“Quiet, affordable and as described” We had a nice, warm Melbourne visit. The Condo was as described and was priced appropriately. We received information prior to our visit on how to access the unit. It was very simply set up and allowed us that place to lay our heads at night or sit on the balcony to watch the variety of birds below. We felt very fortunate to have access to a very nice pool and hot tub. It was our "go to" place after our time on the local beaches or after a nice meal at The Cuban Restaurant....or even better DJon's by the River. Wonderful food - tried many unique eateries. Can also recommend Blueberry Muffin Restaurant for breakfast. John F. Kennedy Space Center is close enough for a nice day trip which we did. Excellent place to visit.

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Wonderful !” This condo was perfect for what we needed. As only a couple, the master bedroom was wonderful with it’s king size bed and a sliding door to the deck . It has a great oceanfront view and we had awesome sunsets every night from our balcony. Our favorite beach walks were at sunset. We really enjoyed all the recliners on the love seat and couch. They have a large basket of beach towels we used every day. And Vacation Rental took good care of us , too. I would stay here again for sure!

“July 4th Vacation” We arrived to the condo on Sunday and enjoyed the pool and hot tub but didn't realize that the club house pool was not the pool described in the ad. The pool that is included is a walk across the parking lot to a smaller pool. The barbarque grill was located here also but had a "do not use" sign taped all over it. Otherwise, the condo was very clean and nicely furnished and the beds comfortable. We would stay here again.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“We felt at home the minute we opened the door.” We stayed in #105 4 weeks and appreciated every minutes you shared your condo with us. I loved the kitchen updates and the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The large deck was wonderful to watch sunsets. We spent a lot of time walking on the beach and this beach is great for shelling and walking. We had trouble with the internet service and T.V. the first day. A wonderful, friendly and capable woman showed up very quickly and fixed the problem. She is a real asset to the business. The weather wasn't great for a couple days but your condo made up for the weather. We would like to come back next year to the same unit if possible. Not sure if the noise from the pool would be a problem if the weather was warmer. The noise does carry into the bedroom. We play cards and games on cool days so next time we will bring a card table so we can see the ocean while we play. A small table in the corner by sliding glass door might be a nice addition for games and eating lunch. Your condo was more than we expected. Thank you for sharing.
