“Ok” Overall it was fine..checkout was at 11 and at 10 cleaners knocked on door and then preceded to sit in driveway waiting for us to leave. There was no dish soap or soap in bathrooms which would have been nice.

“Vacation rental” The overall experience was nice. The hot was only hot for one day and wouldn't get hot again there after. The cookware needs to be updated but overall we had a great time. I wouldn't definitely rent this rental again.

“This is a gorgeous and spacious lake home with plenty of amentities for adults and child. 5 Stars!!!!” This property is on a gorgeous location on top of a small hill. The view of the lake from the house is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed our stay thoroughly and we took full advantage of the amenities in the property like out door fire pit, hammock, boats/kayak allowed by the home-owner to be used by us. The house has enough space--we were a group of 9 people and the space was ample however there is only one shower so that might be a limitation. the kitchen was very spacious and had all the stuff needed for cooking. It would have been nice if there was a functional grill for using outdoors--the one that was there was kind of old and did not work very well. There was some strange odor in the dishwasher but that might be because of its limited usage. Overall, this place is highly recommended for vacation stay. The owners were really nice and friendly and the view and location is absolutely spectacular! My Response Thank you for your kind words. I do want to say that we have replaced the outdoor grill. I'm sorry you had trouble with it. I checked the dishwater also but could not smell or see anything in the trap. We disconnected the plumbing to examine and clean. Whatever the odor was, it's gone. “OZARK MOUNTAIN FUN” My wife and I recently spent a wonderful and relaxing week in Eileen and Tom's luxury condo on Teble Rock Lake. We liked being close to all the activities surrounding Branson Missouri and Table Rock Lake without all the traffic and noise often found in Branson itself. In addition to Tom being extremely helpful in answering our questions the condo was all that was promised and more.

“Simply perfect” I am not sure whether this is our 4th or 5th time at this condo as it seems so much like a home from home to us. David is one of the easiest, most helpful, flexible and generous person to deal with and makes the whole experience of renting there so pleasant. The condo is well furnished, comfortable and homely with the owner's personal items still there. He has even installed apple TV this time so that we could watch Netflix during our stay (he also has an iMac there for guests use too). All the facilities and benefits of The Charter are also available and so you benefit from the reception, concierge, bell boys, ski storage, private transport to the slopes, spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. All in all, we can't wait to return again, which must be the best type of recommendation.

“Beautiful High End Condo - Competitive Rates” We stayed here for seven nights in Dec/2014. The owner, Denis, and local PVR management were really easy to work with. Denis responds quickly to inquiries and is thoughtful in giving his tips of top restaurants in the area. This condo is gorgeous with high end furnishings and appliances, but with really competitive rates considering how luxurious it is. The building is new and the roof top pool/lounge area was peaceful, if you should decide to skip a day at the beach, which was just a flight of stairs away. This condo has a great location in Zona Romantica with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk away. After looking at the pictures shown with this listing, it was an easy decision to stay here, and the pictures don't lie. We had seven nights of beautiful ocean sunsets right from our balcony. We would definately stay here again.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Great Weekend at Eagle Vista” We had a great 4 night stay at Eagle Vista. It was the perfect place to stay with friends on Spring Break. The cabin was only minutes from Terry Peak which the skiers greatly enjoyed. It was also very close to Deadwood and we called one of the cab companies Delf suggested to bring us one night. The cabin is beautiful and the perfect size with every amenity listed on the website . The view is unbelievable and we could not get enough of it by spending hours and hours on the deck. My personal favorite part was the large hot tub that had a great view of the mountains. Thanks again Delf for the wonderful cabin and all your help. We will definitely be back next year!

“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“A Classy Vacation Experience in any Season” My brother, who has problems walking, and I stayed at Sunnybank for a little under a week in the early spring when the Corolla horses are foaling. The layout of the well-appointed, three-storey main building was perfect for our needs: the fabulous view from the top floor living room provided the inspiration for him to walk up the grand stair case, and he could take the elevator when he was having problems walking. (There are two bedrooms with walk-in showers to accommodate people who have a problem walking.) It rained the first two days, which might have been gloomy any where else, but the library of videos, and stashes of games and playing cards gave us the opportunity to connect in ways that we hadn't since we were children. The fabulous cook's kitchen and multiple eating areas can accommodate a wedding party, family reunion, or any get away time one might want. Mine was a working vacation and the office there, which is outfitted with excellent Ethernet and WiFi connections plus a daybed for napping, was a better arrangement than my office at home. Comfort and casual, yet classy ambience abounds at Sunnybank. An excellent find!

