“Peaceful Paradise” My wife and I just returned from a 5 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit is modern, clean, and offers lots of natural light with views of the ocean, the marina, northward coastline, eastward hills, partial pool view, and the northeast part of town that was fantastic to look at during the evening. The wrap-around deck is huge and I spent many hours just sitting there soaking it all in. The layout of the unit is very practical and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a large Soriana grocery store only 3 blocks away as well as a couple bus stops where you can easily catch a bus to the centro and be at the malecon in about 10 minutes. (You never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus) This was our 7th trip to PV and for our next trip I'll more than likely stay here again. My only concern is that the hot tubs - 3 of them - require an hour notice to heat up, and the pool was a bit chilly on some days (hence the 4 of 5 star service rating). But, the size of the pool is awesome and perfect for swimming laps, which I did daily. Hanging out by the pool and the ocean was very peaceful, everyday. (unlike many of the hotels we've stayed at in PV) Lou was fantastic to deal with and very responsive to all our questions or concerns. I hope to be going back to his place very soon.

“Rest and Relaxation in an oasis” Ten minute drive from old town. The house is stunning. Three large bedrooms, kitchen fully stocked. The washer and dryer were a plus. I loved all the beautiful plants and the pool was amazing. Right across the street is a pristine beach. You have to take your own chairs and umbrella, which we didn't have so didn't enjoy the beach as much as we would of liked. I will definitely be back.

“very private pool home” from the first day communication was there with norma and memo and owners lionel and Darwin-thank you. very private- great view of the bay-close to everything-very prompt on any questions but you never see them unless you wanted to. perfect for just wife and I but large enough for two couples. lots of room for a two bedroom home. very clean and lots of both pool and bath towels. we have stayed in homes in pv for the past several years and this is first review we have written- very impressed!

“tranquil luxury with a view that lasts forever” my wife and I wanted to stay in the Amapas, Conchas Chinas area to compare staying in the romantic zone yet we wanted to stay within a 15 min walking distance to the romantic zone..... We booked a week at casa de la hoja at a peak time of the season dec. 15-21 and just loved it !!!!....it is a villa with a home environment, everything is amazing: the living room with a picture view of the bay, the deck with the view that lasts forever, two master bedrooms suites so comfortable and both with views of Banderas bay that greet you each morning. The kitchen was equipped with everything for dining at home...so we cooked for several nights and most breakfasts all with amazing views! ....we shopped at Mikey's and the local fish market and made the best meals in PV...this was very special for us! each day we also spent time at the private pool....I think you get the picture.... the walk to town and the beach(romantic zone is about 15 min) so wear good shoes and enjoy the walk. We loved the healthy element of our walks. we took quick inexpensive cab rides back at night and/or with groceries.... Norma and Memo are on premise to take care of anything you need. “Best Christmas and New Year's Eve stay in PV ever” We stayed at Gary's condo from Dec. 20th, 2013 through Jan 3rd, 2014 and had a wonderful time in PV. The location of the condo was perfect (very good bus connections and/or in walking distance) and the view was really very nice. We had never been so close to any New Year's Eve fireworks then from the balcony of Gary's condo. The two bedrooms and the large bathroom area was just perfect for three adults. We enjoyed our time in PV and did some tours (we did most of them during our first stay in PV), but we can recommend a trip to San Sebastian, as well as a trip to Sayulita (by public bus!).

“Viva La Villa!” I was truly impressed by Villa Encantada. We were treated to five-star service and luxury accommodations. The gorgeous tropical setting was the final element of an amazing experience. It was paradise! We were able to enjoy all of the conveniences of home during our stay, including wi-fi. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Encantada to friends and family.

“Beautiful High End Condo - Competitive Rates” We stayed here for seven nights in Dec/2014. The owner, Denis, and local PVR management were really easy to work with. Denis responds quickly to inquiries and is thoughtful in giving his tips of top restaurants in the area. This condo is gorgeous with high end furnishings and appliances, but with really competitive rates considering how luxurious it is. The building is new and the roof top pool/lounge area was peaceful, if you should decide to skip a day at the beach, which was just a flight of stairs away. This condo has a great location in Zona Romantica with restaurants and shopping just a few minutes walk away. After looking at the pictures shown with this listing, it was an easy decision to stay here, and the pictures don't lie. We had seven nights of beautiful ocean sunsets right from our balcony. We would definately stay here again.

“5-star experience” Due to booking error, we had the opportunity to stay in two condo in this building. The floor plans are mirror image of each other. One is on the 8th floor, on is on the 12th floor. This review is for unit 8a. We stay in this beautiful condo in last week (Oct 2013). It's a 4-bedroom 4 bathroom condo and it's very spacious. There are wraparound balconies. The exterior walls are all sliding floor to ceiling glass doors and when they are all opened you are like connected to the outdoor. The view is amazing. The ocean is right in front of you without anything blocking you. The breeze cools the place really well. We didn't turn the a/c on in the living room at all, and only turn the bedrooms a/c on for a couple of nights, even though I'm sure it will be fine without a/c on. The kitchen is huge and you can prepare your food. The building is very secured and the staff is amazing, and very friendly. The pool is very big and we enjoyed lounging by the pool, read a book, go for a dip now and then. It's very relaxing. If you like to swim in the ocean, just step outside the gate and there you are. The property has designated lounge chairs and umbrella for you to use. There are also no vendors to bother you which is a big plus. The location is great too. Few $ taxi ride and you will be in old town or romantic zone. It's also walking distant to a supermarket, and slightly farther there is a walmart, sams club and a decent mall. The owner Chris and the manager Oswaldo are both very nice and accommodating. I asked if they have any champagne glasses in the condo and they bought 3 set (12 glasses) for us to use. They were also flexible with my early check in and late check out requests. Since it was low season and there were no customers immediately before and after our stay, they were ok with that which made life much easier. Overall it's a wonderful experience.
