“Fantastic place to stay!!!” The owner and property manager are courteous and prompt to our inquiries. The villa was in great shape.

“Wonderful Place to stay” I stayed at the Island Club for a period of 3 months and was very happy with my stay. It was quiet, and comfortable. I liked the layout of my condo which was on one floor. My family of 5 had plenty of room to enjoy. I also liked how there was a patio in back. It made it feel more like a home. We stayed on the top floor where there was vaulted ceilings and lots of windows in the front room. This made it feel more spacious and rich. The amenities were additionally nice as well. There were 2 different pools and jacuzzis, tennis court, clubhouse and work out room to enjoy. I also liked how you could park right up against your condo building. The location was very convieinent as well. It is close to all major attractions. 15 minutes from Disney - 25 from Universal and close to shopping, and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

“Vacation 2017” The house is really beautiful, clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time and really felt at home. The owner Philip was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Al for setting up the internet for us. Hoping to come back again next year.

“Awesome Home in Cape Coral” I would give this home more stars if I could. Gorgeous home, very clean and fully furnished. Scott (owner) is very responsive. Hoping to rent it again next winter. Ten thumbs up!!!

“Immaculate” I had a wonderful stay at the condo in the key. Robin was easy to work with and always responsive. The condo was very clean and well stocked. If you are looking for a place where you can lay back and relax this is a nice condo. I loved that it's in a gated area.

“A Magical Stay” What's not to love about this home! First and foremost Brandie herself is a genuine person who really cares about the people who stay at her home. From the initial contact of a personal phone call, to her follow ups on every little question, to her wishing us a safe trip to a thank you and welcome home at the end, Brandie is truly a great family person! The home itself was as described in other reviews and more. The location to the clubhouse could not have been better. A short walk down the path (100yds maybe) and the kids were relaxing by the lagoon pool! The added security of a gated community provided additional piece of mind even though you are only 5mins from Disney. The staff at the community became like family before we left. Friendly, cheerful, always willing to stop and talk about anything and everything! The home itself is exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable made for it enjoyable to return home for afternoon breaks from the park. The Disney bedroom was the room of choice for our youngest! The downstairs bedroom provided a nice separation for our oldest to have her space when exhaustion took over:). We have rented homes before when traveling to Disney and Brandie's is at the top of the list! From location, ease of access, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional (what I will call) customer service and value, you won't find a better place to stay or person to work with then Brandie and her home!!! We will definitely be back again!!! Thanks Brandie :)

“I love this place!” Fantastic vacation home! Great lagoon view from the pool! Close to Sanibel Island as well as shopping for gifts and groceries. Very close to the river by boat, big plus for me! Had a great time here and hope to stay over and over.

“Great place” Very cozy, out in suburbs. Neighborhood clean and friendly. Pools and outdoor basketball courts and activities for the kids.

“Great Family Vacation (Super Close to the Beach)” 9 of us stayed at this wonderful house the week of 6/22/13. 6 adults and 3 children. The place is exactly what is presented in the online materials and pictures. The beach and ocean are so close. Very convenient for families with older folks or kids if you need to run back and forth to the house and don't want to drag a ton of stuff down with you. We enjoyed the pool a great deal as well, actually used it more than I thought. It is right off the Kitchen so the kids could play and we were really close by. The inside of the house is very nice and accomodated our party just fine. Master bedroom is amazing. Tv's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/property manager were very helpfull and resposive to our requests/inquiries. House is close to everything. Lot's of shopping and activities close by if you need them. We were just fine laying in the pull, playing tennis or having fun at the beach so we didn't do much other than that. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. We had an outstanding time.

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Wonderful Vacation Home” Very well kept home. Clean, up to date and excellent service from owner. We heard a rattling sound in the ac unit and saw a small leak from ice maker made a phone call to the property manager and they came out repaired them that afternoon. It is evident that this home is cared for. Very nice beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The home has automatic shutters, which makes the bedroom nice and dark for a great sleep! The furniture in the home is up to date and well kept. The beach is just steps away from the home, and the sunrises are amazing. We were overjoyed to happen to witness turtles that were just hatched return to the ocean. We will certainly return for another vacation!

“Very Clean and awesome!!!” The ocean was very close and the sand was awesome! The things we really enjoyed were the really nice beach chairs provided. The outside grill was large enough to easily grill enough food for 14 people at one time. All items in kitchen were great and we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were awesome and worked very well The furniture in the house was clean and comfortable for all of us. The house was really clean when we arrived and that impressed us all. Space wise the house could easily handle 16 except for maybe the lack of a third shower. Overall we really liked this place and would recommend it to anyone.