“Beautiful, Warm & Welcoming” We set out on a journey to discover our heritage and see if we had any living relatives in Co. Mayo Ireland. We arrived on an unseasonably cold and blustery day so when we opened the door to the house and were welcomed by the warmth of heat we were delighted. Teach Mo Chroi' was our home base but turned out to be so much more. It is truly a lovely home. The rooms were very spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable after a long day of touring. The kids enjoyed playing soccer and especially the tire swing, but the highlight was watching the fathers and sons play basketball together. It turned out to be one of the best family vacations we've ever taken. There were so many places to visit in the area; a boat ride from ashford Castle to the island was among our favorites. But don't miss Ballintubber abbey, Achill Island, Climbing Croagh Patrick and especially the nightlife in Westport town. Everything was so easily accessible and convenient. The home is furnished with everything you could possibly need or want for cooking, and with so many Satellite channels it was easy to keep the kids entertained. Maura our hostess was warm and friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed with how clean the home was when we arrived and how easily it handled our large group of 11 adults & children. I will recommend the home to others and hope we can find another excuse to visit again in the future. If there was any disappointment it was that we were unable to find any living relatives but our visit to Mayo and Teach Mo Chroi more than made up for that disappointment.

“Super Friendly” Great folks running this place. They really give the home town experience with amenities of a major hotel. This property is right next to a beautiful lake. The options are great for either the relaxed weekend or if you want to water skiing or out on a boat to fish it is all there. “Great location, beautiful views, and nice accomodations” We had a nice stay here at the Ariel Dunes II. The location is great! It is convenient to the beach (a short, but nice walk), and there are also a couple of good beach-side restaurants nearby. There's also a good grocery store nearby within a very short drive, as well as many other shopping possibilities a traveler might need. The unit was nicely furnished and decorated with contemporary furnishings and was quite comfortable. I, for one, appreciate places near the beach that are not decked out with peach and teal walls or seashell sculptures from the eighties. :) The view was also quite nice from the balcony and I spent some nice mornings out there having breakfast while soaking in the sights and sounds of summer.

“Florida Vacation” Absolutely loved the villa and location. Villa was very nice and located perfectly in a gated community that had an awesome pool with tiki bar, splash pad for kids, playground for kids and all the other normal amenities. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Florida or theme park vacation. Only 5 min from Disney and 15 from Universal with several restaurants and shopping rite within a mile. Highly recommend. “We called it Paradise!” The place was AMAZING. The pictures online are awesome; the place in real life is breathtaking. The house is small. Two tiny bedrooms, one with a full(?) sized bed in it and the other with two twins. There's a little living room with a futon. A small bathroom inside and then the gorgeous outdoor bathroom attached to the master bedroom. I've never been in an outdoor bathroom before but it was crazy cool...especially at night when you light the candles! The house itself is very tastefully decorated. It has a beachy/nautical theme, but not gaudy, just perfect. Don't worry about the smallness of the house, though, because you seriously won't spend any time inside. The whole property is designed for the guests to be outside. We spent a ton of time on the blue outdoor couches, watching our 5 year old in the pool with the ocean in the background and listening to the waves or the music from the sonos system (an awesome touch!). Hilda, Euris and Papo are great. Hilda makes the best food and even taught me how to make flan (I recommend asking her to make that). Euris is so easy to be around. He drove us to the Parque Nacional Jaragua. My husband, who speaks Spanish, learned a lot about the area from him. They got along great! Papo kept the pool clean for our daughter and even tolerated her "helping" him. He spends a lot of time keeping the grounds looking so great. And his bonfires are the biggest we'd ever seen. We like our privacy and we're a little worried about having staff around all the time, but all three were so friendly and unobtrusive that it felt like a true paradise. When we booked the house we had planned for it to be just me, my husband and our daughter. Our in-laws were with us for the first part of our vacation and then we had planned to split up for our stay at Las Guayacanes but due to some miscommunication, they were without a place to stay for the first night. We invited them to stay with us until their place in Santo Domingo was ready. They ended up staying two nights (even though they were paying for a hotel room in the capital) because the property was so great. Euris drove them into the city when they were ready to leave. A few days later we decided to drive into the city to visit with them and invited them back to paradise for our last two nights . Again they agreed whilst still having to pay for their hotel room in the city(again). That's how great the place is!!! Also Edmundo is a great host. He responses are very quick and he'll readily answer any questions you have. He's done a great job with the rental. It's fantastic.

“Violet lane” Home was clean and charming.We enjoyed the pool and privacy greatly. Owner thought of most anything we may need, except one; toilet paper. This was our first time staying in a private home rather than a hotel so perhaps it isn’t a given but if we had known, it would have saved us an immediate trip to store. I cannot speak for other guests but felt that not starting laundry, despite stating was not mandatory, not doing so may affect my deposit. A few other minor issues: missing ping pong table, “key?” to working slot machines, how, or if, the ice maker worked and where the garage door opener was located(we did find on the furnace in the garage the day before we left), and whether the swinging chair was safe to use, despite the crack, may have been problems easily remedied with a phone call but ultimately not important enough to bother owner and take time away from us. Not meant to be a negative review, it is not. Overall, we had a lovely time and would stay again. However, it seemed important to be honest in regard to our experience.

“Location is awesome, the grounds were well maintained and had something for everyone in the family.” The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for the week. There are grocery stores that are close for picking up groceries and preparing your own meals. If you prefer not to drive, you can walk down to the street and the trolley stop is right there. Also on the grounds is a playground for the kids, swimming pool, volleyball court, and a beautiful walking path that has benches to sit and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. There is so much to do in the area, so many attractions all within a mile. The Smokey mountains and Gatlinburg are about 20-30 minutes away.
