“I loved it, very relaxing.” I had a wonderful time, it was the perfect time of year to go. Tom did is absolute best to be the best host that he could be. I wish it wasn’t with flip key. They charge too much, and they bombard me with emails.

“Perfection!!!!” We traveled for 10 days; husband and two teen boys. This was the perfect place in every way. It is close to the City; you can walk everywhere easily. The house is stocked with anything you will need including alot of breakfast foods. Washer/dryer/detergent/dryer sheets all included so you really only need to pack about three days rotation of clothing--I way over packed. Nice patio area for chilling during the HOT summer days; hot tub and patio furniture. Super quiet as well. We slept great, played hard during the day and had a great place to chill on the down days. We've been coming to Moab for 20 years; this is our new home away from home-- Wish we had found this years ago. THANKS SUE for sharing your awesome space.

“Awesome” Came to Moab for a Conference and some fun. Decided to stay in this condo instead of the hotel where the Conference was...And man, was that the right decision! Really nice condo, conveniently located, with nice furniture and well stocked kitchen. Booking was simple and so far everything has gone just as planned. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back to explore more adventures in the future.

“The condo was new, modern, and beautifully appointed.” First, the condo itself: The condo was beautiful. The rooms were large, with a private bath connected to each of the bedrooms. All of the televisions (one in the living room and one in each bedroom) were large and new. The only thing I could have asked for more was that the silverware was plastic. (And I do understand that real silverware would be a temptation to some guests to pocket it.) Aside from that, everything was lovely. My only regret was that, because of time restraints, we arrived late in the evening and had to leave early the next morning. I wish we could have enjoyed it longer. Second: One other thing I would say as a word of caution: I rented this condo from a third party (Groupon). The stated rental cost for one night was one figure, and the actual cost, when it came to paying, was an additional $71. That was listed as "tax." When I questioned them about the huge amount of tax, they explained that this was tax AND handling charges. I believe it would be only fair to list the total amount for the rental, including tax and handling charges, rather than to have the renter be surprised (and a bit dismayed) at the additional amount.Thank you. The initial listed price was a good deal for one night. The actual price was not such a good deal. This may be something you would want to address with Groupon.

“Spacious, clean, comfortable” This place was perfect for our group of 6. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out and still hang out in the living room/kitchen. We had a lot of fun playing pool and ping pong, loved the fact that it was so clean and felt new, and it was really homey.

“Great Stay in Moab!” Great location, one block from the downtown shops and restaurants, nice quiet area, great outdoor space, clean & cute indoor space, everything we needed was right there, even coffee to make a cup of joe before our morning adventures began. We will be back!

“A clean comfortable space in a great location.” The condo is quite cozy and small, like a hotel suite size. The complete kitchen was very nice. Everything was clean and worked well. The location is excellent -- minutes from Arches and Canyonlands and walking distance to a number of nice restaurants.

“Right in town and cozy.” We were happy with the location of this unit and the cleanliness. It also featured a locked space for mountain bikes and a hot tub. The only issue was that the walls are super thin and we could hear the people upstairs walking around or talking.

“Perfect place for first time Moab visitor” This was our first visit to Moab, so we weren't sure where to stay. The Moab Flats are perfectly located just a block off Main Street. Unit #4 is upstairs, well-furnished and perfect for a couple (or small family). We loved having all the amenities of home (full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.) but the convenience of an apartment. We used the hot tub after a long day of hiking and it worked perfectly. Our unit was very clean and stylish. Great place to stay while visiting Moab!

“A perfect retreat into a peaceful oasis of natural sounds and smells.” This was totally unexpected pleasure. The whole Pack Creek grounds were nicely managed. The lodge quite was exceptional. Bed was so comfortable and warm blankets. The kitchen was perfect size, grills everywhere. We were glad we could use the one on the big veranda because it was stormy one night. I loved sitting the morning watching the sun come up with a book and my dog - who by the way loved all the grass and the goats. It was convenient from the "city" and so dark and quiet - loved that. Of course this week that we stayed there were not a lot of other people, so we really had a quiet time, but even when someone came or left it was hardly noticed. The agency was great at check out and friendly making sure everything was ok. I don't think there was anything I didn't like - had a little trouble with the thermostat direction, but otherwise all was great. Will definitely come back. Question about one of the sections below - about deposit being returned - I did not appreciate that there was a deposit in my bill. Can you please check and verify as i have not had a return if there was one. Thanks

“Great Home to Stay in!” This unit is very large, great for entertaining. The kitchen is better stocked with pots, pans and utensils than most. It was very clean, and the bathrooms are nice. It was great to have the two rooms with doors to the back yard; great for smokers to easily go outside. The patio furniture and grill were nice. It is about a 7 minute walk to the main drag. This will be our first pick from now on.

“Cozy condo” We decided to stay one more night in Moab and found this place. It was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and an excellent location to town and the dog park. I would recommend this place.

“our stay in Purple Sage in Moab” The apartment was perfect for us. We visited the national parks around the area and the location was central. Close to visitor center and supermarket, and car wash and restaurant and the main street. The place was very well managed and had a free washing machine. The furniture were outdated and used though. The kitchen had very basic equipment.

“Everything was just as advertised.” My wife and I spent three nights in the unit with our two dogs. The unit and the grounds were clean, well maintained, and pet friendly. The hot tub was sparkling clean and steps away from the back door of our unit.

“excellent lodging but $49.99 reservation fee is way out of bounds” See above comment--reservation fee is ridiculously high--I doubt I'll stay there again although I've stayed there a number of times.

“Mrs” We had an amazing visit!! Our place was wonderful...felt like we were at home. It was very clean and spacious. Only downfall for me was the bed was a bit softer than we normally like. I would definitely go there if I make it back to Moab!!
