“Great Accommodation at reasonable Cost” We stayed from Oct 1-7th/2014 and were very pleased with the suite as well as the assistance of the owner. He greeted us with wine and cheese and gave us some great tips re good restaurants nearby. We had a car which was useful in this location although there was a bus stop right across the street which was good for visiting the old city of Dubrovnik. There is a nice seawall to walk on across the street. We cooked a number of meals in and thekitchen facilities were great. All in all, this suite was great value.

“Charming apartment, wonderful hosts” Lovely apartment with a nice table looking onto the garden which was great for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer in the bathroom was a real bonus. The location is excellent, ina quiet neighbourhood just a short walk from the centre of Dubrovnik, most of the way walking directly above the sea. The hosts were truly gracious and friendly, I was very grateful to them for their kind assistance before my departure. A fantastic demonstration of generosity and human kindness.

“It is a very big apartment where you feel like at home” We went to the apartment last summer and I absolutely recommend it. It is close to Dubrovnik center and the beach. The kitchen has all the necessary for cooking, and all the bedrooms and the living room are big. The worst thing was the stairs to get there.

“Very comfortable accommodation with a stunning view of the adria” We stayed here in august with friends and six children between us. The house is very comfortable and spacious and has everything one needs to spend a relaxing holiday. Views from the terrace are stunning. The house is in a quiet area but 5 minutes away from a neighbouring hotel and restaurants. There are a few nice small, almost private, beaches not very far away. To get to the nicest beach takes about 10 minutes. The old town itself is about 20 minutes stroll away. Cavtat is full of restaurants, cafes and small shops and one can enjoy beautiful walks along the shore and through the picturesque and charming little stone streets of the old town. There are frequent boat trips to Dubrovnik and surrounding islands which take the stress away of driving. We had a fantastic holiday and would return back again.

“Excellent” We stayed here in august 2013 for a period of two weeks occupying both villas (East and west villas combined) with a large group (several families together with 22 people including kids) The villas are in excellent conditions as it seems that they were recently renovated. They are clean and well equipped (A/C, WiFi, etc..). Location was a major plus, being close to a few beaches in a nice and quite area but at the same time also having several restaurant and cafes close-by... so very nice! Views and terraces were wonderful to organize nice dinners all together and enjoy beautiful evenings outside. All in all perfect for a large group. Can't recommend highly enough... -Ron

“Relaxing stay with a beautiful view” The annaMaria apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The roof terrace provides an excellent view of Dubrovnik and the adriatic sea, and we enjoyed having breakfast and after dinner drinks there. The owner of the apartment offered excellent service and took great care of us. The location is good with many restaurants and beaches within walking distance, and the bus stop is nearby if one wants to go to the Old Town. It was nice to return home to the apartment after a busy day out. The only thing that was a bit problematic was all the stairs to the apartment, carrying a baby stroller up to the apartment. It would not work for disabled travellers.
