“Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“Wow! Complete paradise! Can't wait to go back again... and again” This was our second time to the Lattice House and it was even more spectacular than the first time. Besides the house and property being absolutely gorgeous, the people are amazing (especially the house host, Ana!) and the wildlife and nature is second to none. Wether staying at the house or going on excursions, I can't imagine anyone not enjoying and living up every second. This time, the "lawn" and surrounding area was cleared out more and trails were marked. We headed down to the waterfall but beware, it is a little bit of a hike but completely worth it! We picked fruit from the orchard for fruit bowls for breakfast and spent as much time as we could in the infinity pool. Highly recommend waking up early with the howler monkeys in the morning. The animals are super active at this time and we even saw a family of wild boars on property. So awesome. Ana, the house host was the best. She was always readily accessible and answered all our questions and gave us the best recommendations. This is the best vacation we have ever been on (twice!) and can't wait to go back next year.

“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“Immaculate” I had a wonderful stay at the condo in the key. Robin was easy to work with and always responsive. The condo was very clean and well stocked. If you are looking for a place where you can lay back and relax this is a nice condo. I loved that it's in a gated area.

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Perfect Jamaican vacation for families who enjoy being in the heart of the city.” Our hosts, Nathan and Melissa were warm and friendly and very responsive to our many questions when preparing for our trip to Jamaica. They both visited with us during our trip and were available by phone to answer any questions or give recommendations. The villa was simple and perfect. There was always a cool breeze coming off the sea through the main entrance of the house and with the ceiling fans, there was no need for air conditioning. Both bedrooms had excellent air conditioning systems however, so we used those on just a few nights when the restaurant down the road had music playing - couldn't hear a thing with the windows closed. We felt very safe in the home and out and about in Ochi, which was an initial concern of ours. It was quickly dismissed after going out with Ms. Barbara around the town for a "tour". Milo (and Kirk - who was very nice), the night security gentleman was wonderful, had many interesting stories and was very generous, bringing us mangos and fresh ackee. Ms. Barbara, our chef, was simply the best. She cooked amazing fresh Jamaican food, oriented us to the town and stores, taught me how to make some dishes, and was knowledgeable about nutrition and health. She even made my "green juice" for me in the morning. She knew the island and was quite helpful about how to get around and acclimate to being in JA. The sea was perfect for scuba and looks just like the pictures posted - we spent time snorkeling, swimming, watching the world cup on the large screen TV, playing soccer on the beach, reading and just relaxing and rejuvenating in the sunshine. The Knutsford Express bus took us to Kingston and back - would highly recommend it for traveling distances - very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation, my boys (11 & 16) loved it and felt it was way better than going to an all-inclusive resort - the food was CERTAINLY better! We hope to get back there soon - perhaps rent both Eden Sands and Neptune, the villa next door. Thank you to all those we met at Eden Sands Villa for a great Jamaica visit.

“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“RELAXING WEEKEND” Had a wonderful time. Most relaxing weekend that I have been able to enjoy in years. The scene is awesome and good people all around the water. I hated to leave, but have already made arrangements to come back for another weekend before the summer is up. I would highly reccomend this place if you are looking for a place to relax or just kick back. The only problem with staying there was we had to pack up and leave and the end. “Wow! You'll love the Red Sunset!” Are you looking for a luxury guesthouse near Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano? If so, look no further and book yourself into the Red Sunset. My husband and I, along with six friends, spent a week in March there. We are so glad we did! We found the accommodations to be everything they were advertised and more. The views are amazing and the house, pool house and grounds will give you plenty of opportunities to relax and explore. While the guesthouse is excellent, the very best feature is the owner/operator Patrick. Patrick met with us each day to help us plan activities and make reservations with the best tour operators. His local knowledge and recommendations were spot on each day, and his help was invaluable. The breakfast provided each morning was a highlight unto itself. Come prepared to eat well – you won’t be disappointed. We’ve never had meals of this quality at similar style lodgings. We also took advantage of the optional evening Chef services. While there were several great places to eat in the Lake Arenal area, all of which were recommended to us by Patrick, you won’t beat the meals prepared by Patrick and his wife. Our favorite was the Chicken Parmesan – sorry, Mom, but it was the best we’ve had anywhere! The Red Sunset was the perfect place for our Costa Rica vacation. We arrived as guests and soon felt like family. We’re glad we chose the Red Sunset!

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Excellent Location and Home” Our family of four had an absolutelly wonderful week at this condominium. The ocean, with the lagoon, is fantastic to swim and play in, all the time knowing that the kids are safe. “Fabulous time!” The staff was so friendly and helpful! They provided Beach towels and a pass to a couple of local beaches even though we preferred to go to other places. The apartments were clean and had all the utensils we needed. Towels were changed daily and we felt very safe there. There are a couple of small local supermarkets in the area as well. They have a nice barbecue area. I absolutely would go back!!!! On a sidenote it's a lot more convenient to rent a car so you're able to see the island from a lot of different perspectives not just as a tourist. ENJOY!
