“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“Beautiful view” My spouses ended up in the ER so our stay was not as planned but the accommodation was fine, the weather good and the view/beach wonderful.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful. “A very good value” The perdido sun was a terrific place... the staff was friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were well kept and the kids had a great time.

“Its like taken out of a magazine, a place to spend the vacations you deserve!” The penthouse itself is a dream come true. The pictures embrace the lovely and beautiful place, but once you get out of the elevator it just takes your breath away. It is undeniable that Cancun was an unforgettable experience, and one of the main reasons is because of penthouse #2000. It had all the commodities needed to spend an amazing time in an amazing beach. Trying to find a place was difficult until we fell in love with this one. Tim Miller made it even easier to book it since his help was undeniably one of the best I have ever had. He was super kind and available to answer my questions and doubts. As soon as we arrive at the place Francis was waiting for us with margaritas and one of the best guacamole I have ever tried. The views were astonishing since you have perfect views both from the beach and from the lake, it made it wonderful to see the sunrise from the main bedroom and the sunset from the terrace. The penthouse was extremely clean. Both bedrooms had their own private bathrooms with comfortable beds and space to put our luggage. The pools were also clean and perfect for the sunny and hot weather. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. There were also towels available for both taking a bath and going to the beach. This place was wonderful, there are definitely no complaints about anything. The service was spectacular and the place itself is like taken out of a magazine. I cannot wait to go back to for another amazing week.

“Perfect 3 Night Stay” We love everything about Okaloossa Island. Relaxing time with family. The El Matador complex is well maintained and beach access is handy from any building on the property. Loved being able to drink coffee and watch the waves roll in from the balcony. The balcony floor could use a fresh coat of paint, it is very chipped and kind of hurt your feet. Small issue I know. Other than that it is a fabulous condo that we would stay in again.

“early fall get away” We had a wonderful time at the Emerald Towers West. We had the property almost to ourselves. Everyone one we met staying there were so friendly. We had practically a private beach. The water was warm and not much sea grass at all. Everyday we were treated to Dolphins moving up and down the gulf from our balcony.
