“Luxury to the Max! Best PV Vacation Ever” This place is unbelievably beautiful- Spotlessly cleran- sure the maid comes in but it is obvious that the owner takes care to keep things up because the furnishings linens, towels artwork cooking facilities ( no dull knives!) are all top notch. For foodies like us the kitchen was a dream but the condoo is right in Old Town with restsurants across and down the street. We loved cooking at the condo because it was hard not to leave. There is s fish store a block away and a meat store a fews stores down from that so lost of fresh food ( yes- a a french pastry shop across the street- odd sight but we were happy to grab a few fresh goodies. The owner also gave us the name of a local woman who came in and cooked for us with tomnes left over. The layout of the place is great for families or couples travlling together- the place is massive and the bedrooms way doen the hall so some can stay up and enjoy the deck and perhaps some extra tequilas and it doesn't disturb those who go to bed earlier. The place is really secure with a regule security patrol but you don't feel cut off from the world. The beach is a stones throw( lierally) from the property but the huge infinity pool ( really big - I mean it!) is great to sit around. I can not recommend this enough-

“Best stay ever!” I had an amazing stay at this Villa! Daniel and his staff were awesome! Maria cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so tasty! The home was clean and well put together. It had amazing beachfront views, I would definitely stay here again!

“Every detail taken care of...” We loved the Maui Sands condo, it was completely perfect for us.Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of that we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the provided cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella, to the snorkel gear and ocean shoes. Almost every time it occurred to us that we needed something, we found it in the condo. The complex grounds were so well maintained and quiet. We used the grill one night, as well as the lovely pool. The availability of recycling was very important to us, we really appreciated that. The beds and linens were very comfortable and tasteful. We also really appreciated the Condo Manual – it answered every question we could possibly have. Beautiful place to stay! It's not every morning you get to have coffee while watching the whale show - but that's the norm here. Ryan was also wonderful to work with throughout our whole planning phase, and into the week of our vacation. Very easy to communicate with and helpful.

“Perfect Jamaican vacation for families who enjoy being in the heart of the city.” Our hosts, Nathan and Melissa were warm and friendly and very responsive to our many questions when preparing for our trip to Jamaica. They both visited with us during our trip and were available by phone to answer any questions or give recommendations. The villa was simple and perfect. There was always a cool breeze coming off the sea through the main entrance of the house and with the ceiling fans, there was no need for air conditioning. Both bedrooms had excellent air conditioning systems however, so we used those on just a few nights when the restaurant down the road had music playing - couldn't hear a thing with the windows closed. We felt very safe in the home and out and about in Ochi, which was an initial concern of ours. It was quickly dismissed after going out with Ms. Barbara around the town for a "tour". Milo (and Kirk - who was very nice), the night security gentleman was wonderful, had many interesting stories and was very generous, bringing us mangos and fresh ackee. Ms. Barbara, our chef, was simply the best. She cooked amazing fresh Jamaican food, oriented us to the town and stores, taught me how to make some dishes, and was knowledgeable about nutrition and health. She even made my "green juice" for me in the morning. She knew the island and was quite helpful about how to get around and acclimate to being in JA. The sea was perfect for scuba and looks just like the pictures posted - we spent time snorkeling, swimming, watching the world cup on the large screen TV, playing soccer on the beach, reading and just relaxing and rejuvenating in the sunshine. The Knutsford Express bus took us to Kingston and back - would highly recommend it for traveling distances - very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation, my boys (11 & 16) loved it and felt it was way better than going to an all-inclusive resort - the food was CERTAINLY better! We hope to get back there soon - perhaps rent both Eden Sands and Neptune, the villa next door. Thank you to all those we met at Eden Sands Villa for a great Jamaica visit.

“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Very good place to take your vaccation” This appartment it s very near from beach, very clean and confortable. Nearby have almost everythink that you need, good bars, restaurants, disco, suppermarket, cinema and good stores. “Beautiful ocean front getaway” This is a hidden gem as far as resorts. You can't get closer to the ocean for this price. A lil small and dated but perfect for my wife and I on our weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!! Gated community,on site eating options and a beach front bar are just a few of the perks. Doesnt get much better for the price!!

