“*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “Wonderful house in great location” What a wonderful, well equipped home in such a great location. Both in the house and surroundings there is so much room to sit, walk, run and explore! All our family met here, 3 couples and 17 month twin boys and it was ideal! The porch at the back was just perfect for everyone, a wonderful safe area for the boys to play and comfortable chairs for us all to relax without a mosquito in sight! Open living room and kitchen was easy to work in with a delightful dining room where we could eat in the evenings. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms, the master suite is incredible and huge! The house is very easy to baby proof also, we took a couple of extra safety gates to keep our little guys from getting into mischief! And I have to mention the peacocks, they just stroll around everywhere, surprised us once or twice, but are very friendly and amazing birds. The location is great, there is a huge Publix , Dunkin Donuts and plenty other stores close by. I think if you want a peaceful, relaxing weekend, week or long vacation this is the home to rent. Bill Clark, the owner, was there to meet us and show us round and was on hand if we had any questions. We really look forward to going back soon!

“Great Family Vacation (Super Close to the Beach)” 9 of us stayed at this wonderful house the week of 6/22/13. 6 adults and 3 children. The place is exactly what is presented in the online materials and pictures. The beach and ocean are so close. Very convenient for families with older folks or kids if you need to run back and forth to the house and don't want to drag a ton of stuff down with you. We enjoyed the pool a great deal as well, actually used it more than I thought. It is right off the Kitchen so the kids could play and we were really close by. The inside of the house is very nice and accomodated our party just fine. Master bedroom is amazing. Tv's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. The owner/property manager were very helpfull and resposive to our requests/inquiries. House is close to everything. Lot's of shopping and activities close by if you need them. We were just fine laying in the pull, playing tennis or having fun at the beach so we didn't do much other than that. I would highly recommend this place for couples or families. We had an outstanding time.

“Can't wait to go back!” This was our first big family vacation and we absolutely loved everything about it! The house is fabulous, spacious and we'll equipped with the little things one might forget to pack. We really enjoyed the outdoor BBQ pit and had some prettyepicping long battles! We are looking forward to our next vacation.

“Great Place to be Lazy in NSB” The house is literally a block away from beach access and two blocks from the main beach access road, Flagler ave. in New Smyrna beach, abundant with shops, bars, and a few of the better NSB restaurants. It's in an actual neighborhood so you don't feel like a complete tourist while you are there, unlike an experience you would have at a condo where everyone is vacationing. Great for long and short stays. We stayed for 9 days and had a great time. It has a large backyard and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The outdoor shower made life much easier coming back from the beach. Had a great stay surfing and skydiving! The value was incredible!

“Exactly as promised” Booking-arrival: Booking the home was very easy and straightforward process thru FlipKey-Tripadvisor. The homeowner (Rich) was very responsive and accommodating during the process (He got us a "beach buggy" to carry stuff to the beach). Emails were answered within the day (and most times within the hour). House: Upon arrival we were surprised to find the home bigger than what appears in the photos (most times it is the other way around). Everything was in working order and exactly as in the photos. We liked the large garage to park our car inside (Honda accord). Beach: We walked to the beach everyday and it tooks us less than 10 mins to get there (we are mid-fifty). You could drive to the beach access park but there are less than 10 parking spaces on Washington ave. Around: There is a good Pizzeria just in the strip mall behind the house (DiLorenzo). We use it twice and very good pizza. Also in the same strip mall, there is a Deli (mini grocery) and excellent service and food counter. Their prices for a small store were excellent (compare to 7-11 across the street). Misc: While in Cape Canaveral we took a 4 day Cruise from the Port Canaveral. A taxi from the house to the port is around $12.00. The Kennedy Space Center is a must to visit. The food court is a bit pricey but you can bring own lunch in your backpack. It is only a 15 mins drive from the house. The neighbourhood feel very safe. We walked around everyday and felt very secure. Lots of Police Car Patrolling the streets...! I can't think of anything negative to write.
