“Relaxing Turtle Haven” Perfect! Lots of room, centrally located, perfectly secure with multiple security guards who took great care of our kids and showed them turtles at night. Turtles and eggs everywhere. Beautiful yard and pool with lots of great activities.

“Great Vacation at Villa Ka Kuxta” Villa Ka Kukta was a little paradise for all my family 5 adults and 7 children.We all had a wonderful time. Akumal is a wonderful place to stay, the villa is in a secluded location and we really appreciated that. Akumal Playa and Village are very nice, we enjoyed the restaurants and the boutiques there. It is easy to visit some of the Maya sites: we went to Tulum, Koba and Chichen Itza. We enjoyed Christmas Mass in Chemuyil, people there were very friendly, in fact all mexicans are really very nice. The management and staff at the villa were perfect, they cooked nice dinners for us and did everything they could to make our stay pleasurable. We were sad to leave and sorry we could not stay longer (the trip from France is quite long and tiresome, but my son and son-in-law had to go back to work, a week is too short...) All of us will keep wonderful memories of this awsome place and we wish you a great 2103.

“Loved it all!” My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation this summer, and the main reason is because of where we stayed! Everthing was fantastic! We truly enjoyed the house, the location, the yard with the pool, and the proximity to the beach. “Very Good Time” We have many great things to say about this house. We also have great things to say about the staff. Victor is wonderful. He is quick to address any concern...and help with anything you may need. First class. The housekeepers were wonderful. They were very kind and interactive. The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is that I had an air conditioner in one of the rooms go out two separate times. They were quick to address it however. Also there were never enough washcloths. We will not hesitate to go back.

“Huge, comfortable, relaxing” The villa was even bigger than I thought it was from pictures. Everyone had their own room, and was quite comfortable. The kitchen was large and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing with a large patio, plenty of seating and the BBQ was a great addition. My only complaints were that the cable was out on the TV (not a big deal, as we weren't there to watch TV anyway), we ran out of drinkable water on our first night there and had to buy our own, and the maid was a bit snoopy when organizing our belongings (she never stole anything, but she touched and rearranged all of our personal items, and seemed to hide some of our items in strange places. Maybe hoping we wouldn't find them?) The location is in a quiet residential area, about a 30-45 minute walk from downtown; a bit farther than I would have liked, but it's a few blocks away from a large grocery store. Overall this is a great rental property. It is considerably cheaper than most other rental options of the same size on the island. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large private villa in Cozumel.

“Absolutely Wonderful & Perfect!” I would most definitely recommend Casa Frida to anyone looking for a place to stay in Merida!My husband and I felt like Katia and her mother, Patricia, went the extra mile to meet our every need. They made my family feel at home and welcome throughout our entire stay. The house was clean, beautiful and cozy! They provide you with cookware, utensils, etc. which made my stay with 2 children a lot easier!! The aC kept us nice and cool throughout our stay, as well as the gorgeous pool in the patio. The temperature of the water was perfect, and laying in the hammock was very relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly, safe and peaceful. There are many restaurants and stores close by, as well as the Centro Historico. I would absolutely recommend Casa Frida to anyone that is looking for a vacation rental! Whether it be for a family or a couple, you can't go wrong with this beautiful house. Thanks again Katia and Patricia for making our stay a very special one! “Completely Satisfied” I have stayed in Sayulita about 10 times now. This is by far my favorite, and will only book here now. If it's not available, I'm waiting to book my flights when it is available. The house is insane, and Cory the owner is the most friendly guy you'll ever meet. When finding a place to stay, you won't find better. 120% satisfied!
