“Wonderful Vacation Spot” The Retreat is a great place to stay with your family. The accommodations were well equipped, clean and a it's a great location. Brian is responsive and very nice to work with. I could not say anything bad about The Retreat.

“Lovely location” This villa is in a superb location being slightly out in the countryside, for dining shopping and of course visiting the Disney parks. It is situated in a gated community which gave that added feeling of security. The estate is very well maintained and the Clubhouse an added entertainment with its own pool, and games room. It is also not that far to travel to either coast - the Gulf or the Atlantic side. We had a very pleasant stay in this spacious villa with pool. Although the pool is not heated, it was still very refreshing to relax in and was used daily after a hot morning playing the various "Crazy" golf courses which are littered around the area! Having said that, this 4 bedroom villa, could do with a little TLC. Access was simple and dealing with Willy and Pamel easy, as we did have a slight problem with the television (yes - on vacation) which was soon rectified with a quick phone call. All in all, we would certainly stay at this villa again.

“Stop Looking! An Amazing Experience!” I am writing a review regarding our stay last week at Kingston Plantation. In the past we have stayed at his previous 2 bedroom facility at Kingston Plantation and loved everything about the property and the condition it is in. Every attention to detail has been attended to from the condition of the carpet to the comfortable beds. It is always clean and bug free. This has always been a concern of my wife’s and she can rest at ease at either of these Kingston properties. That being said about the previous property….we LOVED thi jaw dropping new site . The three bedroom facility allowed us to entertain friends and family in a luxurious and comfortable environment due to the expanded square footage. Our visitor’s children loved the on site water park and we enjoyed the easy beach access (right around the corner). The deck is enormous and overlooks a beautiful lake. My wife and I enjoy eating out, golf and good shopping. All these opportunities were just a stone’s throw away. I would recommend this property to any family or group of friends that would like to enjoy the beach, relaxation and a peaceful retreat. It fit that bill to a Tee!

“Perfect home away from home” This was a wonderful villa. Had enough room for everyone to have their alone time when needed. The pool and spa were great, it was nice to come home and relax in them after long day at theme parks. It is located in a great neighborhood. Enjoyed being able to go for a jog/walk without worrying about dogs or traffic because it is a well maintained area with plenty of sidewalks. I was traveling with my adult sons and their girlfriends and they thought it was great that they got to see the resident alligator named Dave. They also enjoyed the game room, esp. pool table. The villa itself was very clean and well maintained . Would not hesitate to rent again if I come back to Orlando

“Great house” House is clean upon entering, rooms are big. Everything you need is here i.e plates,cups,utensils and other things. The only thing that is that the pool heater does not warm the water enough

“Wonderful stay” Villa was lovely, pool fab and beautiful view of the lake. We did get a lot of rain and a porch over part of the pool would have been great. There were just 2 of us, so a perfect size, however we did feel the furniture was a little over the top for a Holiday Rental. ( although very beautiful) I would worry with small children, in case of any damage. But this Villa would be perfect for a Couple like us or Peeps with Teenagers, as the Garage is full of Fun Games and you can Fish the Lake. We will go back as we liked the location, pretty central for Posner Park Shops, Crackerbarrels and Mannys, Chop and Steak House. Publix and other shops within 10 mins drive.

“Perfect Disney family holiday home base” I spent a lot of time reading reviews of dozens of different houses in the Orlando area planning my family’s Big Disney Holiday before settling on Alan’s house in Kissimmee. We were not disappointed! My family of nine people, including 3 kids arrived and were truly blown away at the size (much larger than we needed in reality, but that was no bad thing), appearance, location and facilities of this house. It’s really hard to fault. Fastidiously clean, heated pool (which the kids made full use of every day!), serenely quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful south-facing outlook over a lake. On top of than that, it really is about a 10 minute drive to any park in Disney and whatever restaurant and store you could want/need within a few minutes of the house. The agency taking care of the house were super responsive too - A beeping smoke alarm had its battery replaced within 20 minutes of my making a phone call. In short, we all had a wonderful holiday thanks in no small part to Alan & Joye’s house. We’d love to go back and do it all again.

“Awe Inspired!” The cabin was wonderful. The Bison feeding was so much fun ,one of the Alpha males had such an assured look in his eyes it was almost regal. The bison burgers were to die first! While in the hotbed which is really nice BTW, we looked up and the sky looked like God himself filled the entire sky thick with glitter that's how many stars there were.When my dog went out here came the grey mini pony and my dog licked it's nose, I think they wanted to elope....LOL The Mtn Goats & Liamas were fun as well. We couldn't remember the last time we were so relaxed. We love Bison Overlook Lodge & we will be back!

“Wow! What a great place to stay!!!” What can I say other than this chalet is a fabulous place to stay! It is perfectly appointed and my family loved it. The location is perfect, tucked into the hillside with a sweeping view, morning sunrises, and birdsong. The host was charming and completely at our service to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We will most definately be return guests!
