“Highly recommended Roman apartment” My family and I recently enjoyed a weeks stay in this lovely apartment. The price was very reasonable for the amenities and location provided. Our stay was very comfortable and it didn't take long to travel to any of the major sightseeing locations. Gabriele was a very gracious host throughout the stay and was happy to help. “A comfy home away from home.” Ideally located apartment in a lovely quiet apartment block. 10 minutes walk to Vatican and metro. The apartment is large with all modern comforts. The local area has an excellent bakery and supermarket, there's also some excellent local restaurants. Could not speak more highly of our stay.

“Just like your own home!” Marisa and her husband antonio welcomed us since the very first contact by email and they were amazingly kind and helpful. They helped us to find an accomodation for our car nearby and they gave us all the directions we needed and even more. I visited Naples together with two friends and we all liked the apartment. It could host up to 4 people, perfect for friends, couples, families, even for elder visitors (first floor with elevator). It's beautifully furnished with quality and taste, it just loooks like a real home, it's not empty and basic like many other short stay locations! The neighbourhood is very nice and clean, a residential area next to the centre of the city served by underground and bus, with many shops for your daily needs.

“Schöne Ferien” Das Haus ist klein aber fein!Wir waren 4 Personen und das war gerade richtig. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was es so braucht. Wir haben vorallem die sehr heissen Tage am tollen Pool verbracht, welcher sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber ist. Zum nötigsten Einkauf ist es relativ weit (ca. 8km), dort kann man für das Morgenessen frische Brötchen bestellen (empehlenswert von Mo-Fr)

“Perfect rental with modern and updated bathroons, 5 min walk to subway and wonderfully helpful owner” This was an ideal and comfortable place for us to stay. It was my husband and I and our three children age 11 and under and my in-laws for 5 nights. The apartment has 3 spacious and nicely decorated bedrooms, a very functional kitchen, excellent coffeemaker with all supplies and a great location in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 10 minute subway ride to all of Rome's major attractions. There is a Tuodi grocery store just across the street. Irina is ideal to work with. She personally took my father in law on a tour of the neighborhood to point out the grocery store, subway stop, and best eateries. We followed all her suggestions about where to eat and shop. There is a croissant factory which had the best white chocolate croissants! Irina arranged for all our airport and train station transports and this was extremely helpful. She returned our security deposit during check out without hesitation. Absolutely no problems with this place. So nice to come home to this apartment after long days of sight seeing. Don't hesitate to rent--it's a great value and will likely go fast.
