“Just as described, Perfect for Families with young children. We highly recommend” We found this home to be just as described on the website and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The house was very clean and well maintained, the carpet on the main floor appeared to be virtually brand new, though I'm not sure carpet is the best choice for the main living area, tile or hardwood floors would be better, but that's just a personal preference. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable and the large TV was nice as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with basically everything you need to cook. They even have plastic cups, plates and utensils available which were great for the kids. Our kids were in love with the game-room/toy area in the garage which has tons of great toys, and we had to drag them out of there every morning to leave for the park. The park by the way is about 20 minutes away and there is quite a lot of traffic, so plan accordingly. The pool was very nice and clean, and it appeared the pool decking was just freshly painted. My only issue with the pool was the temperature; it was extremely cold which I honestly didn't expect since the temps outside were in the high 80s and low 90s. The kids enjoyed the pool despite the temperature, but the adults rarely swam because it was just too chilly. I mistakenly thought the pool was heated, but after contacting the management company and the owner realized that you are required to pay extra daily for pool heat. It was my mistake for not reading the description more closely, but I do disagree with charging a daily fee for the heat. It is necessary during the non-summer months and should be included in the rental price. I would much rather the rental price be slightly higher and include the pool heat, than be forced to pay an exorbitant amount each day, and have to deal with the management company to come and turn on the heat. Which by the way, when I called the management company to turn it on, they didn't show up when they promised and the heat was never turned on. To be honest, the lady who came to check the pool chemicals while we were there was quite rude and a little nasty to us, but the owner has no control over her behavior. Despite all of that, the pool was a big hit with the kids, which is all that really matters anyway. Additionally, the patio furniture was nice and in good condition, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only real maintenance issue we had was with the sliding glass door to the pool area; it kept coming off the track and was a bit difficult to close and probably needs some repair or adjustment, but it wasn't a big problem. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic, there is a lot of space if you have a large family, and the closets are very good size for a vacation trip. We used the washer and dryer several times, which was very convenient as well. We also thought the home was very tastefully decorated throughout. The stroller came in very handy; we thought our 4 year old would be fine without one but quickly discovered he needed one. Luckily we didn't have to rent one at the park since the owners provided them. I would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again on our next trip. Overall our stay was very pleasant, the issues we had we minor and certainly did not take away from our trip.

“Amazing” Our stay at this property was perfect. Loved the pool and games room. The house was the perfect size for our group.

“A house that I could see living in permanently.” I can't think of anything negative to say, OK if I lived there I'd put a couple palm trees and a bar by the pool... I really liked the look of the tile floor in the living room and I really appreciated the fact that there is a DVR connected to the main TV. It is an awesome house.

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Great base for Florida Holiday” The house and location were great. The heated pool was perfect for our children who would have spent the entire holiday in it if we had let them. The service was great and communication from the owner just right. We would stay here again if we returned to the area.

“Family vacation 2017” The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all of the major attractions were close. The house had all of the necessities we needed. The living room furniture and carpet was worn, but was fine. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond. I would definately recommend this house and owner for your family vacation!

“Awesome Home” This home was beautiful! It was all the was described and more! My family and I had an amazing time! Our only regret was that we were so busy and did not get much time at the home relaxing.

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.

“Spring Break” Had a wonderful Spring break at this well maintained 6 bedroom home. The weather was a nice, early taste of summer. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal put the management company fixed it quickly. I think the cleaning service could do a little bit better we found some items from previous renters under the beds, and earrings in the carpet. Not a big deal but for neat-freaks it was noticeable. I would definitely stay there again, great location.

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Fabulous Location” From my initial contact with David I found that he responded promptly with any queries that I had and provided me with information on the Reunion Resort and the Kissimmee area. Arriving late on the Saturday evening, welcoming lights had been left on within the villa revealing a superbly decorated and immaculately clean home. The villa was suited to our family needs with 4 ensuite bedrooms. The provision of free wifi was a bonus for the younger family members. During our stay the well equipped kitchen with high quality utensils, including a kettle, was used to cook numerous meals. Our family did make use of items provided for guests such as sat-nav, beach towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs which proved useful when we visited Clear Water beach. Craig from the Jeeves management team welcomed us on our first day and provided us with information on the Reunion Resort pointing out the community pools etc. The gym appealed to the enthusiastic among us. The Reunion Resort was easy to find with the instructions provided by David, unlike the 192, we experienced no traffic delays from the Disney Parks using the i 4. Publix supermarkets are located nearby. I can now understand why 7720 Link Side Loop, Patriots Landing is named 5* Villa Orlando. It certainly deserves the awards it has received. In my opinion there is a highly professional combination with David the owner and Jeeves the management team offering a high quality service and accommodation to renters. I recommend this villa and the Reunion Resort to any family contemplating a vacation in Orlando. I hope that when I return to Florida that this accommodation will be available on our chosen dates as I doubt if we will be able to find better. David thank you for all your help and playing your part in making our vacation to Florida successful and enjoyable.

“Decent place but lacking in some areas” For one week in July 2014, my family from Alabama to Alaska (with us from Canada) all stayed at 928 Solona Circle. Overall we were happy with the house rental but do not stay here if you need assistance with anything. It took my 4 phone calls over 3 days to just find out what the Wi-Fi password had been changed to (the one that we were emailed was incorrect). It may not be the safest neighbourhood as there were police men in the gated area twice during our stay. And the house was filled with broken outlet covers and had very dirty couches, which needed steam cleaning. It was a spacious home and we loved the walk-in closets as well as the ease in which to find it and the easy drive to Disneyworld. But if you want to stray there, you need to supply everything- even your own toilet paper and Kleenex. The jets ion eth hot tub did not work and the game room had a broken foosball table. Overall we were mainly happy with our stay but were disappointed with a few things.

“Wonderful holiday” We had a lovely holiday staying at Emerald magic, the villa was just right for our family of 12 , our 5 grandsons loved the south facing swimming pool which was always lovely and warm while we enjoyed relaxing on the 6 sunbeds. The games room had loads of things to keep them happy and occupied while the adults relaxed. The barbecue with free gas was great at mealtimes, although it was out of gas when we arrived it was very quickly replaced with one phone call as were any other problems which occurred, excellent service. Plenty of pool towels, saving packing our own and the double buggy was so handy at the parks. The location to disney parks could not be better, only about 10 minutes drive and the complex is lovely with a really friendly lady at reception. Also Thank you for the special touch of the rose on the bed which made celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary a special occasion.

“Excellent Review” This is a beautiful home very nice surroundings we enjoyed the stay will rent again. The kids enjoyed the pool area and the water park located a block away.

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.

“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!
