“Perfect location - supreme accommodation” A perfect, new house with everything necessary to make your Rarotongan holiday easy, luxurious and very memorable. Very friendly and approachable manager. Wonderful swimming, snorkelling and kayaking in front of house. Plenty of room on the front lawn and in the house to spread out. House suitable for two families with four children or 3 couples.

“Fantastic location...great house...beautiful beach...fab snorkel” Ann's Beach House was ideal for our family of 5...although it could easily sleep another couple of people too. Really comfortable to relax in. Enough sofas and dining chairs for eight people. Beautifully clean!!...and loved the fact that all towels were provided - including beach towels! Great location just opposite Wigmores. Coco Latte cafe a few doors down had the best passionfruit smoothie ever!!

“Luxurious time out in the Cook Islands” Superbly appointed beachside cottage made us feel like we were on holidays but with the comforts of our own home. All the modern conveniences were on hand and the outlook and location were phenomenal. Loved snorkelling in the lagoon out the front and drinking a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the ocean late afternoon. Our batteries have certainly been recharged on the beautiful Cook Islands! Can't wait to go back!

“High class within paradise” Avaro house was one of the many highlights of our recent stay in Rarotonga. The booking process was easy and our family were blown away by the sheer awesomeness of the house upon their arrival. This is the second time that our family has stayed in this house and I believe that it will not be the last. It was close to town as well as the 24hr Super Browns dairy and takeaways. We will be back

“Home from home!” I stumbled onto this place when I was driving around the island and loved how it was on the main road but yet so private! It's located 2 mins fron the beach and walking distance to shops and the resorts! The house it self is fantastic feels like home as soon as u enter! Very spacious open plan living and an amazing deck to sit out enjoying the weather n views of the mountain! Also the best passion fruit tree with fruit the size of tennis balls amazingly in a Gin and tonic! Have stayed there 3 times and will do so next time!

“Heaven on Earth” Six adults stayed her for over a week, this is our 8th trip, and first for the others. Absolute Beachfront Villa was amazing place to stay very comfortable and had indoor/outdoor entertaining or just relaxing. With wigmores superette across the road was so handy. I would highly recommend this place for a family or just a group of friends.Very relaxing and peaceful place.

“A wonderful getaway place to stay” We stayed in the Nu house. It is very comfortable, clean and spacious place to stay. It had a gas cook top, an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, one double bed in the main bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. A cane lounge suite and dining room table was in the open plan together with a CD player & TV. There was a gas barbque and 4 wooden chairs & table on the deck and loungers out on the grass. We spent a lot of our down time out on the large deck overlooking the beutiful view of the lagoon. The weather was very hot and humid. It was so good to get out of bed and jump in the lagoon for a swim before breakfast. This part of the lagoon has very little coral, so our swims were not interrupted by having to look out where we were stepping. The only thing I would fault is the house needs security screens on ranchsliders to allow a breeze through the house at night. (We were warned to be security concious on our arrival.) Otherwise it is a wonderful place to stay.