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Better than expected” We loved our stay at Seawinds. The apartment was clean, spacious, exactly like the pictures, on a beautiful development and right at the deep-blue and turquoise ocean - the view is just breathtaking. The condo itself is well maintained and has all the appliances you need and more, nice big flatscreen TV and two great balconies with furniture. It was also very nice that things like suntan lotion and dishwasher detergent were available, so you don't have to buy all that stuff. There are plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The water heater broke during our stay, but it was quickly repaired the next day. We did have a couple of issues: 1) the water pressure is looow, it was so low that I couldn't get the jacuzzi to fill and I gave up after 45 minutes (pretty sure water pressure can't be fixed) 2) there was no manual in the apartment to explain how to use the WiFi (the password, that it works great on the balcony and the pool, but not in the bedroom), the TV, the water heater, etc., but we worked around that. The condo complex is also well maintained - there were people daily cleaning the pool, removing fallen leaves, etc. Loungers and chairs at the pool(s) are plenty and comfortable (there are 4 pools, but they're all really close together, so it feels more like one big pool). The water in the pools was a bit nippy, not something we would hang around in for hours. In fact, the ocean was warmer. There were hardly any other people, so if you like it nice and quiet, this is the place. The complex is about 20 minutes walk over the beach from most of the restaurants and we walked there every single night - very romantic in the moonlight! There are plenty of restaurants on the beach, from very simple to quite exquisite. Especially La Casita de Papi is worth mentioning. Activities also plenty (to participate or watch from the pool area) like horseback riding, kite boarding, windsurfing, etc. We would definitely recommend this place - you will not be disappointed.

“Paradise” It was pretty much perfection in paradise . Can't beat the charm of old town Puerto Vallarta and yet in a brand new modern building - with amazing character - two blocks from the beach in the Romantic Zone! No need for me to go all the way Nuevo Vallarta any more for luxury! Hola Puerto Vallarta! Stayed in the penthouse Suite 6 in the condo complex they call signature at pinnacle. The owners went all out on this designer suite we stayed in with a full ocean / bay view and BBQ & drinks on the dining deck - just really magical watching the sunsets. I really can't say enough great things about our vacation from the town itself and the friendliness of the people to the accommodations - booking already for next year. The only downside to this new listing is once the word gets out on this slice of paradise I won't get the pick of the calendar like I did this trip! Probably should not have written this!

“Great Place!” My husband and I, had a great time at this condo. It was well maintained and perfect for our family. Having the pool close by on the ground floor was perfect for my kids and Claudia at the reception was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated all the help Tony provided prior to the trip. We referenced his helpful tips and recommendations throughout the trip and it really enhanced our vacation experience. We would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful. Relaxing.” This penthouse rental was better than expected. The photos do not do the space justice. I recently (Aug '13) traveled with a group of 9 everyone felt quite comfortable. We enjoyed having goregous views of the sunrise and beach.Phil and Evelyn were very accomodating in the planning process (nine people=tons of questions) they were extremely helpful and we greatly appreciated that. The rooms were a perfect size (even with three of us sharing a room, we did not feel as if we were on top of each other). The location is perfect; close to just about any and everything you could need while staying in Jaco, transportation/bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, and drug stores. Not to mention the apt is equipped with plenty to make you feel right at home. We did take a ride to Herradura beach (the sand was a bit softer than the sand on Jaco beach) which was no more than ten minutes but enjoyed the pool nearly every morning. The staff at Daystar were very friendly and helpful as well. In inquiring about certain activities, the ladies were very candid and spared us disappointment. I highly reccommend this unit.

“Loved every second of our vacation!!” The condo was great, lots of room for the four of us. The kids had their own bedroom, with their own beds, and their own bathroom. Bonus. The wrap around balcony was very pretty, loved the view. The beach and ocean out front of the hotel are lovely, although it is the usual hassle trying to get a lounger. Between the people who put their towels down at early hours, and are not even sitting in the chair, and the Mexicans hussling to make a buck off the loungers right in front of the hotel, It was most aggravating! Isla was fun to explore, the people are kind, the island is very safe, and the food was excellent.
