“Incredible. Cannot wait to return.” This house is incredible - stunning, gorgeous, and simply perfect in so many ways. Sara, the cook and housekeeper, was just incredible. We were so lucky to have her cook us incredible meals. We're looking forward to coming back!

“Magical!” This place is really like paradise. I have never stayed anywhere that made me feel like I must be dreaming. The weather is always pleasant in Sayulita - not too hot, not humid, not wet, not buggy - so to stay at El Templito where the entire living, dining, lounge area, and kitchen are outdoors but private was magical. It is also only down a short staircase to the beach. The bedrooms each have their own bathrooms and plenty of storage space for long stays. The rooms are airy and makes you feel like you are enjoying the outdoors while being inside your room. The entire house is well-thought out and clean.

“Heavenly house” Casa Melissa was the most beautiful vacation house I've had the pleasure of staying in. I rent 2-3 vacation houses a year in Tahoe and Hawaii and this house was the best ever! The infinity pool was spectacular and the tennis court was a fabulous opportunity for exercise. The house was equipped with every necessity, from plenty of towels, to a coffee grinder and all the essential cookware. The water cooler was a thoghful touch too! The house and furniture are beautiful and a classy, comfortable, clean example of traditional Mexican architechutre. Truly a perfect house for family, friends and mixed groups. I can't wait to go back!

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Spectacular retreat/ rejuvenating!!!” After first discovering this place through family, I have since vacationed her every chance I get with my husband. And now since having a baby we now bring her along as well as the place is right on the beach, the pool is to die for and everything you could ever think of is taken care if for you. The staff, Carla and Marco are a delight if we decided to stay in Carla would make our meals... Marco would keep everything looking just a stunning as when we arrived... The house can be your own retreat or get down and invite your friends and have bob fires on the beach an let loose... Your close enough to walk to Marthas a local restaurant on the beach. If you surf you just have to wake up and walk down the beach to the right... If you need to hit up the locals and get your groove on the little town is just a short trip down the road... With amazing local crafts and restaurants... Boraborracha on a Sunday night is the place to watch some local dancing eat drink and be merry... We've recommended this house to many friends one if which loved it so much he returned and got married there!!! Everyone gets their own villa with their own open air bathroom The "ariba suite" is like living in your own jungle tree house. The "domed" suite has an insane massive open bathroom you can see the ocean from every suite and the hot tub is perfect for that afternoon dip after your surf or horseriding adventure. Can not wait to return with a bunch if friends in March 2011. To celebrate a 40th birthday. If your looking to get a way for a peaceful yoga retreat, surf, wedding or to just mix with some local Mexican culture and do nothing but lounge by the ocean/ pool this is your nirvana. “Great family vacation home!” My wife and I were looking for a place which would put us close to the many activities we had planned in Sayulita... To satisfy our needs it was important to be roomy enough to include our 2 married sons, their wives and our 2 year old granddaughter. At the same time, we all have hectic schedules so we needed a place to relax and something to do while our granddaughter could get a nap. We did some research and discovered what i would call"A Cut above" in terms of luxury homes for rent... No place is perfect. But, Casa Roca Sayulita was just what we were looking for. It was close to the surf breaks, restaurants, grocery stores and other area attractions. The kitchen was a perfect place to cut expenses by dining in and allowed us enjoy ourselves without extra expenses. It was roomy, decorated very nicely, and had everything we needed. Our entire family was shocked at how nice it was for rental property. Further, it was cheaper than hotel rooms or 2 condos. It was really nice that the top floor had a table ideal for playing games after our granddaughter went to bed. We were able to enjoy ourselves without disturbing her but close enough to be aware if she needed us. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing 2 dolphins playing with big fish. We spent about 20 minutes just watching them chase fish in the bay... Once they caught the fish they played with them by throwing them in the air before eating them.

“Beautiful inspiring residence, easy walk to town” My partner and I spent 5 nights in this 2 bedroom duplex. There was no one in the upstairs unit while we were there so we could easily use the rooftop terrace as well as the swimming pool which was at our ground floor level. All of the amenities were here. We cooked alot and found everything we needed. San Pancho is a wonderful Mexican town, largely unspoiled by tourism. I highly recommend Casa alegre for a vacation rental.
