“Very nice” Great place. Very nicely decorated and cozy. Very easy to work with and everything described was accurate. Dishwasher doesn't work very good and outside screen door slams loudly but otherwise all was great and would rent again.

“Family Vacation” My Sister in Law and I shared this condo with our family. We had plenty of space for the 8 of us to spread out. The balcony views were gorgeous and the location made for easy daily trips to the beach. The first few days of our stay the elevator situation was a nightmare and we had to wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes at a time for an elevator. Stairs were not an option when you have little kids and beach carts in tow. Luckily this problem was fixed within a few days. The Host provided helpful information regarding local cuisine, tips on setting up at the beach and local attractions. Parking was a issue. I misunderstood and thought we were assigned parking places but its first come first served. There are two parking garages that are available for guests with two parking passes per condo but the complex does not patrol this area and often people off the street without passes would park in these garages taking up spaces away from paying guests.. it was frustrating. We ended up having to park quite a distance away from the condo despite paying for our parking passes. None of my complaints are with the Host. He did a great job communicating with me and answering my questions. The condo was everything that we were expecting from the pictures and more. We loved our stay.

“Great condo. Awesome location! Helpful owners!” Perfect ptc location. Wonderful views, short walk to the beach, great restaurants, sling shot right across the street, cute little bar with great drink options on property. Very clean and owners were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

“Wonderful vacation!” We had a wonderful vacation at Top of the Gulf! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owner was very friendly and we would stay here again!!

“Relaxing” Although it rained the entire time of our stay, my brief getaway was relaxing. One suggestion to make it easier to find the parking lot. Tell them to turn left at the Grand and another left. I would definitely book this place again.

“Home away from home” My family and I had a great time at Panama City Beach. Condo location was great. Short walk to the beach and pools. The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed for our stay.
