“Best holiday ever” Everything was fabulous. The fantastic condo, the beautiful interior, the location couldn't be better. A few steps to the pool and another few steps to the ocean. From the first moment it was breathtaking. Susana and Rebecca, the two marvelous staff, did a absolut best job ever to make us the most delicious food and clean up for us every day. Rosina helped us out with all our questions and fix whatever we asked for without a doubt. We travelled the hole way from Sweden without knowing not more than I read on internet, we could even end up on the beach without a condo just cheated ( who knows this days?) I can honestly say I had very high expectations, and for once, ALL my expectations was fullfilled with the highest score. How can I describe a place like this, all the beauty you see with your eyes, all the comfort your body can feel all the things you can do, the beachclubs, the experiences with the fab company Puerto Vallarta adventures and so on..... I can do the list so long. We didn't have time to do evertything we really wanted to because we were so pleased and satisfied to stay at the condo. We had it all there. The only thing I could complain is the 2 last nights there , we stayed for 11 nights, we had some neighbor called and complained at us that we were noisy. Yes, we were laughing and talking, we were 11 persons( we had some friends living in another hotel there on visit) at the terass and playing cards, so naturally our voices was loud. But the clock was before 9 in the evening, it was a friday and the same on saturday. Of course we stop and go to bed, but this incident was the only thing I could complain. We were so lucky that we had better neighbors the rest of the days, otherwise it could destroy the hole vacation. I mean, if you stay in a condo with other people, you must like people and accept they are living around you. If it's a big party nighttime, I fully accept it's not acceptable, but before 9 and just having a good time, not a party, it's too much. Maybe you better stay alone in a private vila without close neighbors. Except this, which I already forgotten by now, this was the best holiday ever with family and good friends celebrating my 50 years anniversary. From my heart: I will thank you Mike, to let us stay in your absolutely most stunning place, with light beautiful energies and everything that comes with that ;)

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Great Condo with a fantastic view and location” We come down every year to Naples for my birthday. I grew up there and especially with the cold Kansas weather we had this year, I needed some sunshine. We needed to get in earlier than the check in time as our flight was early and the property manager worked with us and made it happen. We stayed the last half of april, and I am sad to leave. This condo had the best location. It was only a short drive to 5th avenue and the Naples Pier, and had a view on a beautiful golf course that I enjoyed with my morning coffee every day. I will never stay anywhere else again. The furnishings and granite counter tops were very luxurious and well worth every penny. The staff was so nice, helpful, and very professional. The property manager was testing the market and showed the condo for sale one day when we were there. She notified us with plenty of time and even recommended an Italian restaurant that was the best I have had to date. We will be coming back!!!

“Perfect Stay in Casa Miramar” The location is magnificent. No where in the world have I wished I had a house on a location like this. From the living room you see the (private) swimmingpool and behind it the meticulously maintained gardens with a 270 degree view on the ocean and coastal cliffs. Perfectly organized, high in quality of amenities and a very high level of space in the house and privacy around it. Just plain perfect although the weather could have been better.

“Dream Wedding Come True: Stunning, Unique, Tranquil, Exciting, Inviting” I was fortunate enough to have my wedding in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, and even more extremely fortunate to have it at PDV. I never imagined I would get to have an adventurous beach/jungle wedding, yet get to be in such luxury and tranquility at the same time. PDV allowed me and my guests to feel like we were set directly in nature with the most fabulous connection to beach and jungle, yet get to feel so comfortable, pampered and taken care of by the fabulous staff and amazing accommodations. PDV has it ALL and allows for ANY type of fun, peace, relaxation, partying, natural connection, and more. The best things about it are the views, the luxurious rooms and architecture, the nearby access to beach and jungle, the FABULOUS daily breakfasts, the amazingly nice and helpful staff and the true feeling of happiness and relaxation while you're there! I couldn't have imagined anything more for my wedding and I would 1000% recommend it to anyone wanting to get married or take a family or friend group vacation in Costa Rica! We are absolutely planning to go back in a few years for a reunion trip (and I wish we could go back right now!!!)
