“Great Location!!” This condo is in a great location, close to everything you could want. The awesome views from the deck look right out to the slopes. The lifts are a 5 minute walk, or if you prefer the shuttle, the shuttle stops 20 steps from the front door. The condo is stocked with all the essentials needed for someone like myself that enjoys cooking. I will definitely be going back next season!!

“Simply perfect” I am not sure whether this is our 4th or 5th time at this condo as it seems so much like a home from home to us. David is one of the easiest, most helpful, flexible and generous person to deal with and makes the whole experience of renting there so pleasant. The condo is well furnished, comfortable and homely with the owner's personal items still there. He has even installed apple TV this time so that we could watch Netflix during our stay (he also has an iMac there for guests use too). All the facilities and benefits of The Charter are also available and so you benefit from the reception, concierge, bell boys, ski storage, private transport to the slopes, spa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. All in all, we can't wait to return again, which must be the best type of recommendation.

“wonderful stay in beaver creek” I had been wanting to go to Beaver Creek forever, but had never made it there. Finally this summer, I decided to visit and I came across this incredible rental through a good friend of mine. Upon arrival, I was absolutely thrilled with the condo. The location was incredible and right in the heart of all the best restaurants and shops. The views from the condo were spectacular. Coming from Miami and Palm trees, it was so wonderful to have this view. The condo was absolutely immaculate and in mint condition. I loved the furniture and the kitchen was fabulous. I dont even like to cook, but this kitchen inspired me. All and all...this was a nice relaxing place to stay after a hectic work schedule.

“Great Spring Break Ski Trip” Our family of four stayed in this condo for spring break in March 2014. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The master has a large attached bath that makes getting ready a breeze. The guest bedroom is large with two beds which were very comfortable for our children. The other 2-bath (one tub, one shower) is attached to this guest room which is handy when you're trying to get two kids ready at once. The condo is located right in the village just steps from the ice rink and close to several restaurants. It's just a short walk past the ice rink to the escalator that leads to the slopes and ski school. The unit came with a ski locker downstairs which was very convenient. The building also has 24 hour front desk which would come in handy if there were issues, but we had no issues. The concierge was also very helpful in helping us obtain reservations in advance of our trip, and a last minute reservation once we were there. We rented a car for the trip realizing that we might not need it much, and indeed we spent most of the trip in and around the village using the free shuttle the one time we needed it. However, if a car is in your plans the unit comes with underground heated parking. The owner took the time to send us several recommendations for dinner before our arrival. We spent one dinner at Grouse Mountain Grill. We were expecting typical mountain fare, but were very pleasantly surprised with the meal. It's not inexpensive by any means, but definitely worth the trip. The kids menu items were not just afterthoughts but high quality meals. If you're looking for a nice dinner, this is worth a look. We have used Vrbo several times and always are appreciative when the rental is as advertised. We also appreciated the time the owner spent sending us recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.
