“Repeat customer” This was our second time and just like the first time,it was flawless. From the on line reservation to check out,everything worked like a charm. We were running a little late due to traffic jam and I called ahead to let them know and when we got to the office they were still there and took us less than 2 minutes to check in. Everything was clean and ready and we enjoyed our stay very much. We are going back again and again.

“Comfortable Stay” Delightful two bedroom two bath condo on the beach. We were quite pleased and would be happy to rent this one again. Only problem--light outside entry door was out, either bulb burned out or light broken. It was scary to approach door at night!

“Vacation on Okaloosa Island” The condo's floor was filthy, and I washed the bathroom rugs myself, because they were disgusting. One of the bedspreads was torn, and neither appeared to have been cleaned recently. Everything else was fine, and it was good to be back in the area again. We just felt that for the price we paid, these things should not have been like they were.

“Amazing and we will be back!” Just can't say enough great things about akumal Direct and the outstanding level of customer service they provided from start to finish. “Privacy” Our stay was a very positive experience. We loved the bedroom configuration (both had their own bath) of being separated by the porch, which was large and we spent most of our time on it. Kitchen was well equiped and the overall decor was very nice. The view was the best ever, and we have been to akumal 6 times. The only negative for us was that the furniture was small and for us uncomfortable (we are tall). The people who manage the condo are very efficient, helpful and friendly and addressed any situation that we had come. If you have to call them for anything, they show up right away.

“Can you keep a secret?” Seven Seas is our favorite place to stay and #3 only adds to the enjoyment. The condo is nicely appointed and so comfortable! The staff at Seven Seas is delightful. Miguel cooked two meals for us and he and his girlfriend joined us one night for dinner. The meals were amazing! He was always available when we had questions and went out of his way to help us. Everyone takes such pride in the complex and it really shows! The location is perfect. Having the quiet and never crowded beach is such a plus. The snorkeling is amazing and just a few steps out the door. Akumal is just a 5 minute drive away or a 30 minute walk up the beach. We have tried most of the restaurants in the village and across the highway in the Pueblo. They are all different and good...give them a try. I can't say enough about Seven Seas (#3). It is such a perfect place to escape to. We're already planning our next trip!

“outdated” loved working with marcia and look forward to having her book our next stay at seven seas. this was our third visit. we have stayed in units 4 and 3 and this time we were in 1. in a nutshell...it is in serious need of a lot of updating to be on the same level as the other units. yes, it was less expensive, but we would definitely spend more for one of the lighter, brighter and updated units. the staff at seven seas is fantastic. miguel is one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet and we enjoy talking with him each time we return. the grounds are gorgeous and the cleaning staff is terrific!! i wish seven seas could stay a secret, but it won't. it is the most perfect place we have found in our travels throughout the caribbean. our next trip can't come soon enough!

“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful.
