we had a couple of appliance and equipment challenges and the staff took care of them post haste.

“Great House!” This is a great house for two families. There were 12 of us total and there was plenty of room. The deck area with the hot tub and fire pit are great. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they responded very quickly. The only negative is that the walk to the shuttle stop is too far if you have small children in ski boots. We paid the $25 daily parking at the lifts instead of walking to the shuttle.

“Excellent experience” Great house with all the facilities. The way of doing check in and out is so easy that you really feels like going to you own house. Excellent location. We really enjoy this property

“Awesome condo to accommodate multiple or large families.” We picked the right place to stay for our summer vacation in Vail. Luxury accommodations right in the middle of everything. The kids thought the elevator in the condo was really cool. Perfect size for two families of four. Prudential Properties very easy to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

“Perfect ski cabin” Great location. First exit off the highway before vail village. Took five minutes to drive to vail village and that was in bad snowy road conditions. Value of cabin is excellent compared to what's available at the same rate in vail. Would definitely recommend to two couples skiing or a small family. Second bedroom has only a double bed though.

“Can't wait to return next year” This is the second time that my friends and I stay at this property, and the experience was great on both occasions. Before our visit, the Prudential staff was very helpful with any help we required. The condo is in great condition as well as the furniture and appliances. The location, which is walking distance from the Lionshead gondola, is one of the property's main assets. One thing to keep in mind, is that the second bedroom is quite small and, in general, there isn't enough storage space for clothes and personal items. I think that this property for a single family with up to three kids.

“Excellent stay” Everything was perfect: location, place, decor, convenience, etc. My only complain was that the maids didn't clean well enough: when we arrived some of the cutlery was dirty, the bathtub had a little hair in it. Also, the day they were supposed to do the mid-week clean we had stayed home because my son was sick. I told them to come back the next day... they didn't! Other than that, everything was very nice. Will come again.

“Great location!” What a great trip! Berkshire Hathaway made it so simple to rent from & find the condo. It was absolutely the best location for skiing, walking right out of the condo and you are steps away from the lift & gondala. The condo was in excellent condition and fantastic views from every angle of our corner condo. Lionshead Center had great places to eat and shop. But if you wanted to go to the village, you were steps away from the bus stop. Fantastic!

“Great Place Would Return” We loved the condo and the location. Was a great property especially for the price in Beaver Creek. My only complaint is that I received numerous emails from management, but no return phone call after two messages. I would've preferred less emails and just one return phone call to answer my questions.

“The stay in Vail was exceptional and the rental unit was very co” This is the 3rd time we have rented Vantage Point 408. The location is excellent for everything one wants to do in January. The bedding is exceptional -2 kings, 4 twins, and 2 pullout sofas (descriptions in some ads state that there are 1 King and 1 Queen!). Mattresses are exceptionally comfortable. Heating was good but the fireplace is coupled with the heat system and makes the family area a little too warm. The view is exceptional. The cordless phone is dead - battery needs replacement - but the speaker base phone still operates. Everyone uses cell phones these days anyway. The place is beginning to show some wear and tear expecially the sofas in the living area. Furniture is comfortable but probably needs replacing. The water faucet in kitchen is loose and needs repair before it falls out. Since we stayed 5 days, we got maid service and it was very good. The staff were helpful and very gracious with early check-in and late check-out. We had trouble with the TVs at first but finally got them all working. Written instructions next to TVs would have been helpful but staff provided helpful suggestions. Recommend ski rentals rather than bringing skis from home. Most places are reasonable, offer demos and free storage and are very close by. Bus stops just across the street. Most important, we got snow and lots of it!! Skiing was fantastic most of the time.

“Loved renting unit 209 at Vantage Point” This property is a ski in ski out property. Totally remodeled with everything you need. We were also very happy with Berkshire Hathaway. We will rent this unit again in the future.

“Excellent” My family and I have a wonderful time, the aprt. Has a nice view and great location.

“Comfortable condo” Comfortable nice accommodations for 3 adults and 3 kids. Nice beds, decent bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace. The location was great. Very short walk to Lionshead Gondola. Convenient easy parking. The only downside is that the building itself is dumpy and there's no lobby. You enter through the parking lot and either go up smelly stairs or a smelly elevator.

“Poor location” This room has all that you would ask for in a Ritz Carlton level experience. Thhe only downside is the location of the room. It is located underneath the Ritz Conference rooms, and adjacent to where the Ritz performs their outdoor weddings. We had to put up with constant noise from above, sometimes in the middle of the night(3am), of the staff cleaning or setting up the rooms.

“So relaxing and comfortable!” My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this unit the most out of the places we have stayed in Vail in the past. The location to the village is great. We like being able to walk everywhere. Listening to the sound of Gore Creek outside the back door was very relaxing! The unit had everything we needed. The communication with the management company made checking in and out very easy! We would definitely stay there again!

“Luxury rental” Stayed here with my family last spring break. A superb location, Beautiful kitchen, master and living space. The bedroom for the kids was great on the floor below. Enjoyed it and will be going back

“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

“Unforgettable time in this gorgeous, cozy mountain home!” I stayed at the Vail Ski House in early October, and we could not have ask for a more relaxing enjoyable experience with family and friends. We enjoyed hiking Booth Falls trail, and taking the bus into the Vail Village for dinner. The hot tub was occupied morning and night to take in the great views and changing colors of the trees!
