“Excellent location in a comfortable apartment” The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was an ideal location, within walking distance to the centre of Beverley. Also a good location for visiting York, Hull and the East Yorkshire coastline.

“Wonderful cottage in a great location” The cottage is really well presented and the en suite in the 2nd bedroom was a bonus for our teenage daughter! Everything we wanted to see and do was within an hours drive so the location really worked for us. Would definately recommend this cottage to others. The living, dining, kitchen is compact but has everything you need. I imagine it would be very cosy in winter with the log burner going!

“Great Week in the Vale of York” Great accomodation, friendly welcome and the hot tube was a big hit with the family. Well appointed and nicely presented self catering cottage. Although the owners house is adjoining there were no issues with privacy - nice rural setting. Laundry facilities provided so great for families. Malton only 7 miles away so easy access to supermarket and local shops. Location's great as it's handy for York, the coast, Dalby Forrest and North Yorkshires Moors - wish we'd had more time to explore as we found that there was just so much to do. Highlights of the week were: hiring mountain bikes in Dalby Forrest, and sightseeing in York Only slight down side was that there was no blind on the velux window in the downstairs (3rd) bedroom. So it was just as well that our son gets up at the crack of dawn anyway. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage as it was also great value for money.

“enjoable week apart from the very uncomfortable settee” Hello sorry we are a bit late in filling a report in but you sent us one to fill in just after we returned from our holiday.yes we enjoyed our holiday lots of nice walks and would like to return but as i stated last time the place is designed for the disabled in mind and there was no back to the setee so we ended up with terrible backache if they change that we will go back again

“excellent, great place, well positioned everything it says in br” We were met by the proprietor who had just finished cleaning. He showed us where the key was an how everything worked. The cottage was clean, tidy, plenty of wood for woodburner and full of character. We loved the mezzanine bedroom and the shower room. Kitchen was very good with plenty of cutlery and crockery. Lots of info on area and a special offer for a meal at the Indian restaurant nearby. Nothing we disliked about it as it was all as described.

“old orchard cottage ...polkington” we had a fabulous relaxing stay at the bungalow...well presented well equiped ,all bright and airy.large ground to front small secluded garden at back lots of cars space outside..location is very quiet one pub 2mins walk away lovely food relaxing atmosphere . few miles few villages to visit with markets which are described in manual kept in bungalow . owners live next door and very helpful if need or ask anything . york 12mls away . allsaid very good location for travelling from .we just wanted home from home relaxing stay and thats exactly what we got fab...

“Wonderful holiday” Fantastic house - beautifully decorated and stylish. Convenient for beach, theatres and shops. We will definitely return - hopefully next year. Owners were extremely helpful and welcoming - even took delivery of our on-line shopping.Good to have parking and outdoor area to sit and enjoy coffee or wine! Two teenagers were well-catered for (Flamingo Land, crabbing, Theatre) and we enjoyed a swing-band concert. One of the best holidays ever. Thank you.
