“Have stayed in unit for past 5 years” I have rented Nadines unit for the past 5 years and have never had a problem, The unit has been upgraded over the years and has always been very clean. All of the units appliances work as they should, and the air condition was always cold. I will continue to rent this unit for our two week summer vacations. Thank you Nadine.

“Outstanding Condo” We were very impressed with the condo from the minute we walked through the door. I feel like it is our home away from home and am looking forward to going back soon. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, including a charcoal BBQ grill outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture looked brand new. We went to the beach during the day and to the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings. There is a pool/jacuzzi across the street from the condo, which was very nice and then a bigger pool a short drive away. The residents we met at the pool were very nice and welcoming. We made use of the balcony to relax in the morning with a cup of tea and in the evening with a nice cold beverage. The True Blue grounds are nicely landscaped. We had previously stayed at other condos in the Myrtle Beach area, but we will never go back that way. This is way more laid back and not so commercial. Lots of local shopping spots, we liked BiLo supermarket, Bargain Beachwear, Quigley's for dinner (get the nachos) and definitely go to Surf The Earth. We did drive to Myrtle Beach - Broadway at the Beach for an evening of something different to do. I can't wait to come back for another visit. I highly recommend Mickey's condo for your family.

“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“Making memories” We had a great time in Pawleys at your beach house! It was so convenient for our family(including two children) to go back and forth to the beach. We really enjoyed grilling out and having cocktails on the huge screened in porch. It was close to everything. “Making Waves” Very nice home. Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. House was clean. Appliances were older, but all in good working condition. Main beds were comfortable. Grandson loved the bunk beds. Golf cart is always a plus and a “must” at Oceanside Villages for easy travel to the beach, pools and playground.

“Perfect family tental” I rented this home for a week in July my husband and two small kids had a great time. It was far enough but close to the hustle and bustle of tourist life, plenty of stores nearby for necessities. The community in which this house is is great. Quick drive to the beach with bathroom access, 3 big pools with plenty of playroom for kids. I loved the kiddie pools and splash area also bathrooms st the pool. The home is clean and quiet, a nice deck outside to sit and eat. It was great there was a BBQ for use. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The two showers have great pressure and hot water! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you need minus food and spices. If I was to return to SC I would definitely rent again. Patrick is very responsive and was great to rent from!

“Great vacation house!” We stayed here this weekend from Friday-Monday, and I can't express enough how've amazing the house was! It is in the perfect location and the house was in perfect condition, and the pool in the backyard was the perfect addition! The owner was very friendly and communicated with us to enusre everything was perfect! We would definitely recommend this property to everyone, and I am sure see us coming back here in the summer!

“Great Condo and Resort” The condo and location were lovely. Right on the beach and a wonderful balcony with beach views and ocean breezes. Right next to an RV park so no hotels blocking the ocean view. Resort has several pools and jacuzzis and easy access to ocean. The only issues we had were of the maintenance type. The table and chairs were very wobbly and with half of the chairs unable to be used. Master bed was so uncomfortable we had to buy a mattress topper. We couldn't get the lights to work in the kitchen or spare room and had to replace all light bulbs. The owner was quick to reply to our requests and did send a replacement lamp for the spare room. Overall it was a fun week and the condo had everything we needed to cook and relax after enjoying the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“A great place to stay!” This is a fabulous home--very conveniently located on the beach. It has great porches and decks, large dining room table, great kitchen. I cannot say enough about this home. This is the second year we have rented. We switched to another house after the first year totally due to expense but switched back. This house is expensive but has all the extras.

“Perfect beach vacation” This house was the perfect, comfortable beach rental. It had great beach access, wonderful screened porches, and a fully stocked kitchen. “Great vacation this year!” Lovely home on a quiet street not far from the Beach Club. It is well-furnished with nice kitchen and living room plus nice furnishings. Elevator was a nice amenity to help get the luggage and groceries up to the kitchen. The kitchen had a nice eating area and the appliances could use updating but were very adequate. There is a nice walk in pantry which offered good storage. We love renting from Debordieu Rental because they are so friendly and most accommodating! Their standards are high and they keep the properties well maintained. They arranged the golf cart for us and that was probably the best part of the vacation as far as the children are concerned! Great experience! This is our 3rd year renting there and We hope to return again next year.
