“A gratifying, relaxing,enjoyable vacation.” What a great vacation spot! It exelled our expectations,gorgeous well kept grounds, very clean, modern comfy accomodations. Loved being so close to the ocean, plus the soft sand beach, which would take you either way to oceanside restaurants, they were all good. So relaxing with beautiful sunsets, falling asleep to the ocean waves.It was all there! Raoul and Laurie were very graciously helpfull when we needed anything, including letting us know when the venders were at the gate should we want any fruit, veggies or fresh baked bread and tortillas. The knowledge of being secure in this gated villa was an absolute plus for me. It doesn't get much better than this. A little taste of heaven. Highly recommend it. We will be back!!

“Very nice "home" with all the amenities, including a beach” First of all, coordinating the rental with Charlene and Gary was a pleasant experience. They are very organized and friendly The casa was well decorated and had everything you needed for a beach vacation. My husband loved having a dish washer; makes cleanup much easier. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is literally "right there". You can walk to a few places, but overall, you need to take a cab or have a rental car. Having very nice beach towels was a plus, as they are very heavy to pack. The pool furniture was very nice and comfortable too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

“Exceptional Unique Experience” February / March 2013 Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience. “Outstanding” This was my second visit to Casa Las Brisas and it was even better than my first. I could keep coming back year after year. The food, magnificent views, spectacular sunsets, and luxurious accommodations all make for a superb vacation! The staff is outstanding. Although we like to golf (El Tamarindo and Isla Navidad) are great courses, it is also nice to just lay back and enjoy the wonderful weather and pools. My husband and I travel a great deal, but we love to come back to Casa Las Brisas!

“Spectacular retreat/ rejuvenating!!!” After first discovering this place through family, I have since vacationed her every chance I get with my husband. And now since having a baby we now bring her along as well as the place is right on the beach, the pool is to die for and everything you could ever think of is taken care if for you. The staff, Carla and Marco are a delight if we decided to stay in Carla would make our meals... Marco would keep everything looking just a stunning as when we arrived... The house can be your own retreat or get down and invite your friends and have bob fires on the beach an let loose... Your close enough to walk to Marthas a local restaurant on the beach. If you surf you just have to wake up and walk down the beach to the right... If you need to hit up the locals and get your groove on the little town is just a short trip down the road... With amazing local crafts and restaurants... Boraborracha on a Sunday night is the place to watch some local dancing eat drink and be merry... We've recommended this house to many friends one if which loved it so much he returned and got married there!!! Everyone gets their own villa with their own open air bathroom The "ariba suite" is like living in your own jungle tree house. The "domed" suite has an insane massive open bathroom you can see the ocean from every suite and the hot tub is perfect for that afternoon dip after your surf or horseriding adventure. Can not wait to return with a bunch if friends in March 2011. To celebrate a 40th birthday. If your looking to get a way for a peaceful yoga retreat, surf, wedding or to just mix with some local Mexican culture and do nothing but lounge by the ocean/ pool this is your nirvana. “Completely Satisfied” I have stayed in Sayulita about 10 times now. This is by far my favorite, and will only book here now. If it's not available, I'm waiting to book my flights when it is available. The house is insane, and Cory the owner is the most friendly guy you'll ever meet. Such artistic and natural beauty, refined elegance, comfort, spaciousness, and unbelievably gorgeous views from all vantage points! You truly have a talent for creating a well-considered totally pleasing vacation environment, both inside and out. We so easily dropped out of our hectic lives and felt nurtured, uplifted, and rejuvenated. Casa Paloma is so grand and relaxing we felt like we didn't even need to go anywhere else to enjoy a fantastic vacation! And yet the quaint little town of Sayulita and its expansive beaches were so enjoyable that we left "our nest" at least once a day to go exploring. Especially enjoyable is the convenience of being able to walk easily everywhere. What a discovery your Casa Paloma and Sayulita are! We found so many glowing reviews of your place on the Vrbo site, we just had to come...we are totally happy we did...and look forward to returning as often as we can!

“Wonderful place, lovely stay...” This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location is great as it is walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything is new. Very nice furniture and furnishings. Good air conditioners. It even had an amazing washer and dryer. The bathrooms are very spacious. The kitchen well equipped. Traveled with adult son and his girlfriend. Highly recommend it.
