“Great vacation spot” I rented this home for a Disney getaway with my husband and our toddler. The home was located in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The backyard and pool area was very relaxing and peaceful which is exactly what you need after a day at the theme parks. The home itself was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed and much more. Everything was pretty much in order and if we had any issue or concern the owner was always readily available via email. Additionally within a few days after our departure, we received our deposit refund as promised. We were content with our stay at this home and look forward to staying there again in the near future.

“Just as described, Perfect for Families with young children. We highly recommend” We found this home to be just as described on the website and the owner was very responsive to our inquiries. The house was very clean and well maintained, the carpet on the main floor appeared to be virtually brand new, though I'm not sure carpet is the best choice for the main living area, tile or hardwood floors would be better, but that's just a personal preference. The sofas in the living room were very comfortable and the large TV was nice as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with basically everything you need to cook. They even have plastic cups, plates and utensils available which were great for the kids. Our kids were in love with the game-room/toy area in the garage which has tons of great toys, and we had to drag them out of there every morning to leave for the park. The park by the way is about 20 minutes away and there is quite a lot of traffic, so plan accordingly. The pool was very nice and clean, and it appeared the pool decking was just freshly painted. My only issue with the pool was the temperature; it was extremely cold which I honestly didn't expect since the temps outside were in the high 80s and low 90s. The kids enjoyed the pool despite the temperature, but the adults rarely swam because it was just too chilly. I mistakenly thought the pool was heated, but after contacting the management company and the owner realized that you are required to pay extra daily for pool heat. It was my mistake for not reading the description more closely, but I do disagree with charging a daily fee for the heat. It is necessary during the non-summer months and should be included in the rental price. I would much rather the rental price be slightly higher and include the pool heat, than be forced to pay an exorbitant amount each day, and have to deal with the management company to come and turn on the heat. Which by the way, when I called the management company to turn it on, they didn't show up when they promised and the heat was never turned on. To be honest, the lady who came to check the pool chemicals while we were there was quite rude and a little nasty to us, but the owner has no control over her behavior. Despite all of that, the pool was a big hit with the kids, which is all that really matters anyway. Additionally, the patio furniture was nice and in good condition, with plenty of comfortable seating. The only real maintenance issue we had was with the sliding glass door to the pool area; it kept coming off the track and was a bit difficult to close and probably needs some repair or adjustment, but it wasn't a big problem. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all fantastic, there is a lot of space if you have a large family, and the closets are very good size for a vacation trip. We used the washer and dryer several times, which was very convenient as well. We also thought the home was very tastefully decorated throughout. The stroller came in very handy; we thought our 4 year old would be fine without one but quickly discovered he needed one. Luckily we didn't have to rent one at the park since the owners provided them. I would highly recommend this property and will consider staying here again on our next trip. Overall our stay was very pleasant, the issues we had we minor and certainly did not take away from our trip.

“Great stay!” When we got to the house it was very clean and felt cozy like you are in you own house. The pool was also great not to mention the kitchen was absolutely good they got everything we needed it to make a good mealfoe my family and save some money.

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Family vacation 2017” The house was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and all of the major attractions were close. The house had all of the necessities we needed. The living room furniture and carpet was worn, but was fine. The owner was very easy to work with and was quick to respond. I would definately recommend this house and owner for your family vacation!

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“Perfect” This house was perfect for our florida holiday. We were 2 families each with 2 children and we had all the space you could need to not feel on top of each other, the other double bedroom easily converted to an en suite for the other couple so we each had en suite and the kids had their own bathroom! House really well equipped and lovely decor, lovely and private on the back and on a spacious and quiet development, just a short drive to all the parks, shops, restaurant, excellent location! We were really busy with all the parks so it was so nice to come back to space and the pool and the hot tub were equally an essential and enjoyable part of our holiday along with all the parks! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend/book again.

“Spring Break” Had a wonderful Spring break at this well maintained 6 bedroom home. The weather was a nice, early taste of summer. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal put the management company fixed it quickly. I think the cleaning service could do a little bit better we found some items from previous renters under the beds, and earrings in the carpet. Not a big deal but for neat-freaks it was noticeable. I would definitely stay there again, great location.

“Genuinely 5 star accommodation” Just returned from a really lovely holiday in this accommodation. We travelled with our 3 children and one set of grandparents. There was plenty room in the house for the 7 of us and we didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. It is truly beautiful inside and out. It is immaculate and very spacious and there is nothing that we could mark it down for. Although it is immaculate, it still feels very homely. All the bedrooms are beautiful and lots of care has been taken in the furnishings of each room. The kitchen is very well appointed and there are ample utensils/crockery for eating in should you wish to do so. The outside/pool area is so private and relaxing that you almost forget that you are actually in a very busy Orlando!! We enjoyed a few BBQ's in the outside kitchen area too. Reunion itself is beautiful and is very well maintained. The gents of our party enjoyed some golf on resort and they were very well looked after by the staff at the golf courses. Would most definitely return if we were on holiday in Orlando again! All communications with the owner David Prescott were dealt with very quickly and to our satisfaction.

“Family Vacation” The house was nice. The grandkids loved the pool. The house was close to all the attractions. We enjoyed our vacation. We will book again

“MAGICAL EXPERIENCE.” Our stay at the Venetian Bay Townhouse was a wonderful experience everyone should experience. It feels like Home away from home. It was secure the amenities were great. And the check-in process was seamless. Everything from the workout facility to the swimming pool was amazing. This should be apart of everyone's Florida experience.

“Decent place but lacking in some areas” For one week in July 2014, my family from Alabama to Alaska (with us from Canada) all stayed at 928 Solona Circle. Overall we were happy with the house rental but do not stay here if you need assistance with anything. It took my 4 phone calls over 3 days to just find out what the Wi-Fi password had been changed to (the one that we were emailed was incorrect). It may not be the safest neighbourhood as there were police men in the gated area twice during our stay. And the house was filled with broken outlet covers and had very dirty couches, which needed steam cleaning. It was a spacious home and we loved the walk-in closets as well as the ease in which to find it and the easy drive to Disneyworld. But if you want to stray there, you need to supply everything- even your own toilet paper and Kleenex. The jets ion eth hot tub did not work and the game room had a broken foosball table. Overall we were mainly happy with our stay but were disappointed with a few things.
