“Casa Del arbol Cantando” We give Casa Del arbol Cantando a 5 Star+ Rating! We stayed with a group of friends from 12/17 to 12/28/12 and can't say enough about the condo, the location and the caring, personale and involved owners, Sherwin and Peg. We have rented a lot of condos over the years in different locations and this one stands out as one of the best ever. The condo is gorgeous, the location is breathtaking. Waking up to that view every morning was amazing. Our quads are in the best shape ever after those breathtakingly beautiful hikes up and down the 76 stairs to LaRopa! We loved the quality touches, the gorgeous dishes, glassware, copper bottom cookware (could have used a baking sheet however)and artsy touches. The signature "arbol cantando" is a huge wow factor! The ambience is perfect. Having 2 patios was delightful and both are a plant and flower lovers feast! Dona Rosario was a wonderful personable housekeeper who makes great breakfasts! The five of us had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Most of all what sets this condo apart is the caring and personable owners. They were great at answering questions ahead of time but called while we were there to make sure everything was ok. We were sharing photos back and forth and made new friends in the process of renting. All of their recommendations for restaurants and experiences were spot on. I'm sure they make all their guests feel this special! We took the bus often to explore the great restaurants and our favorite coffee shop in Zihua - it's easy to get the bus just a block from the bottom of the stairs and at 6.5 pesos just riding the bus was a fun local adventure. Also from the condo it's a great hike over to Playa Las Gatas - again the best combination of workout and then relaxing great beach, fish tacos and cerveza once there. We would highly recommend this great condo to anyone looking for a memorable Zihua experience!

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Outstanding” This was my second visit to Casa Las Brisas and it was even better than my first. I could keep coming back year after year. The food, magnificent views, spectacular sunsets, and luxurious accommodations all make for a superb vacation! The staff is outstanding. Although we like to golf (El Tamarindo and Isla Navidad) are great courses, it is also nice to just lay back and enjoy the wonderful weather and pools. My husband and I travel a great deal, but we love to come back to Casa Las Brisas!

“Spectacular retreat/ rejuvenating!!!” After first discovering this place through family, I have since vacationed her every chance I get with my husband. And now since having a baby we now bring her along as well as the place is right on the beach, the pool is to die for and everything you could ever think of is taken care if for you. The staff, Carla and Marco are a delight if we decided to stay in Carla would make our meals... Marco would keep everything looking just a stunning as when we arrived... The house can be your own retreat or get down and invite your friends and have bob fires on the beach an let loose... Your close enough to walk to Marthas a local restaurant on the beach. If you surf you just have to wake up and walk down the beach to the right... If you need to hit up the locals and get your groove on the little town is just a short trip down the road... With amazing local crafts and restaurants... Boraborracha on a Sunday night is the place to watch some local dancing eat drink and be merry... We've recommended this house to many friends one if which loved it so much he returned and got married there!!! Everyone gets their own villa with their own open air bathroom The "ariba suite" is like living in your own jungle tree house. The "domed" suite has an insane massive open bathroom you can see the ocean from every suite and the hot tub is perfect for that afternoon dip after your surf or horseriding adventure. Can not wait to return with a bunch if friends in March 2011. To celebrate a 40th birthday. If your looking to get a way for a peaceful yoga retreat, surf, wedding or to just mix with some local Mexican culture and do nothing but lounge by the ocean/ pool this is your nirvana. “Completely Satisfied” I have stayed in Sayulita about 10 times now. This is by far my favorite, and will only book here now. If it's not available, I'm waiting to book my flights when it is available. The house is insane, and Cory the owner is the most friendly guy you'll ever meet. When finding a place to stay, you won't find better. 120% satisfied!

“Casa Pura Vita is the perfect choice for a fun trip to Zihuatane” My husband and I stayed at Casa Pura Vita for two weeks. The location was perfect just a very short five minute walk to the beach, Playa Medera. Playa La Ropa and Playa Principal are also just a short walk. A boat ride across the bay will take you to Las Gatos beach. Walking to the market daily for groceries was also a treat for us. We made most of our meals at the casa enjoying all the fresh produce and fish we could. The kitchen at Casa Pura Vita had everything we needed along with a great BBQ by the pool area. Having two pools at the complex was really nice, both clean and well taken care of. The casa itself was clean and very comfortable. Big comfy king size beds and a two large bathrooms. The area is quiet and I always felt safe in the gated complex and out in the neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants in the area, from gourmet to great little beach huts. Needless to say we will be back. It is a great place to stay. Brian and Jan had every thing we needed for our stay in Casa Pura Vita.

“A little piece of heaven” My family and I have stayed in this condo many times, and it has been wonderful each and every time. The resort is beautiful, with a swimming pool and tennis courts. It is a beachside unit with private steps leading to the beach, which is perfect for the kids!! The home is filled with traditional Mexican art and decor is very beautifully done. I can't say that there is anything I don't like about this condo...except that we can't go more often!! :)
